Loved the location and our big room with its cute balcony and comfy bed. The gym was a bit tired but it did the job for me. There’s no water bubble in the gym and I had a job getting water from the breakfast room as there is a strict rule nothing is to be taken out of the breakfast room. I didn’t think that included water but there was an officious waitress who gave me a very uncomfortable glare as I dared TWICE to refill my water bottle. Apart from that slight issue this is a lovely hotel with mostly helpful staff, within walking distance of all the fun of the old town and river. A few family members were staying here for a wedding a complained about the noisy bars keeping them awake until 4am but we could only hear it in the distance in room 107, which I’d recommend. I’d definitely come back.

Very good location , on site parking for a fee , architecturally pleasant and well appointed room. Breakfast was fine with friendly staff AC worked well , modern bathroom. Would stay here again

There are steps leading to the reception. If you have luggage, take it into consideration. Breakfast was good, it was buffet with a nice variety of choices. But, everything is concentrated in a small corner which is always crowded.

Funky little hotel, balcony is a nice size and I used it everyday. Ramp to bring your bag up was very steep. Great location for walking around, right on a main street but I did not find it too loud. It is right in party central though so if you're not looking to see the night life at all it may not be your scene, but like I said I did not find it too noisy.

Hotel on the whole was OK, nothing special. However at this time ( March 2023 ) the bar is closed with no timeline on being reopened. The breakfast was poor, and it was better to find a local restaurant close by( there are many ) for a more enjoyable breakfast.

Pleasant stay Hotel staff were informative and polite Always on hand for anything needed or requested. The hotel is in a perfect location to enable perfect access to all the popular tourist spots. Hotel was clean,tidy,quiet and spacious. We opted for a balcony room which was a perfect suntrap in the 38 degrees we were experiencing. Breakfast was plentiful and a great variety to suit every appetite. Bed and pillows comfortable. Air conditioning was fabulous. Bathroom great Shower brilliant. Downstairs bar is a hidden gem and a new addition to the hotel A perfect finish to pur Romanian experience.

Well run and a good standard of hotel very conveniently located in Bucharest Old Town. We liked the rear door which accessed directly onto the pedestrian street with bar and restaurants. It had its own basement bar which is well worth a visit. All the staff from the reception, breakfast and room service were excellent and very helpful. Thanks you again for a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was dry and unwelcoming—no greeting, no smile, and no offer to help, which immediately set the wrong tone. Once we entered the room, we were hit by an awful smell coming from the bathroom, which made it hard to feel comfortable. The carpeted hallway had a similarly unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, there were holes in the bedsheets—something completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4 stars. The overall quality and service fell far short of expectations, and the value for the price is simply not there. This is by no means a true 4-star experience.

The hotel itself is in an excellent location right on the edge of the old town. All major attractions are within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast choice was good too. The breakfast room was clean but did get busy at times. The room was mostly clean, just don’t look under the bed, you may find a breadstick or two. The noise from the old town is an issue. There is nothing the hotel can do about this, the locals love a party. I had ear plugs and still didn’t manage a huge amount of sleep. If i were to book again, i would request a higher up room.

Property is clean. Location is good - easy for taxis to drop off at the front, but also has a back door into the pedestrianised old town. We didn’t experience any noise issues even though we had a balcony. Breakfast is adequate although the breakfast area is cramped. Only negative is that the area was full of mosquitos (common for Bucharest in late summer) and as cleaning staff kept leaving windows open we had quite a few come into the room and were bitten a few times. Otherwise all good.

A bit about my hotel, the Concorde Bucharest Old Town. It was a good sized room and bathroom, and when I arrived the heating was on and it was very hot and stuffy. There was an air conditioning control on the wall but it didn't seem to work, so I opened the balcony door to cool things down. When I told reception about the AC they told me that they turn it off for the winter, which is understandable, but I could adjust the thermostat on the radiators, which worked fine. The staff were unfailingly helpful and I would be happy to stay there again. The front door takes you to a busy road that runs by the Dambovita river, but there is a rear entrance that takes you staright to the Old Town.

The location is 10/10. The hotel is really nice and clean. Our issues : we got a single loft type room with 3 beds all in a line, we wanted some space from the kids but there were no walls. Also the beds and pillows are not great, so the sleep quality was 4/10.

Centralt beliggende hotel i gåafstand fra de seværdigheder vi ville se. Pænt rent værelse, eneste minus var trafikstøj startende tidlig morgen. Et værelse var ud mod gården og langt roligere. Værelset på 3 etage var med larm fra nattelivet. Der var som lovet sæbe til brusebadet og creme. Hårtørrer og alt fungerede. Problem med safe blev løst med det samme. God morgenmad med tilstrækkelig valgmuligheder uden at være luksuriøst. Hjælpsom personale i receptionen både inden ankomst hvor de arrangerede taxa fra lufthavnen. Betryggende da vi ankom om aftenen. Hjælpsom ved diverse spørgsmål.

Perfect location in the old town and for exploring the city. Room was clean and comfortable. The decor is older style but that goes with the surroundings. Staff were polite. Breakfast was simple but nice. I would definitely stay here again

Overall, it was a decent enough hotel and in a good location on the edge of the old town. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and well stocked. The room itself was a great size however we were on the old town side of the building which was subject to very loud music until 1:30 am (On a Wednesday night). Also the shower leaked onto the floor in the bathroom and there was a slightly odd smell in the room.

After arriving I have got a lower standard of the room, reception did not changed and referred to the manager day after. After help from hotels.com and intensive argue with manager day after they have changed the room which I have booked from the beginning. According to the hotel queen and king size beds is the same in Romania, as well as it is normal that in description you will find details about their best room, but not the one you might get. I believe they just overbooked, since day after I got the room I have booked, but after it was cleaned and ready (they double checked if it was ready during our discussion). Breakfast is good, staff at breakfast and cleaners is much more friendlier. Room is good as long as the one you have booked. No compensation provided for the wrong room for the first night. Would not recommend this hotel since they do have very poor attitude towards their guests.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were luxurious. Breakfast had a lot of choices and the reception was very welcoming. They even held our bags on the last day so we could walk around comfortably.

Perhaps this hotel used to be better, but the service is terrible and the hotel itself is rundown. DO NOT COUNT ON THE AIRPORT PICK-UP. The pick-up didn\'t show up, and the hotel didn\'t answer the phone. When I asked why they didn\'t answer the phone all I got was, "I couldn\'t here you" (A lie, the phone was never picked up) After informing the hotel of a very overpriced taxi ride the hilarious response was, "That\'s bad." The towel was so horrible, more pilly than you can imagine. Thankfully it was just one person because the tiny blanket was also laughable. There is a loud booming nightclub nearby, so it\'s difficult to sleep. Don\'t waste your money here, it\'s not worth it.

Very comfortable stay at The Concorde. Reception staff were friendly and Christina was great at responding to my queries. Breakfast was buffet style that you find in most hotels but the staff there were very diligent at ensuring that all was as it should be I would say that they were exceptional really. I would stay here again.

The hotel is well located, you can easily move to everywhere. When I was booking I read a comment about how noisy the hotel could be and it was true, really noisy specially if you stay at room 107 next to the maintenance room. There was noisy since 6:00 am every day. On the front desk it was a mix of nice staff and one rude guy.

A great hotel to spend a few nights. Rooms: 5/5 - room was clean and tidy. There’s a mini bar but not enough room to keep your own beverage or food cold. The air conditioner worked well. The mattress is a foam mattress which was semi hard at first. Service: 5/5 overall the entire staff did an excellent job from the morning breakfast staff to the concierge. One morning, they prepared me a bagged breakfast as I wasn’t able to make it at 7:30 am. You need to give them a day’s notice. Atmosphere: 5/5 a nice vibe to the place. There’s a back door to the Old Town.

Initial receptionist not helpful at all. Room was too hot, the aircon controller didn't seem to work, so her less than helpful advice was to open the window! Tried to call them in advance to book the airport shuttle, but the number on your website was invalid. Sort it out!

We stayed in total for 9 days in November 2025. The location was perfect in Old Town with easy access to the Metro, Old Town for restaurants and bars and short distances to some major sights. The hotel Manager and Reception staff were professional, courteous and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a minibar if one wanted to use, a coffee maker and an in room safe for security. Hot water always available in the shower and bathroom. There was also a heated towel rail which was useful on chilly mornings that we had whilst there. Heating was very efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent with av variety of hot and cold foods. Serving and kitchen staff were very helpful and spoke reasonable English. Overall a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

A bit about my hotel, the Concorde Bucharest Old Town. It was a good sized room and bathroom, and when I arrived the heating was on and it was very hot and stuffy. There was an air conditioning control on the wall but it didn't seem to work, so I opened the balcony door to cool things down. When I told reception about the AC they told me that they turn it off for the winter, which is understandable, but I could adjust the thermostat on the radiators, which worked fine. The staff were unfailingly helpful and I would be happy to stay there again. The front door takes you to a busy road that runs by the Dambovita river, but there is a rear entrance that takes you staright to the Old Town.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town. A stone’s throw away from the cobbled streets full of dining and drinking options. You are also very close to the Parliament Palace, the National Cathedral, Opera House, Revolution Square, National Theatre…the list goes on. The hotel has everything you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The in- house massage was amazing - worth every penny after a long day of walking around visiting the sights of Bucharest.

Front of the hotel is on the main road & backdoor of the hotel leads to the old town. Taxis are not allowed into the old town so it was great they could pull up outside the front of the hotel. Hotel's in the old town are not reachable by Taxis. Hotel was in a perfect position for restaurants & bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Right in the heart of the old town, close to transport links, eateries and places of interest. We had a 6.45 am start and the kitchen provided us with a takeaway breakfast. Reception staff very helpful and breakfast staff very friendly. Rooms of a good size with small terrace. Great for sitting out in the late evening. Not at all noisy considering in a busy area.

The hotel was in an ideal location for exploring Bucharest as I was able to walk everywhere. I even had a glimpse of the evening fountain light show from my room! The room was clean, and the bathroom had lots of storage space. Most importantly, the air conditioning was great during a heat wave. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety and the people working in the breakfast room were friendly and efficient.

Great hotel in a prime position. Breakfast good selection but need better facilities to keep food hot - all was luke warm. A second coffee machine is also needed. The staff at breakfast worked tirelessly to keep everything well stocked. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

There are steps leading to the reception. If you have luggage, take it into consideration. Breakfast was good, it was buffet with a nice variety of choices. But, everything is concentrated in a small corner which is always crowded.

Hotel on the whole was OK, nothing special. However at this time ( March 2023 ) the bar is closed with no timeline on being reopened. The breakfast was poor, and it was better to find a local restaurant close by( there are many ) for a more enjoyable breakfast.

Property is clean. Location is good - easy for taxis to drop off at the front, but also has a back door into the pedestrianised old town. We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff was extremely friendly period we were able to book massages and the young man whose name I'm sorry I can't remember was amazing and I would highly recommend him period the location was perfect and we were able to walk out the back door and find several very good restaurants and walked right into Old Town period I would definitely stay here again if I was ever to travel to Bucharest.

Hotel includes a basic buffet breakfast, not fancy yet works, staff friendly & helpful. Room with rear balcony was a great size, with views over local restaurants. Bathroom not up to scratch with visible mould around bath edge. Would recommend hotel location to get a great taste of Old Town.

Five stars. What a pleasure to come back to a clean, quiet, classy hotel after the adventures of old town. The sheets were so nice and white, the room was on the small side, but understandable for that part of town. The clientele was families with children and older people, which she was just fine for us. Really is so conveniently located in a little off of the craziness to be quiet and calm.
