The room was OK. It was very small and the AC remote was difficult to figure out. Overall it was a good experience due to the location right in the heart of Georgetown.

Our experience at this property was absolutely unacceptable. Before we could even make it into our room, we encountered multiple rats on the property, including several that were shockingly large, nearly the size of small Chihuahuas. Seeing this immediately made us extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness and safety of the property. We were so alarmed that we did not feel safe staying there and left immediately to find another hotel, genuinely worried about what might already be inside the room or what could potentially enter it. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication from the property. We called around 7:30 PM to report what we had encountered and try to address the situation, but no one answered the phone. We also contacted Hotels.com directly, and they told us they were unable to reach the property as well. We were extremely disappointed not only by the condition of the property, but also by the lack of responsiveness when we needed assistance. We should never have had to leave a hotel out of concern for encountering rats, especially after being unable to reach anyone for help. We strongly recommend against staying at this property until these issues are properly addressed.

Great location but beware this is a “ghost” property with no staff, no amenities. Theres no parking to unload luggage and when arriving you will go to a kiosk to get an entry code to let yourself in. Rooms are fine but this hotel is all about great location!
