Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor

They do not offer breakfast. The staff moves with no urgency. The room was clean but 0 replenishment of necessary hygenic items. false fire alarm that left us confused and no update from any staff either. Key card to enter the hotel after a certain time at night didn't even work. Staff worker had to walk up to the door to open it. 0/10. Our stay was one of the worst.

Very nice hotel, area surrounding it was not the best

Good place to stay. Only downside you have to pay for parking.

Room was clean, check-in was a breeze, hotel is conveniently located within waking distance to so many attractions.

I was not informed about room cleaning only by request at the time of check-in. The second day I found this out and asked for room cleaning, which was not done. I requested again for the room cleaning to be done the following day, which again was not taken care of. Getting clean towels delivered took more than 45 minutes, and I even had to ask twice. I noticed all the staffs I interacted were taking notes on post-its. Poor communication. It was not a pleasant stay and I do not plan to come back.
