I don’t t know who does the training for the Bisha? From the waitstaff to the front desk to the housekeeping. Every single person is at the top of their game. One of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had! I can’t imagine going anywhere else when I’m back in town. 12 out of 10 stars

Customer service was amazing, they upgraded our room upon arrival and went above and beyond to make our night special. Room was beautiful designed, heated floors, comfy bed and had everything we needed and more. Location was great would definitely come here again.

Thanks to our Gold Status, we got a free room upgrade! We also were celebrating both our birthdays, and received free prosecco at Kost, as well as a little charcuterie board and large piece of cake delivered to our room. Fabulous stay!
