Perfect location to see and explore the city of Seville. The views from the hotel bar on 37th floor are stunning. This provides 360 degree views of Seville. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shopping centre below the hotel and lots of parking available. City has lots of excellent food choices available. Hotel is well situated close to good transport and an easy walk, bus or taxi into the city. Very close to the river. The hotel is situated in a good location to see and explore the city of Seville. Hotel is well situated close to good transport and an easy walk, bus or taxi into the city. The rooms, the common areas, and the breakfast area in the restaurant are well maintained and comfortable. The rooftop terrace has amazing views over the whole city. The most important thing is the easy access from the highway (no need to navigate the old town traffic) and very easy to get into parking right in the basement. Parking spaces are wide (unlike everything I have seen so far in other cities in Spain).

Another excellent stay. Friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast. Lovely Spa. The only thing lets this Hotel down is the Sky bar. This has the potential to be THE place to come to in Seville but, instead, feels like a bus station. Awful public toilet type timing, poor decor and zero ambience. This needs a complete rethink. Luxury carpeting, modernised paintwork and wall tiling and some nice piped music / live pianist etc.

Mooi hotel net over de rivier, dus 20 min. wandelen tot in de binnenstad. De receptie is beneden, maar de kamers bevinden zich op de bovenste verdiepingen van deze hoge toren, waardoor het uitzicht overal adembenemend is. Vraag voor de zekerheid wel een kamer met zicht op de stad. De 6 liften zijn supersnel, de kamers ruim. De ramen over de hele breedte van de kamer worden verduisterd met een druk op de knop. Grote badkamer met dubbele lavabo, bad, aparte douche en een toilet met deur. De kamer was niet 100% proper, hier en daar nog wat haren of stof. Sommige dagen werd maar 1 van de 2 vuile handdoeken (die we op de grond legden) ook ververst. Shopping center naast de deur.

Hotel bastante normalito, y con el mantenimiento justo. La nevera del minibar estaba bastante sucia y la ducha no desaguaba bien por lo que se convertía en una piscina, por poner un par de ejemplos. Tampoco había ni una toalla extra por si hacía falta. La ubicación tampoco es buena y el entorno totalmente desangelado. Si tuviera que repetir iría a alguno de los 4* pequeños que hay en la ciudad.

The view was amazing, all 360 degrees on the 37th floor. However, the rooms look tired and seem like very little maintenance was done to keep it a 5 Star hotel. When we arrived, the room that was provided at 2501 had 3 issues: Remote blinds did not close properly, the TV remote was the wrong one for that room and finally only 2 English channels with both not working until the maintenance man came to repair both. With a renown international hotel design by a world class Architect and only 9 years old, we expected a lot more. The manager did upgrade us after we had requested a move after settling in. The # of TV channels and signal issues remain the same. We will have see an improvement before returning as Sevilla is beautiful and vibrant city that we would like to visit again.

The property looks nice from outside and the rooftop is pretty. The room is not comfortable at all. There is a big construction pole in front of my bed. I feel stress all the time when we stayed in the room. We suppose to relax in the room during our vacation but not at all. If this is a room upgraded for VIP , how terrible the room is before upgraded. The location of this hotel is away from historic area. Spending 15-20 euro one way by uber to historic area during rush hour. Seville is impressive and we definitely will come back but not staying in this hotel.

The rooms are of good size and very clean. We stayed in a family suite which had a living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, quite big for a family of four. The view from the room and the rooftop are amazing. Location is good and close to the city, with ample parking and car rental in the basement. However the hotel's service can be improved. There was no complimentary ice and only one bottle of water upon check in which is not refilled. We stayed 3 nights and asked for more water but was told we need to order from room service. There is a well stocked mini bar. The TV remote control and safe were out of batteries and we had our valuables locked inside the safe and needed to call the technician to open it for us.

We found the Eurostar and decided to stay there because it was close to everything but not in the middle of everything. The perfect location! Tons of stuff right there. Grocery store, starbucks, good quick serve restaurants all within 5 minute walk. The view was absolutely incredible! The bar and restaurant were absolutely stunning! The view from the suite (which was priced incredibly aggressively) was like something from Vegas (although i hate vegas). and the electric blackout blinds were the chefs kiss! The staff was lovely. The location is perfect. The building is new. And the bed was as comfortable as you are going to get in Europe. I don’t know why. But, they love a firm mattress in Europe. The bed here was not a total brick..

The view was phenomenal, the bar staff were excellent and the reception staff were quite friendly, hence the 2 stars, but that’s where the praise stops unfortunately. We (couple, late 20s) were shocked when we were informed that pool use constituted spa use and would cost 35 euro per person, per day (so 70 euro for us to have a quick dip) - I’ve never experienced this in a hotel before. Our other main complaint is that our water jug was filled on arrival, but when I noticed it hadn’t been filled the following day, I called down to ask where the dispenser was on our floor. We were informed that ‘water is only complimentary on the day of arrival’ and that use of the minibar was required thereafter if you needed water in the middle of the night - which doesn’t seem in line with Spanish regulations regarding providing free water, and even if it does, it certainly doesn’t constitute basic service from my perspective. Cleaning service could have been more attentive (the shower gel in the shower was empty from day one so moved the bath shower gel into the shower, and our shower bottles weren’t refilled). Room is basic, so if you stay here, make sure to pay extra for the view as it’s the hotels main draw in.

Very good customer service - was allowed an early check in and received a complete breakdown of the amenities available and upon check out was asked if I required assistance with a taxi. Both were efficient processes with lovely staff members. The room itself was tidy and clean however there were some minor stains on the walls and the one of the blinds seem broken - this did not affect my stay however so was not too bad.

Misleading Description and Poor Management – Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience Staying at this hotel was an unpleasant experience. On our first night, we were locked out of the bedroom because the door separating it from the living room was broken. We spent most of the next day trying to get our room changed and finally succeeded, losing valuable vacation time in the process. When we asked for a credit for the first night, management refused to take responsibility and simply told us they would not offer any compensation or solution. Despite being advertised as a five-star hotel, the condition of the facilities and the level of service are far from five-star standards. The description is misleading, and the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel

Fabulous hotel on the edge of town but an easy walk into all the best areas. Can't fault the hotel. Anyone driving, you need to park on level -1 in the red zone. This allows access to the hotel. These directions are lacking when you book!

This was a beautiful hotel, situated in the highest building in Seville. You see it from everywhere. It is also linked to a shopping centre with food options. Loved the roof top bar , with 360 views of the city. It was a little trek from town so had to use taxis particularly at night. About 20-30 min walk. However it’s still central depending where you are going.
