For a motel stay the hotel was perfect for me. Quiet, comfortable and friendly owner. The location was centrally located to all activities around Eureka Springs. Trolley stop right in front of motel.

I needed a clean, inexpensive hotel to use as a base for activities at beaver lake. This hotel fit that need perfectly. My stay was great! The room was very clean. There is restaurant and pub in front of the hotel, if you tell them you are staying at Edelweiss you get a 10% discount. The bed was nice and comfortable, the pillows were nothing to write home about, but few hotel pillows are. The owner was friendly, as were the guests I met. I stayed in the back part of the hotel. Each room has a couple chairs outside the door and there was a nice deck at one end. In the evenings deer come out to forage in the back yard. I frequent beaver lake and will use this hotel for all my future trips.

This is the 2nd time to stay in this hotel.. It is very nice, and the staff is also. It's clean, quiet, and has a very nice deck to hang out on and a sitting area behind. One evening there were 7 deer hanging out. The hotel is away from the hustle, but still very close. on a Trolley route, the Thai restaurant across the street is fantastic. It's quiet for sleeping, very comfortable beds, and the room has a fridge and microwave.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Eureka Springs. Great value for a wonderful and very clean room. I am always concerned about how well the property is maintained and cleaned. This one was top notch. I enjoyed the owners and their cats. The outdoor spaces were great. I will certainly stay again!

We had a great time, the owners were very friendly and gave us a rundown of restaurants nearby when we checked in. The area is nice and quiet and we sat out in the balcony for a while one night and it was very peaceful. We will definitely be back!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Edelweiss Inn and the folks that run it!! Always super clean and comfy, the grounds of the hotel are gorgeous with a quaint gazebo adorned with string lights. It was a perfect place to enjoy a night cap and watch the deer play in the field behind the hotel. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Robert and their car Gypsy. Robert had a wealth of knowledge on the best spots to eat in town. It’s just a short drive to all of what Eureka Springs has to offer. Great location! We definitely will stay here again.

Can't beat the convenient location to either downtown, or restaurants and stores. Some are in walking distance of the property, which is great. Our room, and the property as a whole, was super clean. Having two chairs and a table right outside of our room to enjoy the beautifully mornings and evenings was definitely a plus! The owner and staff are super friendly as well! Would definitely recommend!

The room was great, very clean ,looked remodel recently, staff or owners were very friendly. It was just me and my sister-in-law traveling and i felt very safe. It was small maybe 10,-12 rooms so very quite, parking was secure and convenient.

Nice, clean place at a great price. Everything worked like it should. One of the owners showed us to the room and showed us all the features. He was very nice. They had a continental breakfast, however, we didn’t take advantage of it because we had prior reservations elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

The owner was helpful from the time we arrived, having a good knowledge of the area and the various eating and entertainment establishments. He even walked us to our room and checked it to make sure it met their standard. The room was very clean, in good repair, and incredibly comfortable. It was located in a good area, within walking distance of restaurants and nice shops. What more could anyone ask for?

Booked this for one night with my family after reading the great reviews. Didn’t disappoint. Room was clean and very nice. Weather had turned unexpectedly cold and rainy, so we walked to the restaurant in front of the hotel, which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

In town for a conference. Family operated. Very nice owners. Easy to approach. Simple, but readily available continental breakfast. Seating outside. Surprisingly quiet making for a restful night. Would recommend.

Booked this for one night with my family after reading the great reviews. Didn’t disappoint. Room was clean and very nice. Weather had turned unexpectedly cold and rainy, so we walked to the restaurant in front of the hotel, which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner was helpful from the time we arrived, having a good knowledge of the area and the various eating and entertainment establishments. He even walked us to our room and checked it to make sure it met their standard. The room was very clean, in good repair, and incredibly comfortable. It was located in a good area, within walking distance of restaurants and nice shops. What more could anyone ask for?

I needed a clean, inexpensive hotel to use as a base for activities at beaver lake. This hotel fit that need perfectly. My stay was great! The room was very clean. There is restaurant and pub in front of the hotel, if you tell them you are staying at Edelweiss you get a 10% discount. The bed was nice and comfortable, the pillows were nothing to write home about, but few hotel pillows are. The owner was friendly, as were the guests I met. I stayed in the back part of the hotel. Each room has a couple chairs outside the door and there was a nice deck at one end. In the evenings deer come out to forage in the back yard. I frequent beaver lake and will use this hotel for all my future trips.

Small, locally-owned classic "mom & pop" style motel with a refreshing welcoming vibe. Super friendly check-in. I think it was one of the owners. Showed us to our room. Quiet overnight but it did seem like the motel was not fully booked. Ample continental breakfast. One of the cleanest motel rooms we've been in lately; anywhere. When we were checking out / leaving we could see why when (again another owner) another room was being extensively cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights in early April 2024 so can not comment on what Summer is like here. Still, would highly recommend this place as a stay. Thank you Robert & Charlotte.

This is the 2nd time to stay in this hotel.. It is very nice, and the staff is also. It's clean, quiet, and has a very nice deck to hang out on and a sitting area behind. One evening there were 7 deer hanging out. The hotel is away from the hustle, but still very close. on a Trolley route, the Thai restaurant across the street is fantastic. It's quiet for sleeping, very comfortable beds, and the room has a fridge and microwave.

Can't beat the convenient location to either downtown, or restaurants and stores. Some are in walking distance of the property, which is great. Our room, and the property as a whole, was super clean. Having two chairs and a table right outside of our room to enjoy the beautifully mornings and evenings was definitely a plus! The owner and staff are super friendly as well! Would definitely recommend!

Nice, clean place at a great price. Everything worked like it should. One of the owners showed us to the room and showed us all the features. He was very nice. They had a continental breakfast, however, we didn’t take advantage of it because we had prior reservations elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Room was comfortable and clean. Only thing I wish was better options for the continental breakfast. All sweet options but nothing savory. Not sure if that was because it was a weekday or if that's just what is always offered.
