Convenient location, comfortable beds, blackout curtains. However the rooms were very far from the lifts. A/C in the first room was not working so we had to move rooms. No phone or coffee, tea facilities in the rooms. Showers spill water during showers (not too bad, but it will wet the floors). The floor carpet by the bathroom was wet at check-in. Unfortunately no gym / fitness facilities.

We all know that Zürich is expensive and this was what we could pay. Yes, the room is small but the location is excellent. It’s 5 mins walk rom 2 tram tracks, 10mins to HB. And 2 supermarkets around, Micro and Coop. There are steps from the curb to the lobby so be warned!

Lovely room, with very comfortable beds. A little disappointing that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Air conditioning was not needed as the room temperature was pleasant. Beautiful bar area with very friendly staff and prompt service.

Alles war gut fußläufig erreichbar. Haben uns Frühstück in der Umgebung geholt (Supermarkt, Café). Zum Be- und Entladen kann man den Innenhof nutzen. Parkhaus in der Nähe kostet 39 CHF am Tag - für Zürich normal.

24 hour bar with espresso bar (no minibar in room but you can go down and get a drink or coffee whenever you want) friendly staff. Beautiful courtyard area, and close to the train station. You’re a little farther from the main city center but it’s a quick train ride (1 stop) to the main station in Zurich. Beautiful building, clean rooms and windows fully open so it was nice to air out the room and sleep with the windows open at night. Very quiet. Rooms aren’t anything over the top but the beds are comfortable and you have enough room for multiple pieces of luggage. Nice showers and the hair dryers worked great and were powerful. Would definitely stay here again.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Anbindung. Alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Frühstück sehr gut. Kein eigener Parkplatz deshalb muss ein Parkhaus in der Nähe benutzt werden. Toller Service.

Our room was huge! And very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. We loved our location! There were umbrellas available which we very much appreciated. One complaint is that the main door to the hotel is up a flight of stairs. Very difficult to grag heavy baggage up and down those stairs. Nobody there to help. It is incredibly convenient having a 24 hour bar and restaurant on the premises. I will stay there again

Amazing staff at the property! They were always so helpful in whatever we needed. Our whole stay became even more pleasant because of them. The property itself is very well maintained and clean. All rooms, hallways, lobby, courtyard areas were kept clean always. The bar is open 24 hours which is a nice thing for a late night drink and relaxing. Excellent location - just the right distance from all key attractions and in a quiet neighborhood overall so you can actually relax in your room. We had a comfortable stay and I would recommend this to friends and family!

Desk staff is really nice. Room is clean, but felt life a sauna. They need to regulate the temperature of the rooms so it doesn’t feel like the surface of the sun. Shower is great. Perfect water pressure and easy to use. Room could use a desk, shelf, or luggage. Great location and I would stay again.

Considering it was in a fairly busy area it was very quiet. Hotel was nice but rooms are on the smaller side. The bed was really comfortable! The only thing I think is lacking is tea/coffee making facilities. Although 2mins away is a migros which has a lovely bakery section and coffee machine.

I booked this hotel because it advertised AC. As it turned out, the weather was cool so management still had heat turned on. Even with the heat turned off, our room was very warm. Needed to open windows to cool room but we weren’t comfortable leaving windows open while out of room or at night.

Property seemed new and modern but the room had several inconveniences. Like the light for the bathroom is on the outside. The blackout curtains end right at the head of bed where it hits your face as the sun comes up. The bathroom door will not stay open. The shower has no door causing a water mess on floor. The tv takes a while to “load” so many black screens

Very good location, but unfortunately AC was not powerful enough to cool down the room, no mini fridge, extremely small shower/toilet, very dark room, especially while entering the room. The price is quite high for the room that you get.

The staff was not friendly at all. I didn't feel welcomed by the staff at all. I'd ask a question and felt I was bothering them. The room was ok. We spent 2 nights there. I would prefer not to return. There are many other options for hotels.

I stay in this hotel often due to business and it is a shame how the customer service is not always good. In previous stayed when I check in I requested to modify the booking from 1 person to 2 and she said yes no problem with has fantastic . To my surprise when my colleague arrived at 10pm the new person in reception refused to check her in saying it was not possible to modify the reservation, I had to wake up come downstairs to understand what was the issue, we needed to pay the taxes for the 2nd person which was absolutely fine. It was the manner she spoke to us, it is a massive difference to say “no, it is not possible unless you pay for an extra person “ to absolutely, let me check you in, how do you want to pay the tax difference of 7 £? It could have safe 30 minutes or argument and waking me up

Es una pena que un buen hotel con una buena calidad-precio cuente con un servicio tan pésimo de recepción. Ninguno de los recepcionistas hablaba castellano y, además, eran bastante antipáticos. Por el contrario, varios trabajadores del restaurante hablaban castellano y eran muy agradables. Resulta desconcertante que el personal de restauración esté más preparado que el de recepción.

Great location in Stockerstrasse Area. Near food markets (Migros and Coop), coffee shops, and restaurants. Down street from Tram Stop. Hotel is very clean, elegant, and staff is very attentive and guest focused. Highly recommend for any stay in Zürich.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff were all very helpful, the room was good, and breakfast was also good. The breakfast area was very crowded on the days we visited due to the holiday, but even so, there was adequate seating, and a variety of food options. I would stay here again.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was fine if you are a vegan/vegetarian. However my husband found very little to eat because he doesn’t eat fruit, pastries or cereal/oatmeal. He had coffee and a yogurt and then ate breakfast elsewhere that was more plentiful.

Everything very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast looks good, just be aware that there are no egg dishes. Location is just outside of the main area, which you can easily walk to it in 10 mins. Very quiet area, not much traffic, but feels safe.
