El hotel está súper bien ubicado en el centro de Lisboa. El desayuno buffet excelente !! La atención excelente. Solo cambiaría o mejoraría lo siguiente: Un basurero más grande en el baño ( es demasiado pequeño ) Un poco más de iluminación en las habitaciones . Un gym más grande y cómodo, es una pena que solo pueda estar una persona a la vez por el área tan pequeña.

Location of this hotel is amazing for those hoping to hit the main areas. A few minute walk gets you everywhere you want to see, while we did not have any issues with noise. The room is small, but we found it fine for two people staying for three nights. Bar inside the hotel was nice, we did get food there one night and it wasn't great but the drinks and service were. We would stay again.

Rengøringen kom sent hver dag, så vi havde været ude det meste af dagen og kom hjem til ikke klargjort værelse. Samtidig er jeg noget i tvivl om håndklæderne blev skiftet, når vi havde lagt dem på gulvet, som normalt er en indikation om, at de gerne må skiftes... Ellers alt i alt en god oplevelse...Og det er også nemt at være glutenfri i Lissabon og det var dejligt

Very disappointing to see that CR7 is connected to this hotel. Very misleading. Cleanliness is very bad. Stains on the pillows, floor not cleaned, holes in curtains, corridors smelling of carpet dust• Extra bed was beyond uncomfortable and almost all wooden. The room after cleaning doesn’t smell nice. Overall experience was not good at all and very disappointing. No coffee replacement in the rooms, no help with luggage. Bad experience.

The hotel is very centrally located in one of Lisbon's most beautiful districts, offering excellent transport connections. We booked two Superior rooms, one of which was a pleasantly large corner room featuring a couch and a slightly larger balcony. The smaller room was adequately spacious for a week's stay, although it offered limited storage space. The lighting in this room was intentionally kept dimmer, which we appreciated as it provided a cozy retreat from the intense summer heat. The air conditioning was efficient and quick to cool the room. The closed windows provide excellent insulation, effectively blocking out any street noise. The beds were comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from. Both rooms were impeccably clean and were tidied up thoroughly by housekeeping every day. While some areas of the interior showed minor signs of wear, they were not significantly bothersome. The bathrooms were separated by glass panels with curtains, which was perfectly acceptable and functioned well. The staff was young, friendly, and always available.

The location of the property was amazing. Walking distance to many must-see locations in Lisboa. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Cons: I tried to call the front desk from my room and the phone auto message was in German. We were in Portugal so that was weird and made the phone unusable. In the room, the whole bathroom is glass. Like someone could be in bed and watch their partner poop on the toilet and shower. That was super weird. There is a curtain to cover the glass but it's still a really weird setup.

I was expecting to be more exciting to stay in CR7 hotel. The last night of our stay the Air unit stopped working. We called at 12 midnight to come fix it and they came did something but an hour later didn’t work again. We were so tired that ended up sleeping with the window opened and hardly slept through the night due to the streets noises. The breakfast was good for the price. The service was good but I wasn’t offered to moved to another room. The location is the best for this hotel. Walking distance from train, restaurants, the center where all the action is but besides that I was not impressed for the price paid. We rented a car but had to pay 20 euros daily. They don’t provide parking but is expected where is located. Also, is a little walk to the parking.

Staff went above and beyond with simple things. I arrived at 6 AM from a flight, checking was at 3PM, rooms was being occupied and would be be cleaned before the current guest checked out at 11AM. Staff checked all this and calmly explained, offered me free coffee that they made fresh for me, offered me a free breakfast which they are not required to do. This hotel is owned by Cristiano Ronaldo. They sell his merchandise in the lobby. The stuff seemed so reasonably priced with all the expensive junk you see that I bought some stuff just to thank them.

O diferencial é a excelente localização deste hotel. Perto da Praça do Comércio. Quarto e banheiros confortáveis. Café da manhã bom. Ponto negativo é a recepção. Várias vezes quando fomos até ela precisando de algo nunca tinha ninguém, chegando ao fato do recepcionista estar no bar batendo papo.

We were not happy at check in with the service. No one was willing to help with our luggage. We had just come from a Pestana in Porto where the service was exceptional and this was very disappointing. The rooms are on the small side so after luggage was opened it left very little room to move around. Breakfast was expensive and not that many choices. We ate breakfast out and it was much cheaper. Checking out was a much better experience. The young lady at the desk was very nice and she held on to our luggage and brought it out to us when we left with a smile. Very courteous. The area it is in is pretty central. You can walk to many places.

This hotel was the best option for us as we wanted to spend a Spring break with our college students as close to public transportation and the city center. It offers a wonderful breakfast for 15 EUR when preordered one day ahead and 20 EUR on the same day. The rooms are small but cozy. Room service was phenomenal, staff also. We enjoyed staying here, although gym is super tiny.
