Great location, easy parking, upstairs bartender was awesome!!

Overall great stay, only issue was valet parking. We called ahead of time to pickup our vehicle from valet and were told it would be a 15 minute wait and ended up waiting nearly an hour for our vehicle to be brought to us through valet.

All good - a pool would be nice

Overall nice, clean hotel in nice area. Staff are pleasant. However, if you want dark to sleep in, they only have a roll down shade. Coffee in your room, nope! You have to go to one of the restaurants and purchase it. Restaurants, yes. However, the roof top one was like a dance party. Loud music and packed with people. SMH. The main floor is more of a bar atmosphere with a small menu. Oh and the room lighting is terrible.

Great Hotel option. There are a few quirks ...very small rooms, transparent toilet stall in same room with shower and sink...no pooping privacy, and you have to ask for washcloths for some reason. Despite these, the staff was extremely quick to bring washcloths, and it is a great location for walking the warf. There is an auto park on Farnsworth for $24 if you don't want to spend the $70 vallet fee

Tl;DR - all good but the cost has a hidden $25/night. More below. Room was tight, it's definitely an efficiency room type of thing, but that was my expectation and I liked it. Gym was a standard hotel gym which is great, good quality there. Only complaint is that the price felt misleading. It was marketed at $130/night but then when I checked out they told me there's an additional $25/night for a "facility fee" which honestly just feels like they tricked me to make the price higher. At that point I had already stayed there and needed to make my flight so I wasn't going to argue with the desk person but damn, this just feels like sneaky business BS.

The staff is by far the highlight of this hotel. The rooms are small But, very well appointed. The location is phenomenal. It is right next to an underground station that takes you to and from the airport for $2.40. we recommend this hotel. We would have loved it a lot more if the rooftop “Terrace” was actually a terrace that you could go up to and enjoy but it is actually a bar/restaurant that doesn’t open until 5pm and gets very crowded. Needless to say, you cannot use the rooftop terrace unless you want to eat or drink. That was pretty disappointing for us.

The lobby area is very poor. There is no area for people to sit and relax. The rooms are extremely small so they should allow people to sit at the tables in the bar however we were removed every night. We had a family of 5 people that simply wanted to play a card game but were confined to a table that was very small. Simply not customer focused. I am not interested in returning to this hotel

The customer service was exceptional. I would give our stay a 4.5/5. I removed one star because we found a pair of underwear on the floor that didn't belong to us. I'm assuming they were under the bed and housekeeping didn't see it before our stay.

The sheet had blood spot and hairs stick in it. Air condition was very noisy. No pool. No place to sit in lobby only 2 chairs. We choose a priledhe room with water view but water can only be seen between buildings a little bit. There was nothing like priviledge in that room. No coffee available on the room or on the floor like in Washington yotel. Not comparable with the Washington yotel.

The rooms need some renovations, I stayed in a suite ( Bed first) and the table in the room was peeling, the curtain by the shower was stained and dirty, the bathroom sink was stopped up, hair in the sink and stuck on dry towels. The valet at this location was horrible took forever to come and made me late for my reservation at a restaurant. The staff could use some training on customer service because they weren't the best experience and possibly some diversity training its seems that guests are treated differently due to the color of their skin. This was very disappointing to say the least and I've stayed at Three other Yotel locations and they all were great.….. This one not so much!

Yotel was great. It was clean with friendly staff and a very convenient location. There is a Trader Joe’s one building over, and it is right next to the Courthouse T stop. The area felt very safe and we walked a lot around the Seaport and the water. It is also a short walk to the Convention Center. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable

While the room was very small, appreciated the efficiency of the space, every detail was thought of with typical amenities found in a traditional size room. As it was just me in the room, the size wasn’t a problem. Could not see how more than 1 person would be comfortable.

The mattress was not comfortable - watching television was awkward while on bed due to looking sideways. Design of room was not conducive to good sleep.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Tiny room. Not room to walk around bed when laid flat. Towel warmer not working. Not much of a view of the harbor. Partial means just a tiny view of water. Not worth the extra money for view. Charged $424 extra when arriving at hotel for resort fee and incidentals. $300 returned after check out. Overall was a nice enough place to sleep. Would have been perfect if I was rooming alone. Not much privacy for 2. A curtain is the only privacy between bathroom and bed.

Nice area! Lots of shops and dining options. The room is really small. And the bed gets automatically by controller bigger. Overall great experience.

Check in problems were a result supposedly of hotel.com (expedia) not releasing payment. Yotel had no record of our booking. Then when it was found we were asked to cancel booking with hotel.com and book direct! Which we refused. Took 45 mins to sort and after 12 hours travelling not what you need. Location of hotel in seaport is great but Boston is real easy to get around anyways. Easy to get to cruise terminal and airport on the silver line which is next door to hotel.

When I checked-in, Brandon the Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful... he even gave me very good tips and suggestions of things to do and explore in the Seaport District.

Wonderful and helpful staff. We had such a pleasant stay! We were upgraded upon arrival and everyone was so friendly. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and transportation. Five stars!

Upon arrival at YOTEL, my friend and I were disrespected and mistreated by the front desk staff, particularly a female employee. Despite checking our Brazilian passports, she ironically stated (more than once) that she "could not speak Spanish," in a mocking tone that added to the clear sense of hostility. Her treatment was not only unprofessional but also carried strong undertones of discriminatory behavior. We had booked a room with a queen bed and an additional bunk bed, as clearly shown in the photos and description on your website. However, we were assigned a room with only one bed. When we raised the issue, she dismissed our concerns and claimed that the room type we had reserved was only available for an additional $50. Incredibly, she referred to this as an “upgrade" (to the very room we had already paid for). We refused to pay extra for something that was contractually ours. Throughout the conversation, she repeated a rehearsed narrative blaming Expedia as a “third party” and denied any responsibility. She made no effort to contact anyone or offer a solution. Her prepared justification, repeated word-for-word, strongly suggests that this was not the first time guests faced the same issue. It seems like a systematic practice that violates basic principles of consumer protection and good faith. Eventually, a security staff member (allegedly security) approached us in an intimidating manner, pressuring us to either accept the situation or leave. Never staying again.

I've stayed here before, and my check-in and check-out were smooth. Unfortunately, I had travel delays this time and arrived at 3 am. The front desk lacked courtesy. Before anything else, I got a lecture about "arriving at this hour." I was told I should have called, or they would have marked me a no-show if the property was full. So, I asked if I needed to go sleep somewhere else, and she said, no, we're not full tonight. Ok. Please spare me the lecture next time. I was also charged $699 even though my reservation cost was $335. When I asked why, "It's a business thing, I don't know how to describe it. When you check out, you'll be billed the $335." Very strange. I hope this fumbled check-in is an anomaly.

Good stay. Phone message described hotel parking at a lower price than when I arrived at front desk. Kobe, at front desk was super helpful. Other staff were reluctant to help.

Top notch customer service.

Lovely to stay just outside the heart of Boston, but be able to walk in each day to do many of the tours we had planned. Great room, clean and tidy. Great location with the rooftop bar for a drink before heading into the city for dinner.

Located in a new neighborhood with lots of dining options and easy access to public transportation.

YOTEL is located in an upscale trendy area called Seaport. I was booked into the ADA room. There was plenty of room to move around with a wheelchair and access the bathroom and shower. I don’t use a wheelchair. Didn’t try the restaurant. Trader Joe’s is right around the corner. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance. The underground transit station was conveniently located right beside the hotel. Hotel parking is by valet. I chose to book at a nearby overnight garage, which was very easy.

Although room was compact, it was very nicely furnished. It is perfectly situated and within walking distant of all major attractions I wanted to see. It is also extremely close to the cruise line terminal. The Seaport area it a beautiful and vibrant location. Highly recommend

Good location, nice bar, good food on the rooftop, and right by the water.

Check in/out was easy and quick. The room was laid out well, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has two good dining options and the neighborhood as a lot of good dining options as well. Near two metro stops as well as an Amtrak stop. My next trip to Boston I plan on staying here again.

The property and staff was overall great. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The space in the bedroom was extremely small. The food at the restaurant was very disappointing.
