Room was super clean. Comfortable bed and pillows.Nice mountain view. Staff is very nice and accomedating. I'm disabled and they made sure ramps were there for me. In the room there was also a comfy dog bed and water and food bowls for my fur baby.They staff are very nice and accommodating

One of my favorite hotels in Valle, this is where you go to unplug and not be in around a ton of people. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind and accommodating. We got room service delivered for breakfast and the chilaquiles were to die for.

We came in and check in they made us wait 30 minutes because our room was not ready then the hotel manager came out to tell us the room was not going to be available we had to leave to find another hotel!!
