A lovely hotel with extremely helpful and pleasant staff. I arrived early and was able to get my room straight away. The hotel is right beside Rato metro stop and also has lots of buses almost on the doorstep to take you to Barrio Alto and the other tourist sights. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
