This was a great stopover on our way South, conveniently located for getting off the autoroute and parking, then getting a bus into Aix to enjoy what this wonderful city has to offer. The pool in the hotel was an added bonus, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Déco de la chambre inexistante, complètement impersonnel, pas de couleur, moquette triste et en plus tachée de partout. Cela n incite pas à enlever ses chaussures !! Bref chambre insipide et pas accueillante du tout !! Bref très déçue pour un Novotel!! En plus on nous promets des petits articles de douche offert dans la sdb mais non.

Chambre trop petite pour 4 personne (un lit double et deux lit simple), le 3 lit pas confortable du tout, très peu d espace pour circuler dans la chambre et le pire c'est la moquette, très sale , plein de tâches on a pas osé marcher pied nu dessus. Le point positif c'est le personnel souriant et serviable.

Bonjour, J’ai dormi chez vous hier. En fait je n’ai pas dormi. Quand les clients font des déplacements pro, il attendent un élément substantiel un sommeil réparateur. Coté lumière rien a dire les rideaux étant occultant. Coté bruit ce fut terrir. J’ai fait une nuit courte ou plus je n’ai pas fait de nuit car le bruit de la route était pregnant. Não ligaram o ar condicionado!! Terrivel calor a noite nos obrigou a dormir de janela aberta. As 6h da manhã um caminhão fazendo entregas acordou a todos pelo barulho. Ao questionarmos porque o ar não funcionava nos disseram que só a partir do mes que vem eles ligariam...Um absurdo, principalmente pelo preço.

Un accueil, un service, de la bienveillance et des sourires comme on a rarement eu l'occasion d'avoir même dans du 5 etoiles! Un des meilleur hôtel que j'ai fait en terme de bien être et de gentillesse du personnel vraiment merci et bravo à toute l'équipe, accueil restaurant service ménage ! Je suis de nature assez critique et nous n'avons vraiment trouvé aucun point négatif. Vous avez contribué à ce que nous passions un séjour formidable. Merci à tous et bonne continuation. Les 3 filles de la chambre 124 vous souhaite bon courage et ne changez rien !!!

Très bon séjour en famille au Novotel d'Aix-en-Provence. Chambre famille avec 2 lits doubles. Salle de jeu pour les enfants au rez de chaussée. Jardin extérieur et piscine agréable (même si petite). Le Novotel est à 2 pas de l'autoroute et à 10/15 min en voiture du centre ville

This was a great stopover on our way South, conveniently located for getting off the autoroute and parking, then getting a bus into Aix to enjoy what this wonderful city has to offer. The pool in the hotel was an added bonus, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Un accueil, un service, de la bienveillance et des sourires comme on a rarement eu l'occasion d'avoir même dans du 5 etoiles! Un des meilleur hôtel que j'ai fait en terme de bien être et de gentillesse du personnel vraiment merci et bravo à toute l'équipe, accueil restaurant service ménage ! Je suis de nature assez critique et nous n'avons vraiment trouvé aucun point négatif. Vous avez contribué à ce que nous passions un séjour formidable. Merci à tous et bonne continuation. Les 3 filles de la chambre 124 vous souhaite bon courage et ne changez rien !!!
