Upon Lisbon Prime Residences

Hotellet var udmærket med pool og en ok restaurant, men det var selvfølgelig meget proppet ved poolen grundet det gode vejr. Værelserne var ok. Vi blev først indlogeret i et værelse, hvor badeværelsesdøren ikke kunne lukke og nævnte dette for personalet. Vi blev derefter flyttet til et nyt værelse, men her var problematikken den samme. Der var noget galt med konstruktionen af de døre og badeværelserne.. Det var selvfølgelig lidt en skam og jeg syntes hotellet kunne have håndteret det anderledes og givet en middag eller et eller andet for de gener det medførte, at vi skulle flytte og bruge tid og energi på at være i kontakt med dem. Fitnessrummet var lidt en joke med flere maskiner der ikke virkede og næsten ingen plads, så det skal man ikke sætte alt for store forhåbninger til. Hotellet er 4 stjernet og jeg er af den holdning, at det er 3 stjernet grundet det dårlige vedligehold de forskellige steder samt den trænge plads.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and suitable for a family with small children. The staff was friendly and very accommodating which we appreciated…made us feel welcomed! However I was disappointed with the game room and the gym which had several broken machines

Great stay! It was close to the Benfica stadium and the other stadium was nearby. Love the staff and the property. Sad that their rooftop and pool was closed since it’s a show stopper!

Great hotel, wish pool was open when we were there. Farther from city but overall great

Very welcoming and very thoughtful staff, very grateful for all the assistance they provided my family during our stay. We had a blast and really felt like home away from home. Great location, food was great, swimming pool on the roof with great cocktails, supermarket close by and we could walk to shopping center close by and other local restaurants.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Good quality rooms. Great rooftop pool and bar.

The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. This location is not in town and not walkable but Uber helps. There are only stairs to the lift so if you have large suitcases like I did it takes some effort. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed during my stay.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, welches etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums ist (Bahn Anbindung ist aber gut). Folgendes hat uns während des Aufenthaltes nicht gefallen: - der Pool war an 2 von 3 Tagen, aufgrund eines Events gesperrt, nachmittags gesperrt. Leider wurden wir darüber im Vorhinein nicht informiert (haben das Hotel nur wegen des Pools gebucht). Eine Entschädigung wurde uns erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage angeboten - Kommunikation mit der Rezeption sehr schleppend - nachdem das Houskeeping im Zimmer war, funktionierte keine Keycard mehr und mussten immer erneut an der Rezeption freigeschaltet werden Positiv zu erwähnen ist das nette Servicepersonal an der Poolbar und im Restaurant.

Staff were rude - had a night flight and arrived to a dirty room. Receptionist helped to change the sheets after complaining. Overall, service had been questionable, iron wasn’t provided when asked multiple times and later told last minute that they did not have any available.

The staff are brilliant and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Saw a couple of negative reviews and can’t understand why. The room size and facilities were good. The bathroom washbasin stand was a bit tired but if you want value for money and nice friendly helpful staff this is the place.

Pro: Our family enjoyed our stay for 1 week. Rooms were clean and it was great to have breakfast options. Supermarket across the street. Beach towel provided and repairs addressed promptly. Thoughtful welcome gift! Con: Was hoping the rooms would be ready prior to 3pm, but it was ready after 3:30pm. Only iron access is to go to laundry room to use. Breakfast was fairly the same everyday. Return the free complimentary wine as i did not like dry wine and I wasn't given another option. Staff English is limited.

If you into football like me it’s a great location for Benfica. However, Aside from the swivel TV, which is a great feature, that’s where the compliments end. I was there for 4 nights and they missed housekeeping one night. I’m still confused about the shower controls, complicated for no reason, the shower has no space in it which was weird considering the bathroom was spacious. Also, after you use the shower the sink tap water only comes out hot. Lastly, not sure whose bright idea was it to put the wardrobe right next to the bed so you cant move or even put your suitcase/bag there if you open the door, stupid! If you ask me you just paying for the location and the room should be cheaper!

Good location close to a metro station. Lovely pool with towels provided. Friendly staff with excellent English. Stylish rooms but the only downside is that the pillows are not comfortable

This hotel had more negatives than positives. The property was in a good location as we planned to visit Benfica stadium. It was a plus with the roof top pool on the 8th floor which was very warm and not deep. There was also a grocery supermarket opposite so we could buy food, drinks and snacks for the stay. However, the room was not fit for a hotel stay. The TV isn't updated to allow you to watch Netflix or even screen share with iPhone. The bathroom had no place to put your toiletries when you wanted to use them. The bed had no matress topper and was sinking when we got in. The walls are so thin we hear other hotel stayers sneezing and running and moving furniture. It was definitely not worth the stay. A day before, we stayed in a hotel in Rossio and that room had it all and it was only 3 stars. Didn't enjoy the stay and just wanted to go back home.

Great staff. So professional and charming. Modern but cheaply built. You can hear your neighbors and vise versa The doors are sticky to shut but the room is vast for Europe. I'll come back

Clean room, friendly staff, next to Benfica stadium! It was a great setup for dad and I. We areived in Lisbon early and they let us checkin early. Receptionist spoke bith English and Portuguese. The room was a great setup a literal apartment! A living room, kitchenette, bathroom and we had a room with 2 bedrooms. Dad and i had space to hang out together and have privacy at night. There was a couple of stumbling blocks trying to figure out how a couple of things worked lol i didnt know you needed to put the room key in the slot next to the door to make the lights and AC work in the room so i had to call down to the front desk to figure out why the lights werent turning on. Also buttons are a little different in the shower so it took some fiddling around to figure it out lol the hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from the Lisbon airport and away from the main part of lisbon but everything is easy to get to via an uber or bolt. Our tour guide had no issue picking us up at the hotel. Benfica stadium is across the street. There was a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel that served mainly burgers. The food was good, our only complaint was that we would ask for our burgers to be well done and they still came out a bit under cooked. However the wings were delicious. Breakfast was a buffet they had eggs, beans, bacon and another protien that varied and then pasteries and different types of breads and cheeses. We loved our stay! Highly recommend!

Studio was small but had pretty much everything we needed. Shower was very tight, and I'm a small person. Pillows were poor but bed was comfortable. Grocery store directly across the street. Great if you're going to the stadium across the street

My family and I stayed at Upon Lisbon for a long mid-week stay and had a lovely time. We would highly recommend and would return again. We stayed in an apartment with two rooms and they were very comfortable with great views of the Benfica stadium. The service was fantastic and all of the staff were friendly. The hotel was a short 6 minute walk from the metro which is cheap and accessible) and also a short walk from the shopping centre. The staff brought a delicious chocolate cake for my birthday and left it in the room whilst we were out. Minor point for improvement is the lighting in the bathroom, in particular in the shower area.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Grocery store across the street, massive mall about 10 minutes away, 10 minute walk to the train station and then about a 20 minute train ride to Alfama! Rooms are large and spacious, comfortable beds the only complaint I have is the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the rooms around you (including people snoring haha)

Booked a executive apartment and when we arrived we were upgraded to a premium apartment , which was amazing. Our view of was the football studio. Interior looks expensive, kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would need if cooking. Oven is really good, heats up food in 2-3 mins. Bathroom is designed really well. Huge shower and you get little toiletries like shower cap, nail file. Loads of wardrobe storage in bedroom. Pillows and bed is really comfortable. There’s also daily housekeeping which we weren’t aware of but was really nice as we didn’t need to ask for fresh towels every day. There’s a rooftop pool which is nice and only a few people were there which was nice. Staff were nice and very accommodating, check out its 12 but they kindly gave us till 1pm. Location is perfect, as there’s a supermarket outside the hotel, and a metro station a 7 min walk. Really loved our stay here, the suite felt quite luxurious and really comfortable.

Friendliest checkin team we met anywhere in our Portugal travels

Absolutely amazing hotel. We came here for our 10 year anniversary. The staff were incredible. So friendly and attentive. The apartments were so well equipped. They even have dishwashers! Our first room had a faulty shower and they had moved us to an even better room in less than 5minutes! Could not recommend Upon Lisbon more.

The staff made this place great. Room was decent and comfortable but, the staff, especially on reception, made it a much more pleasant stay.

Outstanding and responsive team

Always an excellent stay. Room was fantastic, very convenient location and the staff is truly amazing.

Very poor customer service. Staff does not even notice you walking in or out. The gym is extremely poorly ventilated- it feels like exercising in a sunny glass sauna. The central air does not work. You have to ask the front desk for a single dishwasher pod and there was no liquid soap or dish soap provided. I am not exaggerating. The cleaning lady had us go to the front desk every day that we needed a dishwasher pod. The hotel looks nice and sparkly on the outside but the dark aesthetic on the inside is just to camoflauge the poor cleanliness of the interior. Really disappointed.

Great area for watching a soccer match! Also only a short drive to airport. Not really easy to get to other tourist attractions however. Really liked the accommodations and food at restaurant was great!

Visited with family, including 2 teenagers who love football. It's a short transfer from the airport - around €10 in a standard taxi. There's a fab supermarket across the road and the biggest hypermarket I've ever seen is over at Colombo Mall. We used Alto dos Moinhos tube to get around the city - although Google Maps always suggested one that was farther away. The hotel staff were all lovely, going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were in a 2 bed apartment, with a fantastic view, great living space and 2 bathrooms. Great AC. We loved the pool and all of the communal spaces. Meals were lovely, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quality hotel. Friendly staff, good facilities. Close to large shopping mall, close to local public transport and close to the airport.

Reception staff are all very helpful. Metro, grocery store, Columbo shopping center, and sports stadium are all within walking distance.

We stayed at Upon Lisbon hotel with the breakfast and they were a lot of choice with good varieties and different coffee and fresh juices. The bed was very comfy that it was hard to wake up for the breakfast.

Hadde et veldig bra opphold med to netter. Betjeningen var hyggelige. Testet ut room service fra restauranten, super gode burgere! Frokosten var digg. Vi tok til og med et bad i bassenget dagen før vi reiste hjem.

Really nice hotel. Really recommend ungrading to have the kitchenette, it was so nice to have! The hotwl is next door to a grocery store which is really convenient. There isn't a lot near by for dinner options, but the hotel restaurant was good. Breakfast was great too, worth paying for! Have paid parking onsite which was really good, and reasonable price. The beds were not the most comfortable, and it is a 12-15 min metro ride to the city centre. But the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was very rich and varied, and the service was outstanding. The views were extraordinary, the rooms were spacious and spotless — everything was perfect. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Das Hotel ist mittels U-Bahn (blaue Linie) gut zu erreichen, es liegt direkt am Stadion und ist daher besonders für Fußballfans interessant. Der Hotelpool bietet einen dementsprechend schönen Blick, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet und Sauberkeit bieten keinerlei Anlass zu Kritik.

Wonderful staff and a beautiful unit. The pool is outstanding and the restaurant serves delicious food. There are several conveniently located restaurants and a large grocery across the street. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, but from there it is a quick trip downtown.
