Amazing owners—I arrived past the checkin time as I didin't read the email carefully and they were so gracious and made me a reservation at an incredible restaurant and facilitated it given that I don't speak Italian. Absolutley loved the room and the property.

In an Beautiful Very Historico little town.

DO NOT STAY HERE! First of all it is 10 miles from anything in the middle of a very unsafe neighborhood, NO RESTAURANT OF ANYTHING NEARBY. The apartment is so old and disgusting, the bathroom had mold, the bedding smelled and the matress was hard as a rock and old, but the smell was so gross in each room! Charged us 25€ because we checked in late, who does that?? The property is so unkept, the garden is all weeds and the back patio had salvage junk everywhere. The furnishings are old, broken down and cheap. The water pressure was almost zero. We felt so UNSAFE all night. The photos on ad look NOTHING like the apartment AT ALL! The nearest store is 10 minutes away and they don't provide anything, no water, no snack, no coffee, nothing. Uber would NOT even come to the location, we had 6 Drivers cancel on us!!! Avoid this property, it is TERRIBLE, smells musty, so uncomfortable and unsafe, the property is being a locked 6 foot fence for protection... Overpriced, terrible location, unsafe, unkept and old cheap decor with bad smells. Avoid!!!!!

Located in Ostia Antica, very close to Fiumicino Airport and the seaside, is run smoothly by the owner. Property is clean and he is always available in a discreet way.
