20 teen boys took over the pool/ hot tub area. 2 adults providing no support, & I had to leave as the noise was incredible. Only one staff working & 2 security supports who were overwhelmed. People screaming in halls, lobby, & elevator. No compensation offered. Duvet was stiff, with rough scratchy fabric & was very uncomfortable.

Everything was great, although there was a quite interestingly stained sofa-bed thing in our room. I'm pretty sure they tried to clean it, but wasn't quite sure enough to actually use it. Didn't really matter, though, since there were only two of us and we just shared the proper bed. But really, everything else was genuinely good. The hotel itself is nice, with good parking and a gym/pool/exercise section, there were a variety of restaurants nearby even late at night, and there were basically no problems at all.

AVOID - There's no room service at this hotel. They'll tell you when you get there that it's done every two days but even then....In this day and age, this is just unacceptable. At the very least, they should mention it when customers try to book so that it's not a complete surprise.

There are lots of positives with this property. It’s modern and the staff is friendly, park was easy and the breakfast was great. One big problem we had was the room was not clean at all. There were long black hairs throughout our white bedding, the sofa was terribly stained and there was wet dirty face clothes hanging in the bathroom that were left there. It was hard to enjoy our sleep because of the hairs and the bedding just did not feel clean.

Tv was spotty at best,kind of broken, hdmi port did not work and wall mount was unsteady, just like the WIFI, so if your working it can be tough. Fridge in the room froze everything rock solid, only one setting. Staff was excellent, hotel is pretty good overall, i may have just had a not so great room. I might stay again, location is good!

I always request a stand-up shower. But there were only half door and there was no air vent fan in the bathroom, which fog up the mirror. Also, the vanity top which carries the sink was not built from enter and it’s a big gap between the two corners that your stuff falls through, which makes no sense

The stay was fine, but the only food available (no room service) is a bistro with limited hours, and expensive prices. The shower in the room doesn’t have a door, so the whole room gets steamed up, and there is no fan. The staff were quick to bring towels when we asked, however there were no towels at the pool, and only 3 towels in a room for 4 people. Overall, the place is nice. The staff is friendly… but I would eat somewhere else.

We booked five rooms here for a family wedding and treated the staff and property with respect, even leaving tips after our stay. Unfortunately, one of our family members accidentally left behind an Apple Watch. When we called to ask if it had been found, the staff immediately said it wasn’t there and didn’t seem to make any effort to check. Using “Find My iPhone,” we saw the watch was still on the property before it was later deactivated. Very disappointing experience, we expected more honesty and effort from the staff.

We arrived late after a long day of travel only to be screwed around and no room available. We had our reservation and emails to proof it and even then the customer service was terrible. After multiple calls we were put in the middle of 2 managers arguing about the situation while my 3 kids got to witness this and wonder what’s going on. We sat around from 10:00 PM to 2:00 Am. I ended up having to book and pay for additional rooms. What a great experience all around from all parties including Expedia who was the biggest player in this situation. Thank you

Pretty far from the Airport. Front door was locked when arrived to check in and had to stand out in the cold waiting for the front desk to open it up. Then it took them outrageously long to find my expedia booking, shouldn't have taken more than a few seconds.

I am glad I booked in this hotel. The atmosphere is very positive, the lobby is clean and smelling so good. The pool are clean and spacious, the room we were at smells clean and also spacious, the aircondition works well. The balcony is really cool. The housekeeping staff are really nice too. The most thing we appreciated the most during our stay in this hotel is the courtesy that Robin (receptionist) show towards us from the day he checked us in thru the day of our check out. He is very nice, kind and accommodating. He spoke softly and polite. Thank you so much Robin and to all the staff!

Great location. Near Pearson airport, not a place you want to stay if you are going into Toronto and back to the hotel. It will take you about one hour and 45 minute to get into Toronto from this location.

Great location. Walking distance to LCBO, and various food choices from hotel. Free Parking - not the largest parking lot but you should be able to find a spot. Great staff. Clean pool and hot tub. Room clean. Will absolutely return.

We flew in from Orlando to Buff NY, then over to Canada- Toronto. We stayed 30 min out from the CN tour to experience rural and City. This hotel was close to everything local, super clean, ample space rooms, super clean and absolutely an A plus on customer service. Lobby has Starbucks and Bistro and very large indoor heated pool and outside patio. We highly recommend to purchase Breakfast with your options as Biatro can be pricey if not included in room fare. We were there Dec 10th, ample free parking. Money well spent! We drove to CN tower and Aquarium 30 min drive and all other sites. From there you can drive North to experience Canada.

The room was ok. The toilet paper holder was broken, the heating unit was really loud and I had to turn it off at night. The lock on the door was also broken and the lamp behind the sofa was bent out of shape. The breakfast service was awful and a colleague waited over 40 minutes for oatmeal. Dinner service wasn’t any better. Food took a long time and was microwaved so it was pretty terrible. Drink service was non existent and after going to the counter to get a drink, there was no selection as they didn’t have any mixes. But it is super close to a grocery store and other restaurants so proximity is a 10/10.
