Great, clean room. Breakfast was amazing! But sitting on the chairs outside the room in the evening and watching the river was definitely the highlight.

Beautiful modern room with a beautiful view of the river, with hummingbirds flying by. With chairs to relax outside. Great restaurant right on the property as well! Comfortable bed with a clean spacious shower (no tub). Air conditioning worked well and was quiet.

This was a really great place for our visit to the eastern National Parks. We made this home-base for the week and went down to visit Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef National Parks as well as Goblin Valley State Park. The location served us well. The room was just the right size and clean. You can tell that they really thought out the space well for travelers. I love that they have a stainless steel sink where I could make our sack lunches and morning coffees every morning and not worry too much about making a mess as it was easy to clean up. They do have a hairdryer and Keurig (which I don't think were listed). They stocked the fridge with sodas, water, gatorade - and snacks - and replenished them all each day we were there. We also had any item from the breakfast menu, as well as a fancy coffee from their coffee shop upstairs included each morning. I recommend the Carmel Macchiato! All of their food was REALLY good and we ate breakfast every morning and several other meals during the week. My only complaint is that the rooms are below the restaurant and they close at 10pm. So between 10 and about 10:30/10:45, you will hear some banging around as I imagine they lifted chairs onto the tables, mopped, and set them back down with a bang. If you are a light (and early) sleeper, this might be an issue for you. The Saturday morning bfast crowd was a bit noisy too. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and beautiful view. Love it and would return!

Even though the rooms are below an active and vibrant restaurant, it was completely quiet and somehow private. We enjoyed views of the sunset and the green river. We only stayed one night, but we thought the design was very thoughtful and we appreciated it.
