Very accessible to Tanglewood. I was only there for one evening, but thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I wish there were slightly heavier weights, but I think it was most useful for the majority of folks who were there.

We booked our stay as a little getaway for my partner’s 5 yr old daughter to swim on a dreary weekend in March. While the hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the king bed comfortable, the space in the room was especially limited while using the sofa bed. You could also easily hear people walking in the hallway and floor above. Most disappointingly, the pool was small and uncomfortably chilly for all of us. In stark contrast, the hot tub was too hot. Two other families we met in the pool area shared the same opinion. Worth noting, the bistro is hardly a restaurant, though there are options across the street. Booking through hotels.com reduced the cost, but I would not stay there again, even for the reduced rate, and certainly would not pay the regular rate of $350 through Marriott’s website.

Hotel seemed very clean, checkin and out was quick and easy. Room was great. And there's a supercharger right across the road. Great location for Tanglewood and then loop up to Williamstown for the museums and then cruise back along Rt 2 to Boston.

Overall clean but the dark wallpaper above the showers left other peoples handprints which made me feel uncomfortable so we switched rooms . Not a good idea. The one king size bedroom set up is different as it has the bed up against the south wall which felt off. The room seemed a bit smaller than other places

Room and location fine. Staff also generally friendly. My rating is based on us reserving a King and being told they don’t have any due to a wedding so we got a double Queen. Not the end of the world obviously but their explanation was poor, saying it’s because we booked through Expedia so don’t have priority. If we booked a King we should get a King or they should pull themselves off of Expedia if they dislike 3rd parties so much. I had to ask several times and escalate to the manager to get some type of consolation which ended up being one breakfast for me and my wife. They did say we can switch to a King likely next day but once unpacked did not want to do.

The place is nice and clean and the hotel is very near to all the restaurants and shrine of divine mercy church. I’m just hoping they have free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours like the other Marriott.
