We booked this hotel for the pool which we were not allowed to use because it might rain (it didn’t). Manager would not speak to us about it. Really poor attitude from staff.

First of all; Location is very, very good. Staff is helpfull, smiling and down to earth. Room was of good size, clean and overall everything we needed. We don't get the glassdoor and direct view to the shower though. Some privacy when showering could be nice. Pool is nice in July, but very small and opens up a bit late at 11.00. You have to book a time-slot, and only 6 people is allowed at the same time. Only 4 sunbeds, so better be on time if fully booked. (2 chairs is available though) We noticed that not everyone knew/liked these rules, so sometimes there would be more than 6, drinking and occupying the pool for longer periods of time. Then the pool-area is very, very small and we did not stay for long, even though we had reserved time. On the other hand, we also had it to ourselves a few times - and then it feels like a private pool in the center of town - and that is indeed very cool. Will we come back? I think so :)

It is a basic hotel room with everything you need. Nice big shower and separate toilet. The shower is glass and is directly in room so perhaps not a great choice if your not travelling with a partner. We didnt use the pool, it is small and there are only a few chairs available which were all occupied when we were there. Breakfast is very simple but has everything you need except coffee..only a nespresso machine.

Alex at the front desk was amazing! He was incredibly friendly with many recommendations. The first night we had no air conditioning in one of our rooms and had to double up. Alex immediately refunded the room. The hotel was in a good location. Pool very small and needed reservations to use.

If you want to be in the center of old Seville this lovely property fits the bill. Close to the central market and other attractions and less than a mile from the station. Rooms were well appointed and modern, the roof deck plunge pool was refreshing and the staff were so helpful.

Great little hotel in the heart of old town! Can walk to all kind of restaurants and shops (Central Market is a minute away). Big rooms, clean and comfortable, although bathroom was a little dark. Incredibly gracious and helpful English-speaking staff. Highly recommend.

Perfekte Lage, wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Frühstück für den Preis sehr gut, aber leider viele abgepackte Sachen. Rührei etc. auf Wunsch sehr lecker, super netter Frühstücksservice. Frühstücksraum klein und ohne Tageslicht. Leider trotz Buchung zweier Einzelbetten nur ein Doppelbett mit einer großen Zudecke erhalten. Bei Reklamation dann noch eine zweite große Decke statt 2 kleine erhalten. Holzboden im Zimmer aufgequollen, da Wasser aus der Dusche läuft, auch feuchte Stellen und Schimmel an der Decke.

We stayed at the One Shot Mercat 09 in Valencia from 12 – 17 September 2023, located in the city centre and in a quiet low traffic street. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was as well. The airco provided for a comfortable cool room climate and hardly generated any noise. The hotel is very centrally located, with lots of nice shops, squares, architecture and sightseeing spots (such as the indoor market) within walking distance. The hotel reception staff (Alex and Preston) was very kind and helpful. In particular Preston made more than full effort to respond to our questions, provide hints and tips, and even to suggest the best walking routes, restaurants, etc. We really appreciate that dedication, Preston! This kind young man made the extra mile by exceeding service expectations. His kindness and professional skills made our stay in this hotel even more enjoyable! A minor point of criticism is that the room had no coffee/tea facilities, but this was solved by allowing us to grab a cup of coffee before start of the breakfast slot at 8:00. Breakfast itself was simple and with hardly any variety across the days, but well enough to fill your stomach for the first few hours of the day. Altogether we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. Ceiling mural was lovely. All toiletries provided. Cleanliness was maintained daily. All reception staff were polite, friendly and very helful. The outlook of the hotel wasn't great but the location was perfect for access to the old town and was a short walk from the metro.

The receptionist on arrival was terrific . She was helpful , accomodating & patient with us . When my wife became ill she organised a Dr , where to go for pharmacy & went out of her way to support us . Brilliant . Would return again . Room was great

We had an issue with the air conditioning, which was the only negative but they tried many times to fix the problem, then upgraded us to a better room with good air conditioning. And the location was close to the train station and all the wonderful architecture of Valencia.

Everything was excellent. However, we were charged for our stay even though we had prepaid. When we were refunded the currency exchange was different and we lost money. We should not be out money because of their mistake. Unfortunate since it was a nice stay.

We stayed at the One Shot Mercat 09 in Valencia from 12 – 17 September 2023, located in the city centre and in a quiet low traffic street. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was as well. The airco provided for a comfortable cool room climate and hardly generated any noise. The hotel is very centrally located, with lots of nice shops, squares, architecture and sightseeing spots (such as the indoor market) within walking distance. The hotel reception staff (Alex and Preston) was very kind and helpful. In particular Preston made more than full effort to respond to our questions, provide hints and tips, and even to suggest the best walking routes, restaurants, etc. We really appreciate that dedication, Preston! This kind young man made the extra mile by exceeding service expectations. His kindness and professional skills made our stay in this hotel even more enjoyable! A minor point of criticism is that the room had no coffee/tea facilities, but this was solved by allowing us to grab a cup of coffee before start of the breakfast slot at 8:00. Breakfast itself was simple and with hardly any variety across the days, but well enough to fill your stomach for the first few hours of the day. Altogether we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfekte Lage, wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Frühstück für den Preis sehr gut, aber leider viele abgepackte Sachen. Rührei etc. auf Wunsch sehr lecker, super netter Frühstücksservice. Frühstücksraum klein und ohne Tageslicht. Leider trotz Buchung zweier Einzelbetten nur ein Doppelbett mit einer großen Zudecke erhalten. Bei Reklamation dann noch eine zweite große Decke statt 2 kleine erhalten. Holzboden im Zimmer aufgequollen, da Wasser aus der Dusche läuft, auch feuchte Stellen und Schimmel an der Decke.

We had a junior suite which was great with a lot of space. Front desk staff were very helpful. We used the pool and thought it could have been cleaner - a bit green around the pool edge. Breakfast was good with meals cooked as requested. Great location to explore Valencia from.

Amazing little hotel in the heart of the old town, with the added bonus of a rooftop pool, which was very much needed after a day of exploring in the July spanish heat! Staff were amazing and so helpful. Ideal location, close to loads of great bars, restaurants and cool things to see! Rooms were spacious and had a really unique feel to them. 10/10 would highly recommend 👌

The location is right next to the Central Market. The front desk staff is very helpful. And the room is spacious. The maintenance of the property is not super good. The ceiling light is flashing. The bottom of the bathroom door and the joint part where the shower space and the floor are broken and need to be refinished.
