A convenient little hotel in the outskirts of Rome. Since everything inside Rome was occupied and/or super expensive during our visit I looked for alternatives with good communications and Urban Garden is spot on, located just a short walk from the subway end station Rebibbia. The room was simple, but tidy and everything inside worked perfectly. There are also some chilling areas and a small bar. If you are looking for a good night’s rest, a nice bathroom and a decent breakfast and are willing to do a short and simple commute – this is a really good option when doing Rome.

Hi, No Elevator in this Hotel. They were kind to carry our luggages up and down if we ask hotel people.Hotel room fragrance smell were too strong. Breakfast was good except for coffee. Thanks.

Metrostation Linie B nahe (400m) Lebensmittel (Lidel 400m) Abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt gegenüber, bei Hausnummer 41 klingeln, Tor wird dann vom hotel aus geöffnet. Das Hotel ist in Nr. 38. Durch die Nähe der Metro ist das Zentrum sehr gut zu erreichen. Tageskarte 7,-€. Gerne wieder.

The Urban Garden Hotel is an absolute gem in Rome. As a hotel with a great rate, it was pleasantly very clean, has an available full breakfast, and the staff were helpful and kind. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. There is an outdoor garden and patio space to enjoy conversation throughout the day, you can arrive anytime as the front desk is always open, and they have a small bar service as well. This hotel is worth staying at if you are willing to take the metro from Roma Termini to Rebibbia (about 25 min.).

Accoglienza, Servizio e Pulizia eccellente. Unico neo, trovasi in quartiere fuori mano con pochi servizi (niente Bar, Ristori o altro). Per fortuna la Struttura e' quasi attaccata alla linea Metro che in dieci minuti ti porta in pieno centro.

The property is clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. I managed to find a good family restaurant close by. Metro station’s at walking distance, very convenient, as well as local buses. The smell that comes from the bathroom was terrible, I had to keep the bathroom door closed and turn A/C on which helped a lot. Other than the area and the smell everything else was as expected.

Camera pulita, buon prezzo, buona colazione, personale gentile. Unici inconvenienti: odore di fogna in camera 123 (prontamente spurgata, ma non ha risolto il problema) formiche in camera. Ci è stato offerto un cambio camera ma, per evitare di traslocare siamo rimasti nella stessa camera.

The room wasn't the one I was expecting and not even close to what I was expecting: it has no windows and in the bathroom you could see cracks in the walls. During the night you could hear people shouting and making very loud noises from downstairs, because there was a dedicated space for having a drink and smoking. We stayed for only 2 nights, and on our second day, when we went beck to our room at night, we found out that the room hadn't been cleaned: the bed was not made, the towels not changed ecc.. The receptionist that night was very kind and he gave us towels but the room couldn't be cleaned and he offered us the possibility to have our breakfast at the bar since we had to leave early and we couldn't wait for the buffet at 7am. (We could notice that it definitely wasn't the first time this situation happened, he wasn't surprised by the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned). BUT, the next morning, the other receptionist was very rude and, after explaining what happened, he only gave us the choice of taking the croissants for take away and he was very upset because we should have waited for the buffet. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience we had the previous night and not even a discount on the price we had paid already. The only positive thing was the breakfast: the food was good and we had enough choice. I would never go back there. Very disappointing.

Sehr nette Personal, Zimmer klein aber fein. Nicht schlechte Lage, ist nicht weit zum Metro so kann man sofort in der Colosseum fahren. An sich Zimmer waren sehr sauber leider haben wir in ein Abend ein Kakerlake gesehen. Zimmer Bzw die Türen sind gar nicht gedämpft wir haben jeder Rettungswagen gehört (das war nicht wenig) und jeder der neben unsere Timms gelaufen ist haben wir auch gehört.

Beautiful property with real flowers and plants all around. The place was very clean and nice with great service everyday with clean bed and towels. It was very convenient with the metro and bus station next to you. The area is not the best to look at but the hotel is locked up and very nice. There are not many areas to eat around you or stores.

my room option (Comfort Double Room) positive: hotel is near the station is 10min walk with your luggage friendly staff. cleanliness of the room bathroom is clean enough, it has a safe, big enough for two people ONLY. negatives: area of the hotel is dirty and during late evening is unsafe. room (Comfort Double Room) does not have window uses builtin window part of the door to say it's a window, the walls are paper thin you hear all the farts of other guests next to you like surround system, IF YOU NON SMOKER this will be your hell, as other guests can smoke right outside your window-door till late in the evening there's not much around the area.... I WOULD suggest book hotel closer to Rome central if you are staying longer than 2 days.

Generally this is a nice little hotel, prefect location close to the metro that goes straight to the colosseum, also inly about 20 mins from ciampino airport. We actually found the location great. Some odd things, there is no kettle in the room, so no tea or coffe making facilities, we took our own coffee sachets and luckily we were able to get hot water from them bar. The rooms are pleasant but very basic, no wardrobe, draws etc and there is a small window within the door, so they do get really stuffy, no private balcony or much natural light in rooms. Staff are lovely, apart from the night receptionist our last night, he was just ignorant. You will be charged city tax of 6 euro pp per night on departure, we didnt know this so be prepared. Do not get a private taxi to/from hotel. We got charged 15 mins wait time by our taxi the day we left even though we got in it on time, apparently as standard they arrive 15 miutes early which our hotel didnt tell us so it was already 23 euros before we even left!.

I don’t know where to start, because there are so many bad things that I can mention. The good thing is the location, the metro station is quite close, but if you have kids and suitcases, walking from the station is not an easy thing, just in that case NEGATIVE - our room had no windows, and this means no real natural light - bad odor, because there’s are no windows, the rooms tend to have a humid odor and having the room door open is not for me. - bathroom neither have a window or a good humidity extractor. - noisy, I am not sure if the walls are too thin, but you can hear everything from outside, when the people flush the toilet, when they take showers, conversations from outside, upstairs, and that means hearing private noises. - bad neighborhood. Trust me I am not picky, but from all hotels I have stayed, this is the worst ever…. And I am a gold member. - no control about loud guest outside at 12-2 am in the morning. The staff does not care about other people resting

Trust me I am not picky, but from all hotels I have stayed, this is the worst ever…. And I am a gold member. - no control about loud guest outside at 12-2 am in the morning. The Urban Garden Hotel is an absolute gem in Rome. As a hotel with a great rate, it was pleasantly very clean, has an available full breakfast, and the staff were helpful and kind. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. There is an outdoor garden and patio space to enjoy conversation throughout the day, you can arrive anytime as the front desk is always open, and they have a small bar service as well. This hotel is worth staying at if you are willing to take the metro from Roma Termini to Rebibbia (about 25 min.).

We got a room with out the possibility to lock the door and they didn’t care and sad it was Normal. The receptionist wouldn’t leave he chair to look at it and help. We needed up leavening do to god rooms and behaviour. Otherworldly the rooms is with a window.

Mal servicio por parte del personal, alguien rompió la chapa de mi habitación mientras no estábamos, en cuanto regresamos nos percatamos de lo sucedido fuimos a la administración y nadie sabe nada no hicieron nada. The room wasn't the one I was expecting and not even close to what I was expecting: it has no windows and in the bathroom you could see cracks in the walls. During the night you could hear people shouting and making very loud noises from downstairs, because there was a dedicated space for having a drink and smoking. We stayed for only 2 nights, and on our second day, when we went beck to our room at night, we found out that the room hadn't been cleaned: the bed was not made, the towels not changed ecc.. The receptionist that night was very kind and he gave us towels but the room couldn't be cleaned and he offered us the possibility to have our breakfast at the bar since we had to leave early and we couldn't wait for the buffet at 7am. (We could notice that it definitely wasn't the first time this situation happened, he wasn't surprised by the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned). BUT, the next morning, the other receptionist was very rude and, after explaining what happened, he only gave us the choice of taking the croissants for take away and he was very upset because we should have waited for the buffet. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience we had the previous night and not even a discount on the price we had paid already. The only positive thing was the breakfast: the food was good and we had enough choice. I would never go back there. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately we did not receive the room we booked due to an error. Although the staff couldn't fix this problem they were very kind and helpful on the first day. When we were able to move rooms on the 2nd day, the staff member helping us was acting very weird and almost paranoid, this was really unpleasant. The rooms do not look like the picture at all. Location of hotel was great, very easy to reach.

my room option (Comfort Double Room) positive: hotel is near the station is 10min walk with your luggage friendly staff. cleanliness of the room bathroom is clean enough, it has a safe, big enough for two people ONLY. negatives: area of the hotel is dirty and during late evening is unsafe. room (Comfort Double Room) does not have window uses builtin window part of the door to say it's a window, the walls are paper thin you hear all the farts of other guests next to you like surround system, IF YOU NON SMOKER this will be your hell, as other guests can smoke right outside your window-door till late in the evening there's not much around the area.... I WOULD suggest book hotel closer to Rome central if you are staying longer than 2 days.

The location is very convenient to the nearby Rebibbia Metro station. You can take the train and bus all over the city, which is the most cost-effective option. It is maybe 2 blocks away which can be trying for an elderly or disabled person. It's not the prettiest area in the city, but I felt safe while I was there and that's the most important factor. The hotel building itself is old, but well-maintained and cute. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the wifi is good, but those are really the only amenities worth anything here. It's a good place to rest your head at the end of the night.

Generally this is a nice little hotel, prefect location close to the metro that goes straight to the colosseum, also inly about 20 mins from ciampino airport. We actually found the location great. Some odd things, there is no kettle in the room, so no tea or coffe making facilities, we took our own coffee sachets and luckily we were able to get hot water from them bar. The rooms are pleasant but very basic, no wardrobe, draws etc and there is a small window within the door, so they do get really stuffy, no private balcony or much natural light in rooms. Staff are lovely, apart from the night receptionist our last night, he was just ignorant. You will be charged city tax of 6 euro pp per night on departure, we didnt know this so be prepared. Do not get a private taxi to/from hotel. We got charged 15 mins wait time by our taxi the day we left even though we got in it on time, apparently as standard they arrive 15 miutes early which our hotel didnt tell us so it was already 23 euros before we even left!.

Beautiful property with real flowers and plants all around. The place was very clean and nice with great service everyday with clean bed and towels. It was very convenient with the metro and bus station next to you. The area is not the best to look at but the hotel is locked up and very nice. There are not many areas to eat around you or stores.

The property is clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. I managed to find a good family restaurant close by. Metro station’s at walking distance, very convenient, as well as local buses. The smell that comes from the bathroom was terrible, I had to keep the bathroom door closed and turn A/C on which helped a lot. Other than the area and the smell everything else was as expected.

Jago cerca de 100 noches de viaje al año por trabajo, este hotel fué decepcionante . Su situación es mala , la insonorización patética , se oye todo, las habitaciones no tiene ventana y hay mucha humedad , anulé 2 noches y desde hotels me dijo que no habia recargo , pero ellos si me lo cobraron , ademas no coincidian los precios de hotels con los que ellos me facilitaron , 150€ por noche poua m de hotel , que admeas te piden un deposito de 5€ por tener la llave electronica . No me querian hacer factura , con facturas absurdas , después de tsrdar 20 min em hacermela por problemas con el ordenador . El desayuno pobre y patetico , no sé que mas puedo contar

Cafe da manhã excelente,com muitas opções e comida deliciosa. Hotel com instalações boas e moderno, único problema foi o chuveiro que estava com a vazão de água baixa porém sem nenhum problema. Longe do centro e atrações turísticas mas fácil acesso com o metro. Por fim, recomendo demais!

We enjoyed our stay very much at Urban Garden Hotel. Very convenient location and friendly and professional staff. We felt very comfortable being there. We loved hanging out in the lobby, a nice barista served us delicious cappuccinos each morning. That was one of our favorite parts of our trip!

When we checked in, the room that we were assigned had been used and not prepared. That was kind of a bummer. But they got us into another room right away.
