The Hotel was like brandnew. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many things to choose from like Pho, Scrambled eggs and fruits. Motorbike rental was no Problem and cheap. And the Hotel Staff was amazing you could feel that they served us with all of their Heart. Highly recommended and we will return when on cat ba island. Vi har rest runt i Vietnam i två månader och det här var det bästa hotellet hittills! Så otroligt rent, fräscht och bra standard. Sängarna är supersköna och stora, med fräscha krispiga lakan. Frukosten är jättebra, flera olika val och allt är jättegott! Personalen är supergullig och hjälpsam. Vi fick hjälp med att boka bussbiljetter till Ninh binh för ett bra pris. Vi fick också med oss en varsin flaska vatten innan avfärd - gulligt! Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt. Nära till restauranger, 10 minuter att gå till stranden. Så himla bra valuta för pengarna. Vi var verkligen så nöjda!

We had a fantastic two nights stay at this hotel. The two hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, helping us with anything we needed. The room was spotless, with a very modern bathroom, great lighting, comfy bed and smart TV for apps etc. We felt very comfortable. Good selection of breakfast and very tasty. Hotel is a short walk from restaurants and beaches. A faultless stay and would highly recommend.

Trotz Taifun Yagi, der kurz vorher über die Insel gefegt war, hatten wir auf nichts verzichten müssen… sehr sauber und sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit… Hatten vom Hotel den Bus zum Hai Pong Airport gebucht und ging ganz schnell und einfach… prima Hotel in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage!

Super gelegenes Hotel ca. 5 minuten vom Hafen weg. Ein bisschen den Berg hoch und dann gehts mal rechts Treppen hoch und schon ist man da. Sehr netter Empfang. Tolles Delux Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ok. Es gab auch Suppe mit Nudeln und Chicken.

Hatten einen sehr guten aufenthanthalt. Moderne und comfortable zimmer. Auch das frühstück war sehr gut. Personal spricht gut English und ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Werde auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

We stayed in the deluxe double room with a balcony at the Cat Ba View Hotel. The mountain was perhaps 5 meters away, so the view was of a wall of vertical vegetation. It was very private, and we had lovely butterflies flitting about. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The two Nanh's were hospitable and kind. The location is a block off the main street, so the noise is less than directly in Cat Ba Town. If going to Cat Ba, we would stay here again.

Nam and his co-host were so very sweet and welcoming solved any of our issues that came up right away. The breakfast was always plentiful and tasty with excellent service. Nam also arranged our ride into the national park to see the cave and do our hike to Ngu Lam peak. We had a wonderful stay!

This was the nicest hotel I experienced in Vietnam. It far exceeded what I expected for the price. On a quiet street but 5 mins walk to the main pedestrian sea front area. Good breakfast is a bonus. But above all the staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. They can help with anything you need.

Tuvimos una fuga de agua en la habitación, pero de inmediato nos cambiaron a otra en lo que la arreglaban y quedó perfecto, el personal muy servicial. También tuvimos un problema con un celular y nos recomendaron un lugar buenísimo donde arreglaron nuestro problema. El desayuno muy completo y rico. Rentamos un tour por la bahía ahí en el l hotel y fue muy lindo, puntuales y cumplieron con todo.

Tuvimos una fuga de agua en la habitación, pero de inmediato nos cambiaron a otra en lo que la arreglaban y quedó perfecto, el personal muy servicial. También tuvimos un problema con un celular y nos recomendaron un lugar buenísimo donde arreglaron nuestro problema. El desayuno muy completo y rico. Rentamos un tour por la bahía ahí en el l hotel y fue muy lindo, puntuales y cumplieron con todo.
