This is the second time I've stayed in these hotel. There are only 3 guestrooms that overlook the Green River. In fact, you can walk right down to the river. The rooms are extremely private with outdoor access. The best part is that these rooms are associated with a great restaurant with a diverse menu including various seafood dishes (yes in the middle of the desert!), and breakfast at the restaurant is included. You can order any entre and drink off the menu for breakfast. This is the best included hotel breakfast I have ever had. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only one thing which surprised and that was some noise from restaurant. Actually I had already fallen asleep and woke up to some noise coming from the restaurant but it stopped at around 11 pm.

Only three rooms make this a unique experience. The rooms are beneath the Tamarisk Restaurant, along the Green River. Caution for handicapped travelers - you cannot park in front of your room - you walk down a ramp next to the building and there are steps at the bottom of the ramp.

There are only three guest rooms, which are all new. The location is on the Green River with a private sitting area outside room overlooking the river. A full (very good) breakfast at the restaurant is included in the price which makes it very affordable.

We had an amazing stay at Skyfall. Such a beautiful location right next to the Green River in Green River. Only three guest rooms which meant it wasn’t busy, and was so peaceful. The chairs outside the rooms were a nice touch because we could sit and watch the hummingbirds and the other bird species in the area. The room itself was spacious and well set up. The complimentary beverages was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was incredible, we couldn’t believe it was complimentary. We had dinner the night before too, which was equally amazing, and we were so well fed. The staff were friendly and the service was really good. I also had a chance to have a lavender latte from their coffee shop which was delicious. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed for longer. Make sure you visit the giant watermelon over the street!

A very unusual and fantastic experience. Check in is at the restaurant and rooms are below it- facing the Green River. The views are amazing and the topper- a hummingbird feeder packed with the little birds. We grabbed dinner to go at the restaurant and ate in the room overlooking the river and birds- amazing. Room is modern and super equipped including snacks and water. The check-in was incredibly easy and the host. Is so very nice. Rooms also come with free breakfast at the restaurant. An unexpected, amazing and contemporary experience. We highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Skyfall, however the sidewalks and stairs to the units are seriously tilted. If the slope cannot be fixed at least put in railings for stairs and sidewalks. Someone will have a bad fall and the lawsuit could close down the property. Just saying. Loved it otherwise.

Great view just like the picture. Included breakfast, I had T-Bone steak and eggs. only negative was no closet or dresser, but a high up open coat rack that a 5' tall person would have trouble reaching. The bed was medium firm. Great shower. There are only 3 rooms at this hotel, we were the only ones there for 2 of our 3 nights. The rooms are right under the restaurant, but it was not noisy. There were 3 small steps down to the rooms with a small landing between. A wheelchair would create a challenge but would be doable. The John Wesley Powell museum is across the street. The freeway 2 miles, easy access to everything needed. I would go back.

This place is an absolute gem. I kept thinking it couldn't be as cute and clean as the pictures, but it IS! It's comfy, quiet, right next to the river, is not too far from the highway, and has a great restaurant (full breakfast is included and fabulous, btw). It's fairly close to some pretty amazing parks and dark sky areas as well. The staff were super friendly too. We'll definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stopped for one night. This place is such a gem! The hotel room was modern style and very clean. And it was super spacious! The staff were sweet and friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING! I highly recommend this place.

Room was decorated very nice, everything was really clean (even had a room air cleaner) it included free sodas in the refrigerator, Keurig coffees, cookies, and honey sweets. Stay also included a full complimentary breakfast in the restaurant, which was very good!! Excellent launching location for visits to the local national parks, and less expensive than Moab. Not much else going on in the town of Green River though beyond this oasis.

The rooms are fun and uniquely decorated with little things like caramels and water to make it seem welcoming. The restaurant is awesome- we ate dinner and breakfast and everything was so good! The staff was great. My only complaint was the mattress was uneven and the pillows were flat and stiff. Would definitely stay here again

A good place for an overnight sleep during a long road trip, wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay It was noisy in the evening after the restaurant closed as it was being cleaned and tables, chairs were moved around. Really nice rooms, Complementary drinks and snacks that they replenish each day of your stay and included full breakfast of your choice. Only complaint is the rooms are below the restaurant so you here all the footsteps from above and one night a really funky smell crept in Maybe from cleaning the grill? All in all though a really cool place to stay

Amazing- this hotel has really transformed the "roadside hotel/motel" expectations. There are only 3 rooms, so you'll need to reserve early in peak season. The living room area is comfortable, and it has a great patio. The amenities in the room are far beyond what you'd expect from competitors, with a coffee maker, mini fridge with drinks included, microwave and popcorn, and even a few free snacks. The restaurant upstairs is great for your included breakfast. The only negatives: as a solo woman it's been a while since I stayed somewhere with an exterior door, but yet it felt pretty safe. There is one step outside getting down to the rooms, so consider that if you have mobility issues. The coffee maker is on a shelf so high I needed to use a chair- that was more funny than an inconvenience, for sure someone tall did the room installation. Overall- this is my new favorite hotel for a roadtrip. I'm a travel advisor, and I routinely stay in some pretty amazing 5 star properties. I am really blown away at what this small hotel has created here, and I wish more hotels were like this. If you're passing through, or rafting nearby for days, you'll love this place!

Property is vibrant. It’s a little confusing as a guest checking into the property. Waited for 20 minutes before being helped to check in. Upon checking out we left before the property opened. Contacted the property to notify them of our early check out and was treated very poorly by the lady who answered the phone. Customer service can certainly use a training. Everyone seems stressed out that works there. Which lends to an uncomfortable stay. Sadly we won’t be back as nice as the rooms are and the restaurant.

Skyfall was wonderful! Would not stay anywhere else! Worth every dollar. The room was spacious, unique, great view and clean. Amenities were amazing. Though most important of all is the bed. My hubby has a very bad back and most hotel beds make his back hurt. He said this bed didn’t make his back hurt so it was great! The breakfast was indeed the best ever. You order it from the Tamerisk restaurant. Totally different from any other hotel. The omelet was stuffed with ingredients. Awesome! People are wonderful!

The Hotel itself is a great option for travelers. Their restaurant had very good food. Free breakfast was exceptional. The city does not have a lot going for it. Also be aware this is in Utah. You cannot order a drink without ordering food because of their stupid laws. It's not their fault. It is Utahs fault.

If you can do it, stay here. It's cute, comfy, clean, and modern. The breakfast & coffee make it a steal of a deal. The view of the river revitalizes the soul. And it's close enough to Goblin Valley. And if you get lucky, you can see some giant melons.

Rooms are below restaurant so be prepared for noise u til after they finish cleaning & preparing restaurant for next next day business. Once done, it was quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. Handy to have restaurant but menu is not a wide variety to choose from. Meal was good and waitress was pleasant that evening. Morning waitress seemed polite, but acted as if she didnt want to be there. Was good for a quick stop while on a road trip vacation.
