Based on the fact that it's a 3 star hotel, our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, The shower was excellent, the bed comfortable and with shower gel and a hairdryer very practical as well. Excellent location(near metro), close to restaurants etc, all very good. The breakfast was reasonable, so all in all a good stay. But it was really the staff that made it a really good stay. My only negatives would be, only one lift and needs a bit of smartening up in a couple of places.

The room was very nice, clean, modern and nice attention to detail, the hotel and internet were top notch only. I was one block above the street, the noaie from the street was fine for me but may be noisy for sound sensitive people. There is a parking lot across the street which is free on the weekend, street parking appears very limited. Walkability is limited but Uber and taxi options are extremely reasonable.

This was a decent hotel in a decent location (proximity to downtown). Parking is a challenge in this area. The elevator was really bad and we had to take the stairs several times. Our bedding had multiple stains on it.

A nice, modern, and well-updated hotel located in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of most major sights. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive, with a good selection of juices and coffee. The only downside: if you have a car, private parking is located about 200–300 meters away. Great location in a safe area and central to restaurants, shops and local transportation. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice free breakfast from 7:30-10:30. My room was super clean and I had an amazing view of the city/water. There was construction across the street that was a little noisy at night but obviously that’s not the hotels fault. The elevator was hit or miss with weather it worked or not. Overall I would recommend.

Goed hotel, kleine maar comfortabele kamer. Aan de straatkant dus wel lawaai van verkeer. Bij aankomst bleek het vuilbakje in de badkamer niet leeg gemaakt. Dit werd echter direct opgelost na contact metde receptie. Betaalparking is ong 200 meter verder in de straat.

Très peu d’isolation. La nuit, depuis notre chambre donnant sur la route, nous entendions tout ce qu’il se passait dans la rue. Disputes entre riverains, camions, sorties de poubelles … De plus, notre chambre était dans un état global décevant. Murs abîmés (grosses traces noirs), revêtement de la tête de lit déchiré. Et pour finir l’une des portes de douche n’avaient plus ses roulettes du bas.

Freundliches Personal, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial Das Personal im Hotel war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das ist auf jeden Fall ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten und wir hätten uns etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Im Badezimmer war die Silikonfuge leider verschimmelt, was keinen besonders hygienischen Eindruck machte. Auch die Möbel hätten eine Auffrischung nötig – an einigen Stellen war der Lack bereits abgeplatzt.

The hotel is good for people who visits Lisbon for a couple of nights and only wants to sleep there and enjoy sightseeing of Lisbon through the day. However, the room we’ve been in needs refreshing as it was well used. Dirty walls, the ‚leather’ from bed was peeling off on the head rest, windows were very dirty, the doors in the shower weren’t put on properly etc. The breakfast was good, but there was no kettle in the room so we couldn’t even make a cup of tea in the evenings.

The property is dirty and dated - such as shower doors falling off - headboard all ripped - black mould around the shower and bed sheets with stains. Booked with a bottle of wine and had to ask for it 3 times. Shame as the property is well located and a little bit of TLC and it would be nice.

The rooms were very small — we couldn’t even keep our luggage open. We had to swueeze to get to another side of bed. They deliberately gave us two rooms on separate floors (3rd and 4th), which was very inconvenient. The rooms were tiny and not worth the price we paid. Very inconvenient!

The staff were polite and very friendly. They also allowed us to leave our luggage even after checking out no problem. The location is great and they have a decent breakfast. However, the room was quite noisy, as the windows couldn’t fully close. The bathroom is also quite awkward. Its walls are made out of glass and there is no sound proofing. So, be mindful about it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage available. Lots of local restaurants within 5 mins walk of the hotel and a convenience store / mini market just accross the road. Breakfast was more basic than some other hotels however plentiful and was as described when booking. Bathroom facilities good although the walls were frosted glass so maybe not suitable for certain groups of travellers due to slight lack of privacy.

We had spoke to the front desk numerous times about the a/c not working. 4 times in a 6 night stay, we were told it was working and everything was fine but the AC unit had error messages and didn't stay on for more than a few minutes. On check out we mentioned that we had requested it be attended to but we were met with 'we are sorry' and 'there is nothing I can do for you but thank you for letting us know. ' The staff were not helpful and did not offer any options for a room change or any discount for the inconvenience despite multiple requests for the issue to be addressed.

The best experience with a hotel staff we've had in a long time! We were at the airport early in the morning a day earlier than we expected to be. I emailed the hotel with some questions and actually heard back in a timely manner. We showed up, still fairly early in the morning. They stored our luggage for us while we wandered around, waiting for normal check-in time, giving us suggestions for food and nearby things to see. They sent us an email when our room was ready, which was so convenient. The room was compact but efficient. Most importantly, though, for a jetlagged couple, the bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains a nice touch for making up a little extra lost sleep. The included breakfast had good options and variety. Oh, and the location is great, too! (Can you tell what was most important to us when the location is an afterthought? 😄)

We wish we could say 4.5. The hotel was very good. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Location was very convenient for us We did not give this hotel a 5 star because even after repeated efforts to fix and offers to switch rooms, the bathroom in our room gave off a urine smell. Breakfast was very good especially the garlic mushrooms with the eggs but all the juices were watery and they need 2 coffee ☕️ machines for the number of guests.
