Es un hotel antiguo pero reformado, básico pero con encanto. Muy bien ubicado si quieres estar en el centro histórico y equidistante a todas las atracciones turísticas, incluida la estación de trenes. A pesar del ruido callejero, la habitación es hermética. El restaurante en los bajos, del mismo nombre, es excelente. El desayuno es copioso, variado y la calidad inmejorable. L@s camarer@s amables y atent@s. Lo único que no me gustó fue la distribución del baño...un hotel tan bonito se merecía mejores calidades. No obstante, si vuelvo a Valencia, repetiré estancia en este hotel sin vacilación.

Emilia at reception was very very helpful and friendly. Check in easy. Balcony with view. Kettle to make tea & coffee. Bar fridge. Great location. Convenient restaurant on ground floor.The hot tub / whirlpool is a waste of space.

Les chambres sont minuscules, certes avec tout le confort mais l’exiguïté et les fenêtres minuscules déroutent au premier abord, eu égard au tarif deboursé, un peu au-dessus des prix moyens. L’absence de parking est un autre handicap : il faut garer son véhicule dans le parking public adjacent où les tarifs à la journée sont prohibitifs (en moyenne 25€/j minimum). Un tarif réduit pour les clients de l’hôtel serait souhaitable. En revanche, le personnel gentil, dévoué et efficace compense un peu l’impression mitigée et le restaurant de l’hôtel mérite des éloges. Les petits déjeuners étaient parfaits.

Posizione ultracomoda per visitare praticamente tutto a piedi. Personale della colazione gentilissimo e molto molto friendly (la colazione è a la carte e tutto viene preparato al momento). Il primo giorno non ci hanno pulito la camera dopo che siamo usciti togliendo il “do not disturb”. Le camere sono piccine, ma è bella l’idea di avere la vasca in camera. Prezzo leggermente alto, ma nel complesso ci tornerei!

Hotel is more of a restaurant than a hotel. Property is both a restaurant & a hotel. So less emphasis is given to hotel customers. They cater more attention to restaurant customers. Also, you order food from their menu with a specific listed price then bill you differently. Their excuse is menu price is only good for one person. I will not definitely recommend this hotel.

Tout le personnel est très aimable, professionnel et attentif. Hôtel très bien tenu, très propre et calme. Il est aussi bar et restaurant avec terrasse. Très bien situé dans le centre ancien piétonnier, proche de tous les monuments et boutiques. Parking à 50 m. Sommes restés 2 nuits 17 au 19 oct 2023.

Hotel is ideally located in the historic old town & despite it\'s location, it\'s very quiet at night. It\'s convenient to get to by bus/metro. Rooms are cleaned daily (a welcome change to the usual "can\'t clean due to COVID") & staff are friendly. The breakfast is in the bar/restaurant that is on the ground floor. My one disappointment is the picture of the roof garden as the main hotel picture. This is misleading as the roof garden was only available if you were booked in Room 401 - the website is misleading

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we were in had modern fixtures and finishes, but was too small for two people to move easily around the large bed. Location is convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. The street entry is through the restaurant dining room which was a little confusing when we were first looking for the hotel.

Emplacement incroyable, situé près de tout. Nous avons appréciés les petites attentions qui nous attendaient. Bon restaurant sur place. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Seul bémol, la propreté du plancher laissait à désirer ainsi que l’odeur de la salle de bain, qui sentait sincèrement mauvaise. Enfin, le ventilateur du climatiseur était bruyant et il aurait avantage à être nettoyé. En conclusion, qualité prix correct.

I stayed midweek at the hotel for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Despite the super central location, I didn't have any noise issues except for the restaurant closing downstairs, which was only for around 5-10 minutes. The double interior room was perfectly clean; there are a couple of things that maybe take away from the overall finish, such as the shower (the door leaked, and I struggled to get the overhead shower to stay on) but all things that are perfectly manageable. Service was efficient at check-in/out. Overall, for the location and price, I was happy with my stay.

My room flooded both times I took a shower. It was a lucky coincidence that my clothes/suitcase weren't on the floor where it flooded. The rooms are small but sufficient, shower temperature was good, an elevator is available. I paid a discounted rate around $50/night which seemed fair but I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price.

We were warmly welcomed by Emily at reception who was fantastic and made sure the bags were delivered to our room when we could check in (we arrived early). The room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable, though with the bath in the bedroom there was not much room to open your suitcase other than on the bed. We were on level 3 and wifi speed was very slow. There was an unpleasant persistent odour from the bathroom, but we were assured it was just the smell of the cleaning products, not so sure. We appreciate it’s difficult to ventilate old buildings Entry to reception (on level 1), was through the restaurant, which was a bit unusual when looking for the hotel. We did have a good view of the street below.

Hotel El Siglo was amazing - it is in the perfect location right by a beautiful church and in a bustling town square. The beach is a 20 min drive away but we didn’t mind, as we only did one beach day during our trip. It had great AC, a beautiful balcony, and a lovely bath and shower.

Yes, the room was small and I do not know where 2 people would put their luggage but I loved it. You could open the balcony doors and hear the street muscians and the church bells and people watch. Nice shower. Nice whirlpool tub with lavender bath salts. So close to everything. It is a different experience than a regular hotel. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very well located. We arrived around 10 and we were quickly checked in by the restaurant staff and given our key to the room. The room is very small but efficient and clean. The bathroom however, is tiny, it was added with a glass wall and a swing glass door to enter it. If you're a little heavy you won't make it inside or not get inside the shower. The door opens to some extent and hits the sink, same with the shower door. The shower is poorly finished and in black, kind of slippery. The water from the shower leaked into the bedroom, good it was just enough to soak one towel. Be aware of your body size because you will not be able to get in the shower. 5'5 and 133 lbs and it was difficult for me.

Great room in a super location. I don't think a better location is even possible. Bed was comfortable. Our room had the hydromassage as well as a separate good shower. Only thing was the toilet is for some reason positioned super low.

We were warmly welcomed by Emily at reception who was fantastic and made sure the bags were delivered to our room when we could check in (we arrived early). The room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable, though with the bath in the bedroom there was not much room to open your suitcase other than on the bed. We were on level 3 and wifi speed was very slow. There was an unpleasant persistent odour from the bathroom, but we were assured it was just the smell of the cleaning products, not so sure. We appreciate it’s difficult to ventilate old buildings Entry to reception (on level 1), was through the restaurant, which was a bit unusual when looking for the hotel. We did have a good view of the street below.

Perfect location in the old town. Easy walking distance to places. Hotel was lovely and had everything that you would need in it. Rooms are a but small but that doesn't really matter as not there most of the time. Lovely friendly staff. Noisy at night but it is usually quiet after midnight. Really wnjoyed my stay here

Hotel El Siglo was amazing - it is in the perfect location right by a beautiful church and in a bustling town square. The beach is a 20 min drive away but we didn’t mind, as we only did one beach day during our trip. It had great AC, a beautiful balcony, and a lovely bath and shower.

Hotel is ideally located in the historic old town & despite it\'s location, it\'s very quiet at night. It\'s convenient to get to by bus/metro. Rooms are cleaned daily (a welcome change to the usual "can\'t clean due to COVID") & staff are friendly. The breakfast is in the bar/restaurant that is on the ground floor. My one disappointment is the picture of the roof garden as the main hotel picture. This is misleading as the roof garden was only available if you were booked in Room 401 - the website is misleading

Posizione ultracomoda per visitare praticamente tutto a piedi. Personale della colazione gentilissimo e molto molto friendly (la colazione è a la carte e tutto viene preparato al momento). Il primo giorno non ci hanno pulito la camera dopo che siamo usciti togliendo il “do not disturb”. Le camere sono piccine, ma è bella l’idea di avere la vasca in camera. Prezzo leggermente alto, ma nel complesso ci tornerei!

This was the second time staying at this hotel, amazing friendly, helpful staff, perfect location in the heart of the city, our favourite thing to do is sit outside the hotel where you can enjoy a glass of Agua de Valencia! And watch the people walk by, amazing paella! What’s not to love! Would definitely make this my go to hotel for exploring the city!

The location was fantastic. The hotel room was small but very clean and comfortable with complimentary water, chocolates, and coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Raquel.
