We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and we had full kitchen. Lobby is modern and clean. There are plenty of games to play as well- board games, etc for Littles and adults.

1st the property had a odor of dust and mildew. 2nd breakfast options were biscuits and biscuits also While at the property we had several power outages with no explanations that lasted for hours.they had No back up generators. Didnt call or checkin on guess to communicate any issues. The power was not out within the area just at the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was in a great location to get to epic waters and a awesome playground near by. Close to walmart and good breakfast options like just love coffee and Keke's.

All staff was courteous. Suggest adding 2 more luggage carts, had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with bags, other customers had carts and didnt return to area right away. We even checked each floor to see if one was in the hallway.

Our stay was decent overall, but there were a few issues. There was ongoing interior construction in the hotel lobby, front entrance, and by the elevator throughout the weekend. We were not informed about this beforehand, which was disappointing, and the actual appearance of the hotel was noticeably different from what was shown online. There was also an unpleasant smell by the elevator. The staff was generally very nice. However, there was an incident where the icemaker on our floor was beeping loudly for most of the night. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told that nothing could be done until the manager arrived at 10 PM, which made it difficult for us to rest before our next event. Additionally, we did not receive towel service for the first two days and had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels ourselves. Considering how much we spent on our stay, we would have appreciated a heads-up about the construction and better attention to guest comfort.

Water took forever to get warm in shower. Over all cleanliness was good but looked like shredded cheese left in drawer. Wonderful breakfast. Very friendly to our service dog. I would stay again

Hotel conveniently located off I-20. Spacious covered entrance convenient for check-in. Chrissy was super friendly and conversational. Quickly accommodated my request for 2 additional pillows. King studio suite with sofa bed was moderately spacious with a privacy curtain between the bed and sofa. My 10yo reported the sofa bed was actually comfortable, and a full sheet set for it with 2 pillows was in the cabinet next to the closet (nice because most hotels leave only 1 pillow for the sofa bed). King bed was, unfortunately, not comfortable: bedding composed of several thin layers would not stay put. Hubby and I both woke go with back pain both mornings. Bathroom rather small but adequate. Room was clean and cool with plenty of counter space, cubbies, and closet space. TV has access to Netflix. Full-size appliances and dishware. The noise level coming from the rest of the hotel was SO loud in our room. The walls must be paper thin. We could smell coffee someone made in their room at 11 P.M. for over an hour. We heard doors slamming and banging around all night long. Thankfully, we travel with a floor fan just for white noise, and I serendipitously packed a portable sound machine because I had to crank it up full blast just to sleep. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 A.M. on a Sunday to see if they could clean our room prior to check out. Breakfast was prepackaged sandwiches to warm. At a rate of over two hundred a night, we will not stay again.

During my stay, I kept hearing noises throughout the night as in doors shutting, people talking and walking around. Also taking a shower the shower sliding doors would not close and water was getting all over the floor.

The rooms are advertised as Queen beds, but they are actually double/full beds. The mattress on one of our beds was in terrible shape. One side of the bed offered no support and you felt the coils. The door on our room was ajar and would not close at all. You had to lift up on the door to get it off the facing and then push it into place to secure it. Breakfast takes way too long because the savory items are all frozen or cold and you have to heat your own breakfast in the microwave. The problem is there is only one microwave for everyone at breakfast to use. It caused a huge log jam. Upon check-in, my credit card was charged $20 for “incidentals.” That is normal, but they charged me twice for it and refused to remove the 2nd charge. They told me it would automatically come off after 3-5 days. I said that’s fine, but it should never have been there in the first place. For the price to stay at this hotel I would have expected a lot more and less issues.

It was good. The pool was a decent depth and the kids enjoyed it. The beds were not the best. Even my 7yrold complained about them. Also, the bathroom door was off and creaked really bad. Not to mention it was a shower stall and the shower head wasn’t adjustable so with them being so small, they hated the water in their face. Would have been nice to know that before booking the room.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful even though they were very busy. Breakfast was ok. Only trouble we had was a room hiccup which could not be fixed because they were booked. Room provided met our needs and was perfectly sufficient. However, they refused to refund the difference in price stating the error was Expedia’s. All in all I would stay again.

Hotel is pretty. Staff have an office behind the counter and they do not pay attention to who is waiting. Waited to check in and out because they were back there and did not see us. Dis not get the room i booked. Trah all over property. Rooms are not noise cancelling. Coukd hear people in hall all night.

This place is amazing! They were very accommodating for me and my family such as helping me with changing my reservation and making sure we were comfortable . I think of the person at the front desk name Isaac (maybe?)made sure I had a crib for my baby to sleep in before we got to the room and he made sure any request were fulfilled. This place was also conveniently near restaurants and the outlet. I will definitely stay here when I visit.
