It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Quite close to downtown. I was a bit disappointed as I misread the Expedia description and thought there was a pool. Turns out only one suite has it's own private pool! I like that they allow pets, we had our chihuahua with us.

First, this place was falsely advertised with photos of a pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub are contained in a private suite not available to book through Hotels.com. This was very disappointing and the front desk staff is aware and explained this to me. Our room and bed were very clean and comfortable for the two nights we stayed. Fridge was marginal - it kept our drinks cool not cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature. We had our rooms cleaned and bed made each day without asking, which was awesome. The complimentary slippers was a nice touch. However, there appeared to be people living at this location who spent most of their time outside, talking loud, drinking alcohol and smoking until sometime after 11 PM. Needless to say, we did not have a restful sleep the first night. I called front desk the next morning to complain and that night, it was quiet around 9 PM but they still gathered outside to talk, smoke, and drink alcohol during the day. Motels need to place long-term guests elsewhere especially if they are noisy and active to prevent them from disturbing others. I would not return to this motel.

The room itself was clean minus the potato bugs on the shower floor. The refrigerator did not work and there was no ice in the machine. The shower itself was awesome with excellent water pressure. The lady at the front desk has excellent customer service and very very helpful with directions.

The front desk staff sets the bar for excellent service!! Ice machine was out of service, but they quickly brought me a bag of ice from their sister motel. The Standard queen room was comfortable, but small. If you're bringing in a lot of luggage, upsize your choice of room. Shower power was delightful.

Just wow! When you see "rennovated motel" your brain can go places. Wigel's goes to the good place. The rooms are super clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. Check-in was fast and easy. Parking is mere steps from your door. For the price, you will be pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is extremely well kept. I love the flowers at every unit, so inviting. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen and we have been to hotels that were more expensive and yet not as clean. It is just on the edge of the business core where the choice of Mexican restaurants is unmatched in Canada. So it was convenient, clean, welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Read good things about the hotel. Our initial day was fine, but Day 2 revealed some ugly nasties. Whether is was as a result of the heat outside, or badly sealed doorways, we had bugs all throughout the room on Day 3. Ants, larva..you name it. They were crawling on the floor and we found ear wigs all over the mattress covers. Had we been staying another day, we would have had to switch hotels. Very unfortunate on an otherwise decent stay.

Quaint little motel close to town. Nice upgraded rooms. Downside was that the platform bed frame was dirty and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed ever, crumbs/who knows what at the sides and dust along the back.

Room was clean. Slippers provided was a nice touch. Pillows could use replacing. Good value overall for the price but if your someone who wants to watch TV in the room the cable is terrible. We asked someone to take a look at it but they couldn't improve the picture. Very snowy picture and barely watchable.

This was a lovely property in Leamington. The rooms had obviously been newly renovated and looked great. I liked that the room had a fridge and was fine with having only a walk-in shower, no tub. The pillows were nice. It was close the downtown and quite a few restaurants. My only real complaint was that they didn't include blackout curtains - they only had horizontal blinds. They provided privacy, but did absolutely nothing to block out light.

We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up at the office to check us in. They upgraded our room to a king size bed which we were grateful but there was sand and hair on the fitted sheet which was quite unpleasant.

On a solo bicycle tour, I arrived on a rainy evening. The desk gentlemen called to inquire about my arrival time and was on site, waiting and prepared when I did arrive. If you are looking for a nice ( clean comfortable ) stay in the area this is a great option- the young lady at check in - (Brooklyn I believe) was the perfect fit for us upon on arrival after a very long day (9 hours) of driving- she was very accommodating, informed and most importantly she was friendly - the quick overnight stay was perfect for us ! Thanks for sharing your place !

Wasn't happy with this place. Woman who works the evening weekend shift she was wonderful the woman in the morning needs a new job. There was only 4 people total at this hotel i booked two nights asked to check out at 12pm on the sunday and the lady in the morning was so rude and denied the late check out

The room was clean and mostly comfortable. The windows, although they have blinds need a curtain or black out shades as the lights from the ceiling outside shine bright into the room. My television did not work. Perfectly located for everything wonderful about Leamington! Housekeeping staff was friendly.

The property was clean and well kept, close to many amenities and restaurants - both walking and driving. The room was clean, updated - housekeeping came part way through our stay and briefly cleaned the room, provided fresh towels. The toilet was finicky to flush and only basic cable available, but other than that absolutely no complaints. Nice seating area outside of each room. Staff was all very pleasant. Overall a fantastic stay and definitely worth it!!!

The room is fairly clean with freshly washed beddings. It changed my thoughts of staying at motels. In fact it’s much cleaner than some hotels. A walking distance to places for dining and other convenience store.

Great location, close to restaurants, quiet and safe. The room was updated, smallish, but clean, nice firm bed, each room has a table and 2 chairs outside, which we took advantage of. Black out blinds and a luggage rack would be a helpful addition. We will be back.
