Good hotel next to public transport and easy train to airport. Cheap and free snack breakfast. Great coffee free from cafe machine.

Parking is limited and you have to pay extra, air conditioning worked but was not very effective just couldn't feel the air coming out nor did the room cool very well, apart from that all was really good, staff were friendly and helpful place was clean and assessable, great free coffee machine 24hs and complimentary breakfast 7am to 10 am good value for money. Have paid a lot more for a lot less.

ValueSuites is very clean, friendly staff. The coffee bar is open 24 hours. They offer a free breakfast . They have parking at an extra cost however the parking isn't big enough for the amount of guests.

Well positioned to Green Sq train station. If you have a car , consider the $35 a night parking fee as parking around the hotel impossible . First floor 24 hr coffee etc and early morning snacks a real bonus . Go to the 8th floor for some peace and good views. Staff all very pleasant.

Room had a weird smell. No hair dryer in the room. Public laundry and it only accept coins. One certain staff member is not friendly and impatient when explaining. The only pro is the location.

Great facility for a one person stay. The gym was just a bit ordinary.

Have stayed at ValueSuites Green Square before. Conveniently located near airport for late arrival and walking distance to Green Square Station. No tea/coffee supplies in room but advised complimentary continental breakfast on 1st floor - coffee machine, croissants, muffins, fruit and the like to eat on the go. Would recommend.

もともと6泊の予定でしたが、延泊し計10泊しました。 立地も良く2分程歩いたところに駅があり、周辺にはカフェや飲食店、スーパーもあります。コインランドリーもあるのでとても便利です。 毎朝無料でパンがもらえます。コーヒーは24時間いつでも飲めるので最高です。 またシドニーで泊まる際はここに泊まりたいと思います。フロントスタッフの方も優しいです。

Never cleaned the room, no face cloth, hand towels. Cockroach in the room. Air conditioning set to shut off so was really hot in the room and it took forever to cool down. Over all really poor value for the money. No clean bedding for the whole stay. I will stay at another.

Green Square駅から2分と便利な場所にあります。 市内中心地に近く、周辺を理解している人にはリーズナブルに泊まれるホテルだと思います。 空港に早朝に行くためにこのホテルに宿泊しました。 ホテルから空港のカウンターまで約30分でした。駅での待ち時間は5分。 築浅なのか室内はシャワー、トイレを含めきれいでした。シーツにはシミがあったりしたのでそこはマイナスです。アニメティは少な目で、最低限な感じです。バスタオルありますが、部屋着、スリッパ、タオルは持参した方がいいです。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器が備え付けてあります。 ベッドボトルの水は無く、周辺に安いマーケットはないのでホテルでの食べ物、飲料は事前に買っていった方がいいです。 騒音についてですが道路沿いにあるので気になるほどではないですがある程度あります。そして、空港の北側であまり距離が離れていないので飛行機の音は気になりました。北向きに離陸しているときに大きくなると思います。 駅のそばにマクドナルドなどファストフードやレストランがあります。 部屋の広さはやや狭めでシングルベッドでした。ベッドはかなり柔らかいので硬いのを好む人には向きません。

The morning snacks and 24-hour coffee service are great. The staff were very friendly and quickly changed my room after I mentioned my concerns about noise. The room was generally clean, but the smell, dust, and frost in the fridge were a bit bothersome. Also, if you're staying multiple nights, the only thing they do is collect the trash and change the towels, but there were ants in the bathroom frequently, so it would have been nice to be able to easily request cleaning.

The toilet was not flushed and obviously not cleaned thoroughly.Shower,doors,basin,walls need to be wioed down after each guest. Otherwise was good value for money. Please train staff to ckean properly. Thanks

It was so easy to get to this property after a long flight back to Australia. Our room was clean & our bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean & the shower lovely after a long flight home. We would certainly book again.

Outstanding, from the complimentary breakfast, all day Nespresso coffee. Good staff and great rooms Triple glazed windows, right next to the metro station. The only downside is no heating, the AirCon can only cool.

ValueSuites is supposed to be cheap but was quite steep when I booked. The room was quite small, dingey and had a horrible yellow theme which made me hate my life when I woke up in the morning and had to stare at a yellow wall first thing. I was here for work and I spent almost every day out for about 16-18 hours so I spent very little time here which probably helped my opinion of the place. Very disappointed that housekeeping didn't clean my room once while I was here, and I had to ask twice for basics like fresh towels, shower gels, and toilet rolls. They never made my made and only changed the bin liner once and that was overflowing by the end of my stay. The gym is a hole in the garage - so definitely not a gym. One of the tiles in the kitchenette area wasn't safe as it came up out of the carpet and I caught my toe on it a few times, which really hurt. Although, I did like the fact there was a 24/7 coffee machine on level 1 - although I prefer having a coffee machine in my room as I'm pretty sure no one wants to see me before I have had coffee in the morning. You get what you pay for here, maybe a bit less, I would come back again if Sydney loses its mind again and prices go through the roof.

Clean, quiet hotel. Bed comfy - a little soft but was fine. Room was a bit stuffy, but could open window (yay!) or use aircon. Desk attendant courteous and friendly. Best part - only a few buildings away from Green Square railway station, which will get you to/from the airport in 10 mins with no traffic hassle. Neat, clean, simple, classic 3* accommodation. Would stay again.

Room facing the street was noisy

I’m light sensitive and my room had two spotlights on the deck pointing to ,I guess, a sign board above my glass doors. I got next to no sleep with light flooding I. Around the edges of the curtains. Everything else was great! Clean with friendly staff and the grab and go food was great.

Everything is good and the limited breakfast is appreciated. There was just one design problem at least in the room I stayed in, and that the bathroom door was too close to the washbasin when the door was opened. It blocked a portion of the basin and made it difficult to use properly. The glass cabinet over the basin was too low . Otherwise there was no problem

This hotel is in a great location, providing easy access to rail and airport links.The room was comfortable,very clean and has a kitchenette. Check in was exceptional,with Vick giving us a friendly, courteous welcome and offering a free upgrade which was appreciated,after our arrival after a long day. He was also very helpful when my husband had some issues with his phone. The early morning staff member, who helped us with our ' grab and go' food was also great.We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Love staying here! Rooms are compact but adequate with a small kitchen area, table and two chairs, private bathroom. Breakfast snacks (fruit, pastries, muffins, snack bars from 7-10 and coffee/tea station 24 hours. Less than 5 minute walk to train station and one stop to central, two stops to city. 24 hour desk. Great value!

I stayed in the hotel for one night with my two young daughters. It was extremely expensive for a simple room with one queen size bed. The room is small. The bathroom gave me the feeling of a hospital room. Such a big bathroom and yet very minimally equipped. There’s no counter space for anything. A spring fell out of one of the two elevators. The other elevator was not working. My daughter was so afraid of being stuck inside the elevator that she chose to take the starts instead. We took the stairs and got stuck inside the staircase, because all the doors into the building were locked! I had to call (international call) the front desk to ask for help. We finally got out after 10 minutes. It was scary. The staff did not provide any WiFi information when we checked in. The only good thing I have to say about the hotel is the location. It’s right next to train station. It makes it very easy to get around.

Pros: 1/ Close to train station 2/ Free snacks, tea coffee 3/ Large space in the unit - also see below Cons 1/ Despite large unit area (we booked the social suite which is apparently the biggest), the space was very poorly used. Lot of empty space but no sofa, the kitchenette counter was so small that there is no space left if you use their hotplates & the "dining" table provided was large enough for just one laptop. They could have easily added more or bigger stuff for convenience when there is so much empty space. 2/ Again poor use of space - the toilet/bath was very small and literally the toilet door open an inch away from the bathroom sink. This is despite the fact that bathroom sink small size is comparable to what you have in planes! Water spills everywhere when using the bathroom sink. 2/ Lack of power points - plugging in your laptop and working in your bed its simply not possible as there is no power point close to the bed and the ONLY wall power point provided (besides one above the kitchenette counter) was too far for charger cables 3/ Overall front desk staff was not polite, noticed that on numerous occasions right from check-in to extending our stay. Example - when we checked in, I simply asked to confirm how many beds suite had as I was traveling with the family and the guy simply said, whatever you booked! They also increased the price when we decided to extend our stay on the morning of last day despite being told night before that the price will not change

There was no information about parking we could find until we turned up and asked reception to be told it was full Our key card didn’t work when we got back and had to get it fixed by reception Price and room was decent

Fabulous for a one night stay before an early international flight . Close to green square station & lots of new modern eating options 5 minutes walk away. Clean , minimalist room for a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again

Good spot for a stay without car: train station nearby which brings you to the airport (2-3 stops) or downtown (1-2 stops) within minutes.

Good price and very convenient to the Green Square train station, only 3 stops from the airport and 1 stop to Central Station. The room was just what I needed for a 1 week family and friends visit. There's coffee etc on the 1st floor and a cafe right next door for fuller breakfasts.

I liked the coffee that was available 24 hours on the first floor! Also quiet location, close to train station, 2 stops to downtown Sydney or 3 stops to international airport, and lots of shops nearby.

Always stay at this hotel when we travel to Sydney. It is clean and comfortable and located right next to the train station and within easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Great value for money.

The location is wonderful. We've stayed in this suburb twice now because of proximity to trains and distance from the airports. We will stay here again. Its a basic hotel but was what we were after and found it to be good value. It was a base for us to go back to after sightseeing with food options close by and a safe walking distance.

I feel the Grab and Go could be improved. Not a very healthy start to the day! This is the second time I have stayed there, everything was perfect except the 'breakfast'. Coffee was great, can't fault that, but toast and condiments' eg butter, jam etc would be appreciated - the basic breakfast.. Just a thought. Other than that my stay there was very pleasant. The staff very accommodating and helpful.

Good value as name suggests. Clean room, well set up with most things. Skimpy on towels. No milk, coffee or tea available in the room- this was disappointing, especially as the coffee room on first floor had no separate cold milk except from the machine. This was not fully set up when Icame down at 7:45 am to make a cup of tea. Other than this, the staff were very helpful and friendly with directions etc.
