The Facts: Convenient location, but this is NOT in Seaport. The hotel is in Southie next to Broadway station. Tons to do and see and truly a fantastic location, but a total reach to call this Seaport. right off the highway, near transit, clean, safe, and has two restaurants/bars, one is a rooftop. You can’t charge valet or restaurants to the rooms as they are separate (no self park option, and street parking isn’t really an option) The Good: Staff was SO friendly. The building is clean and safe. Room was cozy, and pretty comfortable The NOT great: It’s LOUD. I had a city view room on the 4th floor. The hotel can’t help the public transit, but if you are a light sleeper a higher floor room is best. Additionally, there is seemingly no other noise reduction in place because I was up each hour listening to the ice machine or the drunken yelling of folks coming back to their rooms. I know the hotel can’t control humans, it’s not their fault, but the location and crowd might not be for everyone. I generally don’t have trouble sleeping, but I did the two nights I was here. Ps room 419 outlet in bathroom is dead and the main door handle was really hard to turn (to the point I had to have them show me how to get into the room even though I stay in hotels probably more than the average person). The light at the desk was also broken.

The hotel and room was great. However, the valet parking was horrendous. My car came back with settings changed and items were stolen. In addition, someone was in my backseat with muddy/dirty shoes and left marks. Very disappointed and angry!

I don’t think there’s such a thing as thinner toilet paper. I think you charge more than disneyworld for valet parking. And it’s slow to get your car back. I had to wake up 45 minutes early just to put in the request. Said they would text back when car is ready, didn’t get texts back.

We were a little disappointed to learn at check-in that the rooftop was inaccessible because the rooftop bar/restaurant was in "transition ". I don’t understand why they would choose the middle of summer to do that unless it was an emergency issue. Also, to block off the entire rooftop (the one amenity since there is no pool). The staff were very friendly though!!!

Staff was awesome, let us check in early, kept our bags on the last day, super supportive with everything. Room always cleaned up. Gym is giant, really liked it. Family is happy and we had a great time in Boston.

Room was terrific! The parking and valet was BAD. I was told to give the valet 15 to get the car, so 20 minutes before we had to leave I texted that i needed our car. A little more than 10 minutes later I received a text saying it would take 30 minutes for a total of 40 from my original request. In the end we waited 45 minutes and were 25 minutes late meeting at a restaurant. Very frustrating!!

Cannot believe a hotel employee, with a straight face, suggested that it was not reasonable to expect all guests to have their rooms cleaned. "We have a lot of rooms here," he sneered. When we asked to at least have new towels brought to the room, they couldn't even accomplish that task.

Room 403. Two paneled door for bathroom, one panel completely missing. NO privacy for using the toilet. Told front desk, didn’t offer any offer to change rooms. Found two personal items left from previous guests — housekeeping clearly didn’t clean the room completely. For $370 a night we expected a much better quality room and experience.

Nice new hotel at the right price. Don’t pay for that $225 per night for this hotel. The location in the “Southie” section of Boston is a good $10 - $30 dollar Uber right from anywhere in Boston you would want to be and explore. There is little right around the hotel. The rooms are small but adequate. However, like many new tech minded hotels, it has an industrial poured concrete feel. The lobby bar has very limited hours of operation. The shower has poor water pressure that requires you to shower for 10 - 15 minutes vs 5 minutes. They also need to get into the 21st century and offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower that maid staff can refill every few days. One off tiny bitters arw so old school.

AC system was down the entire stay. We needed to have an engineer come to reset it, and he predicted it would happen again, and suggested we ask for him again if it did. It did, but at the middle of the night who wants to invite maintenance. TV channels were spotty and often out of sync, and WiFi slow and difficult to log in. Our room (1210) was near the elevator, and the sound was bothersome.

Both the restaurant and bar were closed, as was the rooftop, with no information about these closures provided at the time of booking. The hotel is right across the street from the train station which made it very convenient to go anywhere in Boston. The only thing we didn't like was that we were put in a VERY small room the first two nights. It was very inconvenient to have such a small room. We were not even able to open our suitcases all the way because the room was so small. We did get switched to a larger room on the third night.

Very nice hotel. Nice view of Boston. Excellent location in the Seaport for using an Uber/Taxi to travel in and out of Boston. The walls are pretty thin so just be aware if you're booking this hotel for peace and quiet.

Great location with access to subway across the street. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and everything was in good condition. A bit of noise from the street but it's as expected being right in Boston. Wasnt too noisy at night. The roof top bar was really nice as well. Good prices. I would recommend staying here

Definitely the best stay I've had in the Boston area! We got an upgrade to a suite which meant the world to us, and Chris at the front desk was so kind and made us feel like we were more than welcome! Such a wonderful establishment, the room was clean, the premises were veey well maintained, and the location was great!

The night staff was very rude shady. I came out with my family to take my grandson to the hospital we checked in at 11 o’clock at night. The Amanda was working on. Staff was very very rude lecturing which didn’t make any sense. The air conditioner and the heater was broke, and there was a foul odor

The best thing about the property is the staff…the manager Rachel was an angel and Sunny at the front desk went out of his way to help us out. The owners are lucky to have such capable staff. The roof top bar is top notch and shouldn’t be missed if you’re ever fortunate enough to stay here.

Beautiful hotel. Location great with T across the street. Room is small as others have said, but fine for 2 people. Very luxurious. We had a gorgeous view on the 11th floor. Coffee in the room. Good continental breakfast downstairs. Staff are super friendly. Be aware that parking is 59$/night. Really glad we chose to stay here and would gladly do so again.

The location of this hotel is great, the subway station is just downstairs, and it only takes one or two stations to downtown crossing and China town, few more starvations to Harvard, it’s very convenient. And the staff here are so friendly and helpful, even the staff in the restaurant, they always greet you when they see you. And the view we had was face to the city it was really nice, my daughter loved sitting next to the window and look at the view. We would strongly recommend it!

This newer Hotel actually has a 13th floor, which we stayed on, and liked to tell about! Break the superstition! The red line Broadway station is right outside the door so getting into downtown is simple. 15 minute walk to the seaport district in a very safe area. Will definitely consider returning the next time we’re in Boston.

I was not happy with my stay here. I booked this hotel because it stated on their website they have a restaurant onsite with a roof top, however that is not true. When I arrived, it was closed. This hotel requires a $300 deposit for a room that cost $109. When I checked- in the front desk person did not give any information about the hotel. They failed to mention valet parking is $59/night, the rooms do not have microwave, & the rooms are so small. I won’t stay here again. Overrated for what they offered and failure to provide accurate information on the website and in person.

I hated that the A/C didn't work. I slept in 79 degree weather the first night, then switched rooms and still didn't work so I slept in 76 degree room. Their best option was to open the window. By no means worth $450 a night. Worst continental breakfast I've ever seen. Only had muffin and bagels

The continental breakfast was not well stocked and there was no one there to help guests. Waited for 10-15 minutes without a coffee pot and only a couple of bagels and cereal left. Didn't even both to go there on my last 2 days, so I had to go out to get something to eat.

Everything about this hotel was perfect and they even had a free continental breakfast, but for some reason, when I stayed the two days, they only had breakfast on the 2nd day. The atmosphere and ambiance of the lobby was gorgeous. It was the perfect location for a venue I was attending at seaport! They had a starbucks across the street and a convenience store outside next door. The convenience they have in the lobby is expensive. The view from my room on the 10th floor was amazing. Only complaint is the breakfast and having an employee working who doesnt understand English. A woman was asking for boiled eggs and the brazilian breakfast attendant didnt understand her.
