Les chambres sont spacieux et confortable L’hôtel est idéalement situé a coter du zénith et proche centre ville tout en restant dans un environnement calme. Wir waren zudritt dort und das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und man konnte sich gut auf Englisch austauschen. Besonders gut gefiel uns, dass man direkt vorm Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zimmers parken konnte. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und konnte mit einem Rollo super abgedunkelt werden. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem (nicht zu weich). Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Den Zoo, den Jahrmarkt und Notre Dame konnten wir zu Fuß innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichen. Gut gefiel uns auch, dass man schon um 15 Uhr einchecken und bis 12 Uhr auschecken konnte. Das Frühstück war OK. Die Auswahl dürfte größer sein. Obwohl kaum was los war, wurde nicht ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck bereitgestellt und es war auch keine Ansprechperson zu sehen. Im Zimmer hätten wir uns über einen kleinen Kühlschrank gefreut. Es war sehr warm, aber immerhin gab es einen Ventilator. Die Dachterrasse war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht zugänglich. Alles im allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Easy parking and a 20/25 minute walk to the cathedral and old town where all the bars and restaurants are situated along the canal.

The staff here were friendly and check in was an easy process. The room was a good big size for 2 adults and a child. The location isn’t great, it’s about a 20 minute walk at least to the centre of town if you want to eat out. There is no restaurant at the hotel. We visited on a Sunday in August, it was very quiet and there were some areas that you didn’t really feel safe walking through to get to town. It was also around 28 degrees when we were there, the hotel has no air conditioning although there was a fan in the room. However it was still very hot and none of us slept very well. We wouldn’t stay here again.

It was really quiet, convenient and friendly. Gave good access to the centre of the city. We were only passing through for a night but really enjoyed us stay.

Perfect budget hotel for an overnight stay. Other reviews were critical but let’s be honest, it’s not a 5 star hotel but it is perfectly clean and decent buffet breakfast. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Easy parking and a 20/25 minute walk to the cathedral and old town where all the bars and restaurants are situated along the canal.

Wir waren zudritt dort und das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und man konnte sich gut auf Englisch austauschen. Besonders gut gefiel uns, dass man direkt vorm Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zimmers parken konnte. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und konnte mit einem Rollo super abgedunkelt werden. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem (nicht zu weich). Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Den Zoo, den Jahrmarkt und Notre Dame konnten wir zu Fuß innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichen. Gut gefiel uns auch, dass man schon um 15 Uhr einchecken und bis 12 Uhr auschecken konnte. Das Frühstück war OK. Die Auswahl dürfte größer sein. Obwohl kaum was los war, wurde nicht ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck bereitgestellt und es war auch keine Ansprechperson zu sehen. Im Zimmer hätten wir uns über einen kleinen Kühlschrank gefreut. Es war sehr warm, aber immerhin gab es einen Ventilator. Die Dachterrasse war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht zugänglich. Alles im allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

The staff here were friendly and check in was an easy process. The room was a good big size for 2 adults and a child. The location isn’t great, it’s about a 20 minute walk at least to the centre of town if you want to eat out. There is no restaurant at the hotel. We visited on a Sunday in August, it was very quiet and there were some areas that you didn’t really feel safe walking through to get to town. It was also around 28 degrees when we were there, the hotel has no air conditioning although there was a fan in the room. However it was still very hot and none of us slept very well. We wouldn’t stay here again.
