Overall, I had a good experience at Great Wolf Lodge, and my kids absolutely loved it. The only negative experience was the elevator incident. The elevator dropped and then began shaking, and we were stuck inside for about 20 minutes. I reported the incident to the front desk, but unfortunately, no one followed up afterward to check whether I or my children were okay. This was especially concerning because I had recently undergone wrist surgery, which made the incident even more stressful and concerning for me. I appreciate the fun experience my kids had, but I believe the situation should have been handled with more concern and follow-up from the hotel staff.

The grandkids loved the waterpark. The wife and I did too. There are lots of ways the hotel entices the kids to spend more of your money, but how you deal with that is up to you.

The water park is fantastic. Very organized and clean. The only problem is the young and rude staff. The hotel is terrible. There is nothing healthy to eat in the whole establishment. The service was slow and the staff were not helpful at all. They must have zero training in customer service. Lazy and arrogant teenagers. The hotel is clean, but very tired. The beds were horrible and uncomfortable.
