I checked in a day late and my room still wasn’t ready when I showed up. They suggested I go to the breakfast buffet while they finished setting up my room. I ended up getting food poisoning after eating at the buffet, which cost me my two days in Sapa. On top of being sick, the bed was very uncomfortable.

For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). We would love to come back to the and stay!

Beautiful hotel. Close to city centre. Easily able to walk to most places. Clean tidy rooms. They did lose our laundry but found it eventually

Very clean. Mountain view was incredible. We also stayed in a standard room that was also very clean but did have some street noise. Food was good at buffet. Pool clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again
