Friendly staff to arrange shuttle, new interior for lobby and rooms (designer room), very comfortable, nice onsen. Well worth.

Overnight stay here. There is a shuttle bus service but it is not clear from booking how to access this. Onsen is further out of town than I expected. Clean comfortable hotel. Friendly staff helpful staff. Restaurant ok for dinner. Onsen use good and certainly an experience for the uninitiated such as myself. Suffice amenities in a small comfortable room. Good wifi.

Clean room, courteous and friendly staff. Wonderful to a private onsen for guest staying in the hotel. Able to hear people from the next room talking which is a minus experience during my stay.
