I had a fun and warm welcome from the team at the front desk. I was a little disappointed in the fitness center with only two options for cardio- 1 elliptical and treadmills. Really nice people work here!

Parking lot was not lit enough. Extremely dark, leaving in the early morning hours.

Average place. Staff great because they we’re working a broken ship. Originally chose place because of the pool. Pool was closed. Asked about the fire pit. It was broken. On elevator was out the other one broke during stay. My 87 year old mother had to climb 3 flights to go to the room. I could on but why bother. Not worth what I paid for.

Everything was great except I booked the hotel for the heated pool. I called a head to make sure the pool was up and running prior to paying. I was in NJ for my Grandmother funeral and my kids Great Grandmother. I wanted the pool to take their minds off the funeral or at least ease it. I also wanted it to have something for the kids to do. The pool was open when I arrived by the time I went to Walmart and came back they closed the pool and told me it should be open tomorrow but it wasn’t because of chlorine levels or something and told me they updated me once open. I got a call later Friday saying the pool be closed until Monday and I booked Thursday - Monday. They offered me to extend my check out to swim on Monday glad I didn’t do that because it was still closed when I left. They offered me to take my kids to a sister hotel 30 min away from the hotel. I wish I could have just went to that hotel to stay since they had all the same luxury. The last offer was to refund me a full night so I took that offer, but my kids where still upset about the pool and I ended up spend triple to find activities for my kids to do to replace the pool. Yes there is a gym, but don’t want my kids in the way of someone’s work out and it’s not a playground or pool they could get seriously hurt. The breakfast options where great, cleanliness great, staff great, cleaning staff slow to respond, but still great.

Hotel was overall clean and quiet but the pool wasn't working and we specifically were looking for a pool!!! I had called a few days prior and was assured the pool was working and that they rarely have maintenance issues. Front desk didn't really know when it would be fixed...

The bed was comfortable. My family and I found enough variety at the included breakfast. Having a couple of restaurants across the parking lot was convenient. My wife and son said the pool was over chlorinated, but otherwise liked this property.

It was great it even had a bar and a fire pit to sit at and enjoy

Great place and good breakfast but the pool had way too much chlorine, wasn’t safe to swim unless you wanted red eyes

I booked a room at this particular hotel, because I was interested in the amenities which included access to a swimming pool. When I got to the swimming pool there was a sign posted stated that the pool was temporarily closed :-(

Nice and clean room. Bathroom wallpaper in corner of toilet was peeling off. Other than that nice property and wonderful staff.

Not clean at all, toilet kept stopping up, person who un clogged toilet left feces splattered on the floor. the cleaning staff lied and said they changed sheets and pillows but didn’t. Bathroom floor was still dirty after cleaning staff supposedly cleaned it. Pillows on the couch in the room were disheveled like someone just got up from it and the hotel left it that way. The staff told me I would get a percentage off my room for extending my stay another day for business. Ice maker in my floor was broken. Shower was also dirty with soap scum in corners of the shower. I only stayed there another day because I needed to at the last minute.

Clean room

Clean and safe. The cleaning staff were always cleaning, mopping or vacuuming something and there constant up keep showed. And was appropriated.

Furniture, rugs and walls needs to be cleaned.

It was ok. Unhelpful staff. Seemed like the room wasn’t properly cleaned before checking in.

Having stayed in less clean hotels recently, it was a pleasant surprised to find it this clean.

The hotel room was clean for the most part except for a few issues, but management was absolutely wonderful and took care of me. All of my interactions with staff members was good.

First room 410 tv was not functioning so we switched to 411. Small repairs needed. Shower door handles loose. Toilet seat needs adjusting.

This is a really nice place to stay with your family staff are great, breakfast is good and rooms are nice. Only one thing I didn’t like was the stained carpet people ruin everything I see because this is a newer hotel

Love the room lay out here

We were tired and stopped for the night. The price was right since it included breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was huge. Only two issues. The shower needs a handheld wand. And the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Sofa bed was a disaster.

Hotel was nice & clean. Rooms were spacious. Only negative is the beds are ehh (IMO) and the pool is extremely small. Other than that it was a very good stay.

Nice, clean, modern and spacious! Would stay here again and would definitely recommend! Good value for the money too!

The staff and hotel were excellent. The room was great. The beds and pillow were hard and uncomfortable.

Very nice apartment style rooms with plenty of space

The room A/C unit struggled the entire time of our stay to maintain 75 Degrees. Even at night it was on most of the time and the rolling sound of the overworked compressor was bothersome.

Great location, easy access to New York, Washington DC and New Jersey. Excellent customer service from Nicole, great phone etiquette from Robin and the rest of the staff were courteous. Stayed 6 days, decent breakfast, free parking, King Suite was large. Comfortable room, they are remodeling so I can only believe it will be better

Simple room but large, clean, comfortable, great extra office desk/work space for my son to do his geometry homework! Nice added breakfast. I would come back in the future.

Jesse at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. He is my favorite hotel worker of all time. He was so polite and patient and helpful with directions and room accommodations that I can’t say enough about him.

This property was a centrally located to enjoy a Ladies weekend. Right off of Route 295 for those coming from north or south jersey. Many restaurants and stores are near for some shopping. This was very convenient if you forgot something. We stayed in a suite which we could eat and sip. Seating for couch/chaise area held 4 comfortable. We used the side tables and desk area for our makeshift eating tables. We did not have enough towels, but housekeeping was quick to bring us more. Breakfast was offered but make sure get down in time. Give yourself more than 30 minutes before ending as some things will not be restocked, example oatmeal. This great and something to hold you over until you have lunch. They served eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and waffles. As well as coffee and tea. The pool was indoor and a nice way to relax in the evening.

The only good was the room size and beds were perfect for our family of five…. We stayed for 5 nights and room service never came. We asked three times at the front desk and once with the cleaning lady. Each time they said they will come but nobody came. Even on our “schedule” for room service were told it wasn’t our schedule (2 days in). They ran out of toilet paper, breakfast ran out of most items by 8:30 am and even the free ice water and coffee in the lobby ran out by 11 am and was never refilled. I would not stay here again.

Room smelled bad from the time we open the door. Found food, candies and pistachio shells all over the floor, along with hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. Breakfast area was mostly unattended. Had to ask for coffee twice as the dispenser was empty. Eggs burnt and stuck to the tray. Waffle area was disgusting with residual of previous users all over the area. Then the front desk guy, Cay, will ask you if you are checking out every time you walk by the front desk, making it uncomfortable and harassing. We asked for an extra set of towels because the room did not get cleaned and we got pool towels instead because front desk didn't have any room towels. Before getting the towels, we were asked in a very intimidate level by Cay, about 3 times what was our room number and why we were asking for towels... The front desk people at night didn't care of the noise level caused by a group of drunk people seating in the lobby regardless the proximity to the first level rooms that are literally just steps away from the lobby. Called front desk to report and the noise level only got louder until 3 AM.

We enjoyed our stay! Even though it was just a one night get away, we truly took advantage of the many things that could be done around in the area. We enjoyed lunch, dinner, walking, shopping etc. The hotel was super clean, the staff was amazing, they remembered and called us by names, and super friendly, attentive, helpful and everything else in between. We enjoyed the pool (a jacuzzi would help for the adults), but an excellent experience overall.

The staff was friendly and helpful, should compliment Nicole for the extra effort to help with wi-fi.

The hotel was nice. The gentelmen at the front desk said that a different credit couldnt be used to pay with the stay, not sure why one card wouldnt be used to hold room and then pay at check in. His personality was very smug.

Upon check in I was told that the minimum check in age was 21 years old (I am 20) when this hotel neglected to state the minimum check in age under “policies” on expedia like every other hotel I have stayed at in the past. If it was not for my girlfriend, who I was traveling with, being 21 we would have been sleeping on the sidewalk due to their ignorance. I got a copied and pasted email from Jason Belt (Task Force) who did not handle this professionally or convey any empathy but rather deflected the blame on me.

Rooms where clean and nice. Beds great. Breakfast wonderful. Tucked back so super quiet and lots of parking but easy access everywhere.

The hotel was readily accessible from the main roads. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The breakfast was very good and the staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The downside was the fact that the first floor ice maker was broken; the pool was TINY; and the water in the workout room was tepid. Also, the worst part was the fact that our heater was VERY NOISY and it actually ran all night our first night (with the thermostat set at 64 degrees). Lastly, there were NO WARM BED CLOTHES on our bed.

We came up and visited new york ,philadelphia and other fun attractions .we found the location was a great center point and confortable . Kind staff and good service

My family and I stayed here for one-night before a flight home from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The hotel was clean, comfortable, staffed by friendly people, and there were restaurants nearby for dinner. Could you want more in a hotel? PHL is only about a 15 minute drive, so quite convenient to PHL.

My family and I had a nice stay at this hotel. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Everything was way too sweet and the eggs and sausage tasted horrible. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Breakfast was great! Pillows were meh. Customer service was great! Pool was a bonus!

This hotel seems new so everything is clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
