A really nice little property with a great location. The biggest problem was they have totally enclosed the patio so even with your window open their is no way to get fresh air which leads to the humidity becoming almost suffocating after everyone has showered. The other problem was lack of hot water. Your shower better be less than a minute or two or it will be cold.

The room had no external window and only shutters to an internal room. It felt dark, depressing and claustrophobic. Shared bathroom was awful. No lift even though we were on the 2nd floor. Aircon was not included in price @ €5 per day and only cash accepted so had to go find an atm.

It represented fair value for money, and the location was good. However the private bathroom is along a shared corridor (not en-suite as expected), air conditioning costs extra, and we were unable to find the parking. Also there was no lightbulb in the bedroom

Globalement nous avons été déçu par cette pension : elle n'est pas située dans un quartier très central (bien que son environnement direct - restaurants - soit sympathique) et la chambre est petite et surtout très sommairement aménagée (manque de rangement). Les sanitaires étaient en parties communes mais étaient néanmoins très propres, cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout. Notre chambre était située au dernier étage, sous les toits ce qui fait que la terrasse commune, sur laquelle donne plusieurs clim, était inutilisable (car beaucoup trop chaude). De même, la salle de bain, ouverte sur ce même patio/terrasse se retrouve transformée en sauna car non climatisée. L'insonorisation et l'isolation (jour de 1 cm entre la porte et le patio extérieur suffocant du fait de la chaleur) sont mauvaises. Pas d'ascenseur. Deux poignées (salle de bain et fenêtre) cassées. Table de chevet un peu haute pour les lits et dangereuse (coins pointus). Personnel peu accueillants et surtout on nous a dit au check-in qu'on pourrait laisser notre sac à dos le jour de notre check-out mais ce jour là (un dimanche à 11h30) il n'y avait personne à l'accueil... L'ensemble est correct, cher pour le prix, mais je ne recommande pas.

Pro - good location Cons: They only clean the rooms every 3 days. They do not give you fresh towels in those 3 days unless you pay extra for them (the towels had an awful scent). Our room did not have windows to the outside even though it appears on their website that they do Their website says 2 terraces. There is only 1 - false advertising Reception does not open until 3:00. Even though someone is there during the day. One day I went to reception early afternoon because we had no toilet paper and she told me to come back at 3:00 - even though the supplies were right behind her does not allow you in the room earlier than 3:00, even if the room is ready. There is an extra cost for air conditioning No fridge and no mirror in the room. Mot very functional. Bathroom is so tiny that it is difficult to maneuver (and I am a small person)

This pension would get a higher rating if we were not put on the rooftop of the building in a tiny chicken coop with 5 euro charge for AC remote control and if the staff bothered to be there on a Saturday morning to open the door since they took our key after check out, but agreed to keep our bags for a couple of hours. The building itself looked so much cooler compared to the temp on the rooftop, and empty for some reason, while several of us had to cook on the upper floor.

My room was cold..they charge 5 euro per day to use AC/heater. Hot shower did not last even 10 min. Room cleaning service is every 3 days unless you pay extra. Housekeeper did not knock the door and just opened even I was in bathroom. This place is far worse than a hostel.

The hotel is very well located. I could easily walk to all the landmarks in the old town. The room was clean and I had my private washroom. For the staff, I only met the lady at the reception, but she was helpful and courteous.

The room was spotless it consisted of a double bed with an on suite bathroom. There was also a TV. The receptionist, I nick named her Gloria, was very capable and was able to explain all about the area we were situated in. It has had Roman, Moorish and Christian influences. It had narrow streets which led to Cathedrals, mushroom structures and in another direction it was close to a major park. This park has mosaics submitted from lots of Spanish towns. The Hotel was very close to a number of bars, supermarkets and various shops. I slept very well there as the hotel was very quiet. I would book again as I found it's location for that part of Seville was excellent.

The reception is open at inconvenient time, which is 3pm (when you’re out visiting the city) which I realized they do this to avoid upfront concerns or questions. The bathroom is so small, barely space to close the door very well and the towels smelled moist. We put the sign for cleaning staff to tidy up the room and take the trash out but they never did it, the next day I ran into the cleaning staff and she said that “they don’t do cleaning service in all rooms because of their work timing as ‘they’re not paid at all for extra hours’ so if she can’t reach my room to clean, it’ll have to wait till next time” I found ants in our room when we got back at 10pm and reception was not open at the time to help us. This place charges for A/C and reception didn’t acknowledged this when we checked in, it wasn’t until after they closed, we spent the night without access of it, in a humid 36 degree room. Even if you pay for the price and this is what you get in this place, I say it’s not worth it at all. You’ll find a better place, service and space for the same price they’re giving in another hostel that I’ve ran into in Seville. I don’t recommend this place.

Shower was tiny and had very slow drainage to where you were literally standing in a pool of water. Towels had a bad odor the floor could have been cleaned better it had a sticky residue in one area with small pieces of broken glass. The location is good but I would stay elsewhere.

Habitación con la peor limpieza que he visto en la vida, telarañas en el techo, pelos en la cama, sábanas manchadas y toallas de mala calidad que hacen daño en la piel. Un horror. Habitación extremamente pequeña para 4 personas, camas pegadas unas con otras imposibilitando el pasaje, para llegar a la cama de la parede tiene que pasar de rodillas por las otras camas. Atención borde de la única persona que estaba en la recepción.

This was great place to stay during semana santa. Everything is walkable from this place even the train station. The shower was a little small but it was good enough to get the job done. The small was slight small but it work out just to sleep and explore the city.

La habitacion tenia lo imprescindible, tenia mucha humedad en las paredes, era un bajo con dos ventanales a la calle y bueno dormimos como pudimos porque habia mucho ruido en esa calle, el colchon y la almohada super incomodos, los muelles te los clavabas.. sinceramente solo fuí a dormir pero no volveré a esta pension, me parecio un precio elevado para como estaba, eso si estaba bastante centrico

Horrible! I paid for free WiFi and the clerk tried to open it for me but to no avail. She tried two or three times. Their server apparently did not reach my room. I believe I am entitled to a REASONABLE REIMBURSEMENT. The pictures must have been photo shopped. the room was tiny and ancient in condition. Also, the room was so solid stone construction that my iphone also had no service. I could hold the phone up to the window to get two bars of reception. The minute I stepped out of the building I had perfect reception. This should have been noted in the property description. Also, the room was along narrow stone passageway that resonated the sounds of people and passing noises. Sleep was impossible before about two in the morning.

Good location for the City centre. The staff allowed me to leave my bag earlier than the check-in time, which was helpful, but it would've been more useful to be able to check-in early (even for a small fee), as it then meant that I had to ensure that I got back to the Hotel for 3pm, missing another pre booked event. Room was great and so was the air con. Only downside is mould in the shower. I would use them again though, if I were travelling for a similar reason - ie not spending long in the hotel.

Globalement nous avons été déçu par cette pension : elle n'est pas située dans un quartier très central (bien que son environnement direct - restaurants - soit sympathique) et la chambre est petite et surtout très sommairement aménagée (manque de rangement). Les sanitaires étaient en parties communes mais étaient néanmoins très propres, cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout. Notre chambre était située au dernier étage, sous les toits ce qui fait que la terrasse commune, sur laquelle donne plusieurs clim, était inutilisable (car beaucoup trop chaude). De même, la salle de bain, ouverte sur ce même patio/terrasse se retrouve transformée en sauna car non climatisée. L'insonorisation et l'isolation (jour de 1 cm entre la porte et le patio extérieur suffocant du fait de la chaleur) sont mauvaises. Pas d'ascenseur. Deux poignées (salle de bain et fenêtre) cassées. Table de chevet un peu haute pour les lits et dangereuse (coins pointus). Personnel peu accueillants et surtout on nous a dit au check-in qu'on pourrait laisser notre sac à dos le jour de notre check-out mais ce jour là (un dimanche à 11h30) il n'y avait personne à l'accueil... L'ensemble est correct, cher pour le prix, mais je ne recommande pas.

The hotel is very well located. I could easily walk to all the landmarks in the old town. The room was clean and I had my private washroom. For the staff, I only met the lady at the reception, but she was helpful and courteous.

The room was spotless it consisted of a double bed with an on suite bathroom. There was also a TV. The receptionist, I nick named her Gloria, was very capable and was able to explain all about the area we were situated in. It has had Roman, Moorish and Christian influences. It had narrow streets which led to Cathedrals, mushroom structures and in another direction it was close to a major park. This park has mosaics submitted from lots of Spanish towns. The Hotel was very close to a number of bars, supermarkets and various shops. I slept very well there as the hotel was very quiet. I would book again as I found it's location for that part of Seville was excellent.

El lugar es bonito, pero muy alejado del centro y el servicio muy básico. Mi toquen para abrir en la noche no funcionó, si no es por otros huéspedes no sé cuando iba a poder entrar. El número para casos de emergencias no entraba y no tiene whatsapp. Me comuniqué al correo pero afortunadamente ya había podido entrar.

I mean you get what you paid for here, it was kinda inconvenient that the reception hours ended at 10pm each night so I literally never met the staff during my time. I texted them through WhatsApp for assistance (they only messaged in Spanish) but the experience was still navigable.

Check in was terrible. They did not answer questions online and I could not call them because my phone does not have a calling plan. The room was cold and there was apparently no heat available. Their suggestion was just to put more blankets on the bed. There was no hot water kettle, so no way to make coffee or tea. There is no restaurant nearby. The staff were generally unhelpful when asked about anything.

The reception is open at inconvenient time, which is 3pm (when you’re out visiting the city) which I realized they do this to avoid upfront concerns or questions. The bathroom is so small, barely space to close the door very well and the towels smelled moist. We put the sign for cleaning staff to tidy up the room and take the trash out but they never did it, the next day I ran into the cleaning staff and she said that “they don’t do cleaning service in all rooms because of their work timing as ‘they’re not paid at all for extra hours’ so if she can’t reach my room to clean, it’ll have to wait till next time” I found ants in our room when we got back at 10pm and reception was not open at the time to help us. This place charges for A/C and reception didn’t acknowledged this when we checked in, it wasn’t until after they closed, we spent the night without access of it, in a humid 36 degree room. Even if you pay for the price and this is what you get in this place, I say it’s not worth it at all. You’ll find a better place, service and space for the same price they’re giving in another hostel that I’ve ran into in Seville. I don’t recommend this place.

This pension would get a higher rating if we were not put on the rooftop of the building in a tiny chicken coop with 5 euro charge for AC remote control and if the staff bothered to be there on a Saturday morning to open the door since they took our key after check out, but agreed to keep our bags for a couple of hours. The building itself looked so much cooler compared to the temp on the rooftop, and empty for some reason, while several of us had to cook on the upper floor.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a part of town that was easy to get around but not too busy. The Receptionist was lovely and friendly,helping us with some suggestions to eat. We were in the family room 4- just beside Reception but not noisy. The Hotel isn’t 5star high end luxury,nonetheless it was comfortable,clean,lots hot water if needed,and overall a good choice for those like us perhaps unable to pay 5star high end prices!

This was great place to stay during semana santa. Everything is walkable from this place even the train station. The shower was a little small but it was good enough to get the job done. The small was slight small but it work out just to sleep and explore the city.

La habitacion muy limpia, muy buen ubicado el hospedaje, lo unico malo es que a pocos metros del alojamiento hay un bar y abre hasta altas horas de la noche, con mucho ruido es imposible dormir .

Shower was tiny and had very slow drainage to where you were literally standing in a pool of water. Towels had a bad odor the floor could have been cleaned better it had a sticky residue in one area with small pieces of broken glass. The location is good but I would stay elsewhere.

Mi estadía en está pensión estuvo excelente. El lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y sobre todo el personal es muy amable…está en el centro todo queda cerca caminando, hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas y sobre todo las calles son seguras.

Location Location Location :). We felt like we were living in amongst families and community. The room was small but when you can walk to a park or go for tapas in beautiful Seville, it served my family very well.

De accomodatie is niet duur, dus verwacht er niet teveel van. Prima lokatie, alles op loopafstand en in idyllisch appartementencomplex gevestigd. Maar geen eigen parkeergelegenheid (imagen parkeergarage is aan te bevelen op circa 12 minuten lopen) en het bed is niet best, maar nogmaals: prijs is er ook naar. Om de hoek haal je een ontzettend lekker ontbijtje en prima taparia aan het einde van de steeg.
