Spotlessly clean, brand new, nice style, comfortable beds spacious room, friendly staff, free parking, located about 25 minutes from Boston. (Good choice if visiting Babson, Wellesley, etc.) Pool table in the bar area. Surrounded by lots of shopping and dining options. A great, cost effective alternative to staying in the center of Boston if you are driving.

Great hotel, clean, modern, no carpet in room which was awesome, great smelling shower products, pool table and family activities……

Very modern hotel. Staff was very friendly. Super clean! Kids loved the pool! It was a little different having a lifeguard there. That was a first for us. Unfortunately they only serve little sandwiches for breakfast for a cost and same with coffee. The rooms were very spacious. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Had a mini fridge which was helpful. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we are in the area.

We loved having the EV charger so we could recharge our vehicle overnight!

I booked this place partly so I could swim early. Unfortunately, the pool doesn’t open till 10 am. 2 hours later than most hotel pools.

Spent the wknd with family celebrating a birthday . I will say property was great. Provided a heated pool with a lifeguard . Pool open 10a-10p. We also enjoyed the game area, pool table and other board games . Lots of entertainment. Bar closes at 10pm but we’re in no rush to get anyone out . They also provided a air mattress upon request.

Stayed one night while visiting local colleges. Room was clean and spacious. Good bright lights in the room too, which is hard to find as many hotels have poor lighting (eg for reading or working on the laptop). Plenty of parking. I had to sleep with ear plugs as neighbors kept going in and out of their rooms and the door would slam shut very loudly. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Overall a good stay.

This was a very nice, well kept property. The staff was kind and extremely helpful; on par with a pricier hotel. The room and lobby were spotless. The facilities (pool, game room, billiards, bar) were well maintained and the decor was fun. The room was huge. I will absolutely stay here again. It’s a bargain for the price.

Woke up this morning & started to clean before checking out. I moved one of my bags of trash & saw a pile of ants running around. I was shocked & disgusted as this is a newer hotel in Framingham. I do not believe that I had that much trash for a 2 day stay & I also didn’t have any food in the trash either to cause that many ants to come out. I took a video & showed a woman at the front desk.although she was apologetic she said she’d talk to the manager for me. But never took down my number so the manager could contact me. Leaving me to believe that they won’t actually do anything about their pest problem

The bathroom, bed, and pillows were clean. The shower worked great. The premise itself is very nice. A few issues with the room though: the sofa and sofa pillows smell really gross; like somebody who hasn’t showered. Also, the rug is very dirty and stained. I hope they clean that. All in all though, my stay was fine. I had an issue with a guest under my room who was blasting music from 930pm to 430am, so I didn’t really sleep (I don’t blame the hotel for this though). The staff credited me some points to make up for the trouble. Oh I should also mention, the bar is great and they have decent food/beer. I would stay here again.

The property is beautiful, especially the lobby area. However, the bedding and pillows were horrible- too soft on the pillows with no alternatives offered. The fitted sheet came completely off as it didn’t fit right. The room felt empty- little artwork and not enough furniture. How about a chair? The shower had hair in it.

The room was very clean and modern. Staff was courteous and we had all of the basic amenities.

Water for showers was cool all 3 days. Someone knocking on door at all hours.

Nice property with lots of dining and shopping nearby and within driving distance. The room was clean and the property was nicely appointed. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that there was a humid smell when I arrived which dissipated when I left the window open for a bit, and the room didn’t have a desk, just a little booth with a little table. The room had a large empty space in the corner and could have accommodated a desk. I ended up working in one of several available booths in the common area but would have preferred the quiet and privacy of my own room.

Very nice, but we would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. There was an empty corner where one could easily have gone. And it was inconvenient that only one side of the bed had an available outlet to plug a phone charger into. The other side has USB ports, but they were the wrong size.

Clean and modern with rooms that are huge. Exactly what we needed to accommodate FSU move-in day with 3 adults and 8 bags with room to dance in the room still

No closets

The bed sheets, while many, did not fit. Spent the night in a wrinkled mess. AC was loud. Opened the window, and it was load.

The room was clean and comfortable. The significant issue was hallway noise. We arrived about 9:15 p.m. and departed about 8:15 a.m. In those 11 hours, the hallway noise was regular and loud from 9:15 to 11:45 p.m., and again from 7 to 8:15 a.m. It felt like a college dorm. (We were on the fourth floor and away from the elevator.)

The heating unit was so loud cycling on and off I needed earplugs to sleep.

super friendly staff at reception on check-in. Things went smoothly. Room is large and minimally decorated (not sure what I think about the lack of a traditional desk. Things work well.

The staff at this property exceeded my expectations with their customer service and attention to detail. I called in advance to ask for a simple print out to be put on the door for my significant others birthday and to even my surprise they went above and beyond making the whole room special for the event. The property itself was very well maintained and had a really cool atmosphere with lots of neat things to do around the lobby like play pool, giant connect 4, hang out at the bar. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and will def be back!

Tried to call front desk for new toiletries for hours; no answer (it’s just toiletries) I finally got ahold of them in the AM and the lady who just came up to give them to me was not “worried” the lotion I had was obviously used…”it’s not a big deal” “just keep it” (I threw it away because that’s just unsanitary) the point is; caring isn’t exactly their specialty here… what else do they NOT do? Clean between guests? Change bedding? Clean the ice machine?

A great stay! The staff are a 10 out of 10!

Upon enetering the lobby it smelled so refreshing. We checked in late as our flight from Atlanta arrived at 7pm and took an hour drive from the airport. We were greeted by staff with big smiles and friendly chats. They explained the deposit, which I thought was high $250. They explained the amenities and hours for breakfast. They even suggested some eating places close by. When we took our luggage up to the room and returned to leave for food, two bus loads of tourist had arrived. The lobby was extremely crowded. Surprisingly upon return, about 40 minutes later, there were only a few people in the lobby, great job! Love that the hotel offers games, music and a bar for drinks and entertainment. A very comfortable lounge. My daughter and I weren't the only ones enjoying the refreshing smell, we heard others with similar reactions. The room is spacious the enrty isn't narrow so we could walk in with our rolling luggage without a struggle. Clean room no awful smells. We ate our dinner in the room. I love the small table and comfortable chairs. The bed was clean and comfortable. There are plugs on the bedside shelves so each of us could plug our phones. I greatly Appreciated this as I use my phone alarms and listen to sleep music. My daughter loved the shower and the hair amenities. I'm a type one diabetic so it's important for me to keep my insulin cool. The fridge worked! and I like the clear door so I can see inside. Definitely recommend.

Price here was much better than what I was finding in Boston the same weekend. It’s right off Route 9 and you can just go East right to Boylston St. Lots of dining options and Natick Mall is nearby. Only issue is traffic can be heavy on Route 9 and divided by a wall which means you can’t just turn left easily. Probably would need some u-turns at intersections but easy to get used to. Beds were comfortable and bathroom is clean. Hotel is set in modern style.

Very close to Nackit Mall and Logan Int'l airport. We liked the amenities, the large room size with sitting nook, the beds and the breakfast options!

Amazing location (some of the best restaurants in Framingham are in close proximity- easy walking distance). Love the rooms’ fun decor, cleanliness, and great fluffy white bedding. Super TV and refrigerator! Nice bathroom and shower. Taxi/Uber pickup area is covered in case of rain. My second stay, and there will be many more. Oh, and great access to roads leading into Boston and airport. All good!

We booked this hotel last night late ant night for a quick, overnight stay. Hotel was nice , right off of Rte. 9 with easy access to Rte. 30 and the Mass Pike. There's lots to do in the hotel including a pool table along with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

The location was very good for our purposes.

In general, it was very good. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved by another bulb in the ceiling. Breakfast selections are minimal but there are many restaurants in the area. Aloft is clean dbc modern and staff is friendly.

Dining and bar are not very good but shopping and restaurants close by

Amazing! The hotel is super clean, has no carpet in the room and the staff is polite and helpful. They offer free coffee and small breakfast options to buy which is really helpful. I definitely recommend.

I loved the simplicity of the hotel. We were not given an option of a non-pet room, the room had a dog odor. The gentleman at the front desk provided a room deodorizerd which was helpful. There are no fresh food options at the Framingham location. After we went out to dinner we sat a the bar for a cocktail, the Bartender was excellent, he was fun and attentive.

We had a good stay, just need to crash over night after coming into Boston from Europe. The hotel is nice, clean, friendly staff. Was disappointed that there was no breakfast included at this price.

Chicken wings were terrible. Website said full bar menu. That was a significant overstatement

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to the location in Framingham we frequented. The breakfast menu choices could have been more varied, overall, we had an excellent six-day stay. Would enthusiastically recommend this hotel.

The bartender working that night was great! He was very accommodating to me an my wife, we had a great time.
