It is reasonably priced. People expecting to use this property should understand that walking to the property from the domestic terminals with luggage will be difficult for some. The shuttle service is $12 pp. To Terminal 2/3 by shuttle is approximately 2 minutes. This is not good value for money for any more than 1 person.

We liked it was walkable to the domestic terminal at the Sydney airport but had to take the shuttle for $12 per person to the International one. Way cheaper than a taxi.

Really cool location if you love plane spotting. Close enough to walk with a stroller and a suitcase. They offer a shuttle service from the hotel to all terminals. The restaurant has good choices for simple dining. Just be mindful they are complacent when it comes to allergies. However, I found the chef to be understanding and incredible when I spoke to him. He found a good solution to a mistake that almost caused my son to be sent to hospital, or worse. They have an array of board games books puzzles etc, suitable for all different ages. Really good for entertaining the little ones during lunch or rainy days. Nextdoor is Krispy Kreme, Mc Donald's for a quick snack. The Mc Donald's also has a playground for entertaining busy young ones. The rooms are clean and tidy and when I decided to extend for a third night, they did a full service clean with fresh sheets etc. Overall staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Only a couple negatives but both very significant.. we had twin room and moved beds apart from each other BUT floor underneath both beds was cover in dust and lolly wrappers. Second issue was coffee at breakfast was cold.. Apart from that a excellent stayand great staff service at reception.

Good location and suited our needs as we were only there for a short period of time but upon having a shower noticed the towel had large massive brown stains on it that looked like poo!! Not what you want to see after 2 delayed flights from LA and all you want is a shower. Also areas in the room needed a really good deep clean, just didn’t look as clean as it could be, dusting, wiping behind the door, curtain unhooked in the corner so light shone straight into your eyes from the car park. Also the holder with the hand soap needed a really good clean from all the gunk build up at the back of it. Hallway carpet also could do with a steam clean

I liked the coffee bar and restaurant. I didn't like how disgusting my bathroom was, there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat and hair in the sink. So it makes me think that the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all.

Flat 15min walk from terminal 2 makes this a convenient place to stay for a stop over. The standard rooms are small but comfortable. The bathroom needs a good clean and/or renovation. Someone charged their meal to my room, which was a bit of a worry, however the staff managed the issue well.

Bathroom stank of sewage. Definitely a drain issue. We were only in for 1 night and barely there so could not face complaining and all the issues and interruptions that would follow but it was disgusting. Aside from that room was fine, close enough to domestic terminal. We would not however stay again.

What I didn't like was a bus parked downstairs at 6.00am running its engine for at least 30 mins. Wash basin in bathroom blocked. Full of rubbish. Obviously not cleaned regularly1

Hotel was ideal for an early morning flight to Broome, about a 10 minute walk from T2 which was tough with a lot of luggage, probably fine with less luggage, they do have an excellent shuttle to and from the airport which we used to get back to the airport, took about 5 to 10 minutes to T3, room was smallish but had a fantastic view of the airport and runway, breakfast available if needed, all in all a good choice for early flights

Shuttle cost $12 pp which is a bit steep considering how close to the airport it is. Uber is cheaper or it is walking distance if you have light luggage about 20mins but not well sign posted. Next door to McDonalds and Krispy Kreme which is handy as hotel has no vending machine. Room itself was well equipped, comfortable with good space and surprisingly very quiet considering location - shower pressure and rain head were amazing!

国内線での移動で夜22時以降にシドニー到着し、翌朝午前中の国際線で帰国だったので空港に近くて国際線ターミナルへのシャトルバス(有料)があり、便利だった。部屋はスタジオツインで思った以上に狭く、2人分のスーツケースがギリギリ広げられる広さだった。それでも乗り継ぎのために利用するには充分だと思う。

Very convenient to the airport, if a bit noisy. Only issue we had was that the TV didn't have any radio stations tuned (specifically ABC Classic). Not that important, but we did mention it to the staff.

For the price I would say save the difference and stay next door at Ibis. We thought we would splurge for it last night of our holiday. The room was dated and small. The besides we're very cheap metal. They were so loud everytime you put something on the bedside. The bed was terrible. It had obviously seen better days. The bathroom was not well cleaned. Calcium build up was on the tiles. Additionally there was little torn bits of toilet paper on the floor. I imagine this is a problem as they are also using very poor quality single ply toilet paper. No hand towel is provided either. The carpet seemed worn as well. We did get great service from check in staff. The view of the airport was also brilliant. When I spend over $250 per night I would have expected more for the price difference of $100 from next door.

Everything about my stay at short notice was excellent — from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless room and comfortable bed. My gratitude to the staff who were very understanding. My wife had injured herself and by the time we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 was in considerable pain. However the staff were very considerate and were able to have a room available immediately so my wife could relax comfortably. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

While the hotel was excellent the service in the restaurant was well below par. It appeared that they were short staffed and unable to process orders efficiently. I had to ask for a bottle of water 3 times and in the end had to go to the bar to request it. Waited too long to be asked for our menu request and then had to take our own dishes to the kitchen so that our dessert might come.

Very short, easy walk to and from Sydney Domestic Terminal. McDonalds Restaurant, KFC and Krispy Kreme stores next door. Short, easy walk to Mascot Train Station. Very quiet when considering proximity to airport. Would happily stay there again.
