This was the perfect spot for my kids and i. Had a great size boathouse with full amenities, comfortable bed, pool on premises, small grass space all laundry facilities. It was a nice stay, just out of town but only few minute drive. Staff were friendly upon arrival and was helpful and welcoming.

We booked the family cottage based on the photos and reviews however we were very disappointed. The accommodation was not clean and there was a very strong odor throughout. There were dead flies and cockroaches on the window seals, one of the bedrooms did not have a fly screen for the window restricting ventilation & ceiling fans made a loud noise causing a disrupted sleep not to mention that the bedding was also uncomfortable. The bathroom was not functional as the vanity sink was extremely high was not suitable for children. The lounges were dirty/stained which were attempted to be covered by an even dirtier blanket. Decor was old and dysfunctional. After a 3 night stay, I would highly advise you to reconsider this park for your next holiday destination if you plan on staying in one of the cabins.

Cabins were putrid, mould and dust made us all sick. Only stayed one night and left. They said a refund would be issued and then management refused to contact expedia and issue the refund. Worst experience.

Emails were not responded to a number of times that had clear questions requiring responses. The couch was filthy, the kitchen sink was leaking (had to be fixed) and took a long time to drain. Wifi was terrible. But what really disappointed me was that we booked a portacot, when we arrived at nearly 6pm the cot wasn’t in our cabin which was fine but once I picked it up and get it up it I saw that it had several rips, large stains and a very strong odour. I could not let baby sleep in it. When I returned it the morning after explaining that it is not safe the person in reception said “yeah it’s not is it”. This was so annoying because we could have stayed somewhere else that actually had the ammenities we needed. The grounds were nice and the cabin was spacious. Could use a playground or something for the kids though as the closest that we saw was in walking distance but up a very steep hill.

The cabin was well equipped, but with some minor issues. I mentioned the issue with the sink draining slowly on check out. Most disappointing was that I requested a cabin in a quiet location and mine was located next door to one undergoing renovation. I was woken by noise of trademen, powertools and a radio. The park didn't appear to be full, so I'm sure a more suitably located cabin was available.

Good location and the birds and Koala in the tree was a nice surprise. The cleaner was lovely to speak with and check in was easy. Cabins are quite dated and hot water run out quickly.

Reception wasn’t welcoming. The cabin was very outdated. The best part is that it is a short distance to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen! The bed was horrendous, leaving me with excruciating pain travelling home, and no hot water at 6.45am!!

Cabine refaite récemment en parfait état. Super propre, literie lit double très confortable. Canapé cosy. Espace extérieur avec petite table pour 2 très bien pour un café. A 2 pas de la plage. Accueil chaleureux. On y a passé un très bon séjour.

No restaurant on the property but a small friendly pub with excellent meals just 70 paces away (I counted them). There is a small shopping area just around the corner. The cabin was comfortable- good sized kitchen/dining/lounge are. Shower room reasonable size and excellent hot water with great pressure. Will definitely stay there again

Everything about this park was amazing. Staff were lovely. The cabin was clean and in amazing condition. The park was nicely set out and had some beautiful wild bird around. Walkable to the restaurant/pub next door or just a block away from coffee. We definitely will be coming back.

Great to unpack luggage 10 feet from door. Very clean, comfortable accommodation, the cabin was very economical and much better than hotels we stayed at during our trip. The Ocean bar and grill restaurant right next door was amazingly good and the two combined made a great stay

The first thing we noticed on check-in was the bird song. The property has cabins set between mature trees and sub-tropical plantings in the many garden beds. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay, including a good licensed restaurant with reasonable prices next door. We would be happy to stay there again.
