Clean rooms, clean and new lenin. Sometimes felt like there was no air in room and floor lobbies, air ventilation could have been much better, elevator music was sometimes very annoying and loud, wife did like the smell of air spray used, staff was good mostly except 1-2 people who were little rude, not looking in the eyes while talking and saying no to most requests. Breakfast had no rice option, dosa was average, in room dining was good. Pool was good but we felt sick after using pool, not sure I can blame pool or recent travel for that. Area around is very congested due to metro being built, takes time to commute in peak hours, property not at fault though for this.

It was disappointing, the hotel has deteriorated since last trip. Smelly bathroom, worn out towels in room. Poor hygiene level - dirty mats, poor service- ordered a coffee and finally left after waiting 10 min. I put the blame on the management, staff seems lost and not taking things seriously.

Stayed in Dec 27-Dec 29 Woke up and found out I was sleeping with dirty pillow. Told the staff and they did not care about it. They offered me to pay for my laundry. They apologized but did not want to compensate or discount my stay. Sent an email to the property manager Krishna and spoke to housekeeping managers Amit and raj. They kept stating they are sorry but didn’t want to do anything about it. Showed the pic attd.

Hotel may be renowed but i didnt have a great experience. 1. They checked me in early - so thats a pro..very accomodative 2. Room was good and clean. However sheets werent clean . I requested a change later . 3. House keeping qas done daily but late or qas not to the mark. 4 Housekeeping has tamperer with my suitcase lock and it was evident as my suitcase was jammed . I had complained to reception but except a sorry i didnt receive anyither feedback. 5. Restaurant was very slow in service, required to be informed about cleanliness all the time . Tables were unclean and table tops were dirty .To me the staff and manager there require training on how to handle people After paying this much , this hotel is not worth it .

I liked the ambiance, rooms are good and clean The front desk staff need training and they lack service mindedness. TV in the room never worked for me. Lobby has full of mosquitoes. Breakfast was excellent. Great food

Outstanding service, great food and location. The room is slightly cramped due to the design of the bathroom which is pretty inconvenient, especially for a family of 4. I remember the names of a lot of great folks who served us in the restaurant but it would be unfair to not name them all. The service, in general was amazing.

This is ideally meant for business travelers. I was travelling with family (Kids) and the bathrooms lacked locks and this was very inconvenient. The price paid, and the small rooms were somewhat disappointing considering the pictures we see for this hotel online.

No the staff at the reception was neither courteous nor helpful. Music in the restaurant was being played at high volume. When GST number was asked to be endorsed on the bill, there was a problem.

Customer service is pretty bad. I am still waiting for a response on my lost & found after two days. And reaching them by phone is horrible experience. This property is a joke! I will never ever come back to this place.

When i checked in this hotel the staff was watching youtube and not stop watching during checking in. And I clearly said "Non smoking", but my assigned room was smoking room... It was 1 am, i was too tired so sleep anyway. i will never visit this hotel again.
