Do not stay unless you do not want to sleep. This property is above a very noisy sports bar open until 1am. If I knew this would not have stayed. Due to this there is NO parking for hotel guest

The inn is located directly above a sports bar. When we arrived there was a live band playing and can be heard throughout the property. We arrived during check-in hours and no one was there to check us in. After we called we were checked in. The door to the entrance was broken so anyone can enter the hallway with the rooms. When we got to our room our key card didn’t work and we could feel the vibrations of the music downstairs. Given the people outside and the broken door locks we did not feel safe and decided to go elsewhere for the night. When we inquired about getting reimbursed we were only offered 50% of our stay. We have now opened a dispute with our credit card company to get a full refund.

Room was very smelly, found a small water bug, lighting in the room was very dull, staff not available, breakfast as said was not available one day out of two day stay. They didn’t open the open. In the morning and didn’t serve breakfast. Staff was never available. Ice machine was as broken. This property is in very condition. They have a sports bar on the property which was very noisy. Because of the sports bar they was not enough parking.

TV didn't work properly. One remote was beyond gross, and sticky, didn't want to even touch it. This motel is also located in the same parking lot next to a noisy bar. Barely slept most of the night it was so loud. Very limited staff hours, so couldn't check out at a reasonable time (6 am), and I wasn't sticking around instead of heading out for my 12 hour drive. Bathroom so small you had to practically step into the tub to shut the door.

We arrived at 11:30 pm. I had just made the reservation about an hour earlier. I didn’t know until we arrived that our room was on the second floor, no elevator . I have a handicapped elderly parent but we survived stairs. We also survived the live band playing directly below us- the noise and the vibrations. There was no parking however. Someone illegally blocked the handicapped parking space. We parked out back in a completely dark lot. I learned about planning ahead on this trip. I’ll try it in the future. The staff was extraordinarily friendly. Saving Grace.

Was given a room over the bar. So noisy we could not stay. Room stank. If this is all you can afford, sleep in your car. The front desk was very nice and seemed embarrassed about the room we were given.

Saw a mouse enter the service room. The room was filthy and smelled like an ashtray. When I went to check out Sunday morning at 7:30, no one was there at the front desk even though the posted hours were 7:00 am to midnight.

This place is horrid! We were placed in a room right above a bar, music vibrating whole room. There was food in the fridge, dirty microwave, hair in sink, tub and toilet. Guy at the desk already knew how Expedia would handle complaint, meaning they’ve done this before. Room was not as described or pictured on Expedia. We received a $35 refund for this, after posting $128 for the night. The room is not worth $20/night. Will never use Expedia again.

Good but was a little sketchy. TV had to be unplugged to turn off, walked into the room and it sounded like it was on a channel but screen was black & remotes didn't work. Toilet kept running most of the night even though I jiggled the handle and should've stopped.

The rooms are awaiting a refurb so there were some associated issues with locks sticking for example and needing to kick the door open, after a demonstration by the management. Internet was very poor and TV coverage likewise and mainly Spanish TV channels. Sportsbar next door was a nice bonus and a great place to eat, drink and stay entertained.

Property manager was rude and kept questioning why I booked the room for a night. He went so far as to call regarding the booking questioning why I needed a room. When I went to check in , he proceeded to demand an answer ( none of his business, it's a motel !!) also the Internet did not work in the room we stayed in . They charge too much money for them to be that rude and for the Internet not to work. Stay somewhere else

The check in desk clerk was very nice! Honestly, he could not have been nicer. However, we had a VERY hard time finding the property, in the dark at night; the sign was very small and beneath a Sports Bar sign. The hallway carpets and furnishings are very old and tired. Also, Route 9 in Framingham is never exactly easy to negotiate, and, at night, in the dark, and when police have blocked off the VERY occasional left hand turns... it was a nightmare finding the place. Buyer beware. Again, great staff and VERY clean room, but... hard to find.

I did not have the best experience here. When I arrived at 2:55p to check in for 4p, the room was not ready and I was told to come back In half hour. I explained to them that I had a conference and was on a tight schedule. Finally after waiting, the room was ready. It is not in the best area and management seemed unsure about what was going on at times, I kindly got The room key and left it in the room after seeing that it was not in the best area. I was told That I would get a refund on one night, even though I did not stay any of the nights there (please check cameras). Management told the Expedia staff that I stayed there. I will not be booking there in the future.

They marked us as no show without any attempt to contact us. We arrived around midnight and apparently they stop accepting checkins after 10PM. Its not like the room was unavailable anymore, the room was available. But they charged us more than half the amount of the reservation as extra, just to get access to the room that we had already reserved. Ended up costing us almost the twice the amount of reservation. Total scam. And they also have smoking/non-smoking rooms. The clerk was helpful though, its just their money-milking policy thats effed up.

It was fine, breakfast was ok coffee was good. Ironing board was broken no iron or clothes hangers in room. Beds bathroom and floor was clean. Wasn’t expecting much. Location is on a divided highway so it isn’t so easy to get to, particularly in the dark. For the price it’s fine. Wasn’t expecting a Marriot, Hyatt or Best Western.

My stay was last minute, and everything was great. the staff even took the extra step to bring ice to me room (they didn't have to do that) and the room was super clean. This Inn is close to dining and the highway, so it's a great location.

It was good for the price. The place is dated but convenient. My room was clean can’t speak for them all. The free breakfast was a joke, basically a muffin or toast. Free parkings a plus. I’ve read other reviews that say it’s noisy, but it was fairly quiet for me. I’d stay here again.

Terrible!!!! Had to leave room first morning so they could spray due to roach problem. If there was a problem they should not have been allowing guests to book until after spraying took place!!! “Continental breakfast “ consisted of juice milk and toast. Definitely won’t be booking again.
