Fabulous hotel, you simply get a brilliant product for the price you pay. Great staff, great breakfast, superclean, all the fittings are not cheap, no plastic, good woodwork in the room and the bar/breakfast/lobby. Great location too! The room I had was super tiny but with this high standard and this well thought through concept I could not care less...i enjoyed the stay there very much and can highly recommend the place

Koselig hotell. Flott betjening og god service. Kunne vært bedre renhold mellom fliser på badet men ganske pent bad og god seng. Dårlig at man må betale parkering i p hus og ingen annen mulighet for parkering. Langt å gå dit.

I booked a small room, but it was a great price so this was perfectly acceptable. It was comfortable and did the job, just be aware if you book here. The staff were very nice, and the hotel was a short walk from the Bergen train station. Located in a great spot, allowing you to efficiently explore Bergen. I also enjoyed the bar on the ground floor.

We spent 2 nights in this central nice hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor, with a beautiful harbour view. We loved the location, super central; all the staff members we met all nice and kind with us; the breakfast was with a few different options sweet and savory food; the room was big enough for us; comfortable bed; probably the only thing missing was a coffee machine in the hotel, but outside there were a few different options 😁

Excellent séjour au Harbour Hotel où tout est fait pour vous satisfaire. Super accueil, café et thé ainsi que viennoiseries disponibles gratuitement à toute heure. Très bons conseils pour les visites. Hôtel très calme et très bien placé à 2mn à pied du port côté quartier Bryggen ainsi que de l’arrêt du bus direct pour l’aéroport (Flybussen). Restaurants proposés par l’hôtel très bons (italien et chinois) avec discount pour les clients de l’hôtel. Bref, je recommande cet établissement.

Väldigt bra läge. Med centralt läge så blir man ofta tvungen att parkera längre bort i t.ex parkeringshus. Så också här. Dock inte jättelångt.

Very good quality-modern hotel near Harbour area. Breakfast was varied and of a good standard. All Staff very friendly especially Amelia at Reception area. Nice touch with free coffee available all day. Forget about Night Club noise etc as per other comments-get a higher level room. Hotel very central to Bergen Centre-3 minute walk to shops and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised after reading other negative comments-Great 2 night stay. Definitely recommend this Bergen hotel.

The room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. It was just a few minutes walk to everything. Definitely recommend

Det lå gammel McDonalds mat i kjøleskapet og vannglasset var gro møkkete med masse gammel tannpasta. Ganske ulekkert.... Rom 305 fra 3-4 Desember.

The shower drainage was blocked and the staff moved us to another room straight away. On the new room, the shower was ok, however, we found a pair of socks on the floor and one of the power sockets next to our bed wasn't working. Apart from that, the staff was very kind and friendly.

Det var litt mye støv på rommet og forrige gjest hadde glemt igjen noe ved sengen. Skulke bare sove der, så gjorde ikke noe med det. Veldig god servicen ved ankomst og frokosten😃

Hotel so clean in every aspect. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could possibly want and the staff were friendly and professional. Would go back there anytime in Bergen.

Hair in the shower. There was no bacon, sausages or baked beens for breakfast

Hyggelig mottakelse og personale. Veldig god seng, og rommet var både rent og fresht. Lett tilgjengelig og kort vei til kollektivtransport. Jeg kommer definitivt tilbake om ikke så veldig lang tid 🙂.

Great location, close to all tourist spots. Towel smells bad. There’s a fly in my room and they killed but didn’t even take the body away, so when I get back to my room, I literally see a dead fly body lying on the floor,

Hotellet ligger mitt i kärnan så allt är inom gångavstånd. Sevärdheter som ligger nära är Bryggen, linbana till Fløyen, Bergenhus festning m.m. Själva hotellet var enkelt att hitta men recensionen låg antingen i baren eller i restaurangen bredvid. Vilket var lite förvirrande. Men det positiva är att personalen var trevliga och det gick snabbt att checka in och ut. Hotellrummet var tillräckligt stort och sängen var sköna. Sovrummet och badrummet var rent och fint. Frukosten var gratis och gott! Men i och med vi var där under sommaren så var rummet väldigt varmt (som en bastu), vi var tvungna att öppna upp hela fönstret för att få in luft. Kylskåpet i rummet fungerade inte heller och vattenkokaren avgav värme även fast man inte använde den.

Schickes Hotel zwischen Bryggen, Torget und der Fløibanen. Zimmer war klein, aber gut. Bett war mir zu weich, hab aber trotzdem gut geschlafen. Habe selten freundlicheres Personal erlebt, top!

Very central, nice clean rooms and good breakfast. Staff very helpful. However, rooms are small and cosy and no air con so was quite warm. Had to have all the windows open and there was a huge amount of noise from the street outside - make sure you bring earplugs if you want to sleep!

The location is great! Breakfast was just okay; food okay and the seating area was small. Do not get a room on the 5th floor when the weather is warm. And if you can, book a larger superior room.

El hotel esta bien ubicado. Pero si pagas mas de 300 euros la noche, esperas que aunque la habitación sea pequeña por lo menos sea agradable pero te sientes en un hueco. A pesar de eso, no fue lo peor la habitación sino quien nos recibe en el check in, una señora llamada Sirene o algo parecido, fue super amable en un inicio, como ibamos con automóvil y el hotel indica que hay estacionamiento disponible preguntamos donde estaba, nos dio las indicaciones equivocadas por lo que tuvimos que regresar a preguntarle nuevamente, tomo una foto del sitio al cual correspondía la indicación. Llegó a donde los chequearon y no habiendo ninguna otra persona que atender, amablemente le explicó a Sirene que la puerta del supuesto estacionamiento no abria previamente tome foto de la entrada de Garaje del estacionamiento para ver si estabamos en el sitio equivocado se lo trato de mostrar. Pero Siendo súper grosera me dice "estoy muy ocupada, no tengo tiempo de ver nada, hasta mañana te veo en el desayuno" en resumidas me hecho, y siguió arreglando unos platos quede atónita, me fui le auto le dije a mi esposo vamos a ver que hacemos. Al día siguiente en el desayuno como si nada esta misma señora pregunto que que tal el desayuno como si nada. Parece que la señora tiene cambios de personalidad y los clientes debemos soportarla. Conversamos con otra dependienta, me queje nos pidió disculpas pero, sin duda la atención de esa señora fue la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un hotel.

The property was good as advertised and the location was fantastic. The person working at reception was horribly rude and after our experience dealing with her we would never recommend this place to anybody.

There are two wonderful front desk ladies, who are very helpful, great smile. They both made us feel like we are in our own home. We will definitely stay in same hotel next time.

Loved my stay at the Harbour Hotel! It was extremely convenient to get there from the train station and also to get around the restaurants/shops of the city center. Hiking Fløyen was simple and you can get to the trail from right behind the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and had a large amount of options. Clean room with all the amenities I could ask for. Thanks!

The staff were so friendly and helpful! I got great recommendations for exploring the area. The location can’t be beat, right in the middle of everything I wanted to see. The quality breakfast was a great start to the day. This is definitely a great place to stay when visiting g Bergen.

We highly recommend The Bergen Harbour Hotel. My wife and I and another couple stayed two nights prior to our cruise departure. The staff was absolutely great! Especially Sirene and Christina. They went out of their way to accommodate our every request and need. It’s a great location very close to the Harbour restaurants and bars.

The staff made this an exceptional experience. They take the time to get to know their guests and give suggestions on what to do in Bergen.

Great central hotel, never needed a bus or train until arriving and departing back to airport. Great breakfast and great staff. Room spotless, if going to Bergen, I'd recommend staying here. Next to harbour, Floyen funicular and Brygenn

What I saw and my room in particular was recently remodeled and done nicely. It’s a very old building but kept up well. Convenient location. Taxi drivers seem to confuse it with a near by similarly named hotel.

The hotel has a great location and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast is also great. The room, although a little small is well laid out and very comfortable. No complaints

Extremely sentral. Just a few hundred meters from the city centre. And also situated in close proximity to the beautiful old harbour of Bergen. You’ll be close to stores, restaurants & bars. It is also just nearby Floybanen (trolley that will take you to the top of the mountain called «Flöyen». They serve ok breakfast. I liked it.

Alle hoteller med respekt for seg selv serverer bacon til frokost. Dårlig utvalg på frokost og absolutt ingen bacon. Jeg har over 100 netter på hotell i året og kommer aldri tilbake hit pga mangel på bacon. Veldig hyggelig personell

Frokosten startet litt for sent for oss som jobber. Burde startet senest 0700... Ellers var alt veldig bra.

Great friendly staff,always helpful. Breakfast scrambled eggs only luke warm each day. Not all staff told new guests about the discounts at restaurants owned by hotel. Tea/milk/sugar in room wasn't replenished when the room was cleaned. Shower mat not provided in bathroom, after showering, there was nothing to dry the floor.

The breakfast is very good and tasty. Overall the stay is great.
