The hotel was in a perfect spot close to show Sudi Shee only drawback was that on the website it listed that street parking was available but they did not say that it was almost €100 a day.

Clean and quiet hotel, walkable into the centre and near Vondel Park. Allowed us to store our luggage before and after check in/out. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, great bagel place opposite. Family room a decent size, would stay again.

This very small boutique hotel in the heart of Amsterdam has the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I had to use my suitcase for a bedside table. The hotel staff was great I will definitely spend more next time to get more square feet. The elevator was helpful. The food service is still in the works and we weee offered coffee and tea in the am and some pastry in their soon to be food spot.

We just completed our stay at Hotel Heye, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and somvery helpful, especialy Amira! She went above and beyond for us!:) The hotel was very clean and they are able to accommodate holding your luggage until check in. Overall a great stay would highly recommend. Also they have coffee and pastries in restaurant for a light breakfast at a reasonable price.

Really enjoyed this hotel! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered an umbrella because it looked like a possibility of rain. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Will definitely come back. Their café is not yet open but coffee was available in rooms and in their café (for hotel guests) and lot’s of restaurants around.

Soy una personal con discapacidad, tengo problemas de movilidad y el hotel cuenta con ascensor, Excelente para Amsterdam ya que las escaleras son muy empinadas, muy difícil si llevas muletas y acabas de llegar de un largo viaje, el baño muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda La habitación un poco pequeña pero confortable. The staff were all super friendly and had great tips and recommendations. I would recommend that they get some protective covers for the mattresses though, our mattress had no cover and there was a big ? bloodstain ? on the side of it. The pillows were uncomfortable. But, the neighborhood is really nice and great access to transit. Overall it was pretty good.

Hotellrommet var svært lite og uten praktiske løsninger som knagger og vegghyller på badet og soverommet for å henge fra seg eller legge fra seg ting. Rommet har ikke noe inngangsparti til sko. Vi fikk så vidt plass til en koggett. Da var det vanskelig å bevege seg rundt. Rommet var dårlig rengjort og søpla var ikke tømt. Det var ikke lagt fram håndklær til alle tre gjestene. Frokosten er kun kaker selv om de reklamerer med sandwicher og supper. Det er mye støy utenfor og ingen air condition. Men personalet er hyggelige og serviceinnstilte.

Clean room, staff was nice. Was able to get into my room 30 minutes early. I ended up on the top floor with a room that faced the street. It was quiet. Bed was comfy, kind of a no frills hotel but it was perfect for my trip!

Das Zimmer bestand aus einem gemütlichen Bett und einer Kleiderstange. Kein Schrank, kein Stuhl. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, was ich als sehr unangenehm empfunden habe. Leider ist das Haus extrem hellhörig. Die Zimmertüren schließen mit einem lauten Knall. Die Nacht war von daher sehr unruhig. Das Hotel selbst ist aber durchaus ansprechend, das Personal nett. Im Haus ist ein kleines Café, in dem man morgens einen Cappuccino bekommt. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist absolut in Ordnung.

We stayed 2 weeks here. Overall the room was clean, looks recently updated. Very sparsely furnished. No side table or clock. The bunk bed was horribly creaky so we dealt with that all night. Front desk staff were really nice and helpful. Housekeeping was very hit and miss with making beds and providing clean towels. We often had to go to the front desk to get towels. The area has many restaurants but that also meant quite a bit of noise especially on weekends. Little grocery store next door. Location is about a 10min walk to a tram station that will take you downtown or to Amsterdam Centraal. Museum Sqaure and Vondlepark at within 10 t0 20 min walk. I would stay here again, not with a bunk bed though.

The Staff were amazing!! They were always ready and willing to help or make suggestions to ensure my vacation was as great as it could be. Good area with grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats, and anything else you could need all within a few hundred meters. The city centre was walkable, alternatively there was multiple trams only a short walk away. Had a wonderful experience. If I vacation in Amsterdam again I'll be checking availability here first.

Very walkable. About 20 mins tram ride from Amsterdam Centraal. 15 min walk from Foodhallen. Lots of neighborhood bakeries and cafes. Small rooms, but clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Came to Amsterdam for football match. Hotel was in a very nice location 15 min walk from Leidsplein and a lovely 40 mins walk from Amsterdam Central and 5 mins from Vondelpark. Lots of bars, cafes etc around the hotel. Room was basic but comfortable and had everything you'd need for a short visit. Would recommend.

Lots of bars, cafes etc around the hotel. Room was basic but comfortable and had everything you'd need for a short visit. Would recommend.

We just completed our stay at Hotel Heye, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and somvery helpful, especialy Amira! She went above and beyond for us!:) The hotel was very clean and they are able to accommodate holding your luggage until check in. Overall a great stay would highly recommend. Also they have coffee and pastries in restaurant for a light breakfast at a reasonable price.

The property has everything you need for a safe and clean overnight accommodation. It would have been nice to have a kettle and bar fridge for convenience. And the bathroom was on the small side. However you get what you pay for. These luxuries would be at a higher price point. Amsterdam is an expensive city, so if you are content with a clean and comfortable room for sleeping only, then this place is perfect you. The local neighbourhood was great. A supermarket next door. An abundance of bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere from the hotel with kids and it was fine. Vondelpark was only minutes away. Great for the kids.

Great little hotel, Clean,Warm and welcoming! We made use of a 3 day travel pass. This entitled us to use the bus (397 from the airport) a small walk to the hotel, tram either 17 or 1 to the centre and the Metro to visit Ajax. The hotel is around 30 mins walk from the centre. Lots of great shops, restaurants and cafes. You need to try the bagel bar and “De Bar” Great hotel and will visit again

Really enjoyed this hotel! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered an umbrella because it looked like a possibility of rain. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Will definitely come back. Their café is not yet open but coffee was available in rooms and in their café (for hotel guests) and lot’s of restaurants around.

The hotel room was clean and reasonably priced. Mattresses were comfortable but the bunk beds in the family room were very creaky. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room as advertised, which was annoying as the hotel charged for drinks (this was not made clear at the outset).

An absolutely wonderful experience for a week long stay with a delightful staff who were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The new cafe downstairs that just opened was an added treat with amazing quiches and fresh pastries and juices. We highly recommend staying here as it is also located in a fantastic neighborhood with a lot of great places to eat nearby. Excellent property!!

The lady in the reception was rude, I was not sure if she was joking (like dry jokes) or she was being mean. Weeks in summer in Europe are HOT, thats the rule. But the rooms had a very small fan, that blows only hot air and we had 39 degrees. So you cannot be at the room during the day. it was unbearable! Very bad experience!
