Room was clean, Staff where helpful and talkative. Bathroom and kitchen where daily cleaned. Hostel is located on the top two floors. which is like 3 flights of stairs. Minus the fact that the other guests where being rude to the staff, talking to loudly and not knowing how to close doors quietly. My stay with fine.

I feel like you can pay maybe $20-30 cad more to be in the prime location as this is a bit far out. I'm sure there's public transport but I ubered for convenience, so the location wasn't super duper central. Zerooooo sound proofing at all. I can hear everything. I didn't have to wait for a washroom but the flush wasn't great. I also had a single room... And the single room is located right up the stairs (meaning no extra set of doors). Someone (probably just someone thinking it was their room after a late night ) kept attempting to open the door with their keys. It's not the safest when there is no reception (at night) and no dividing gate door. It's fine if youre a heavy sleeper and just using the place to sleep, but yea the sound is sooooo transparent.
