Home2 is a home away from home because of the suites, the patio by the pool has grills, and in the front of the building that has fire pit and sofas. We also loved the variety of food that was offered for complimentary breakfast.

I liked everything but the pool. It reeked of bleach and was murky. That is why I made the reservation there. Other than that it was oka. But I will never go back there.

The room was spacious; the staff extra friendly and professional; loved the firepit for evening relaxation; the workout room and pool were clean and well used by me. The breakfast had so much more than the typical hotel fare. Overall a great stay. Will stay there again during the Christmas holiday

Outside is nicely light for safety. They have a fire pit that is on in the evenings. The rooms were well lit and clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Cleanest room we've ever seen! Helps that the property is newer, but it feels like we're one of the first in this room with how nice it looks! We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, not knowing this must cater to more "extended stay" type needs. Bedding is very soft and very fresh, and shower was superb. Unsure of the other hotel amenities, but the room itself exceeds all expectations. Front desk girl was friendly and professional as well. Very highly recommend!

Everything was great staff was awesome and very helpfull. When we got to thw room i tried to lock the door woth the deadbolt however it wouldnt latch as i had to lift up hard and twist the deadbolt to lock. The exhaust fan innthe bathroom wasnt working either so that the steam from the shower wouldn't leave the room. Other then these items Everything else was fine.

I love staying at the this property when I visit Joliet/Aurora. My very first complaint after staying at this particulate hotel multiple times is that the pillows had a foul stench. At first I thought it was the pillow cases but I discovered it was the pillows itself. When I called the office the receptionist had no problem with swapping them out. The replacement pillows also had a light odor but it was tolerable. My reason for leaving this review is not to down play this property because this property will remain my go to whenever I return to the area it’s only to bring awareness that maybe the pillows should be ALL replaced with new ones.

Everything was good. The only complaint I have is that there was a dirty washcloth left on the bathroom floor by the wastebasket. I had dropped a Kleenex that I threw in the Waste basket and went to pick it up and ended up touching that dirty washcloth. Ugh!!!!! The breakfast was really good and hit the spot in the morning.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Great shower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, a big plus for my husband and I. The room was equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and there was access to a cooktop if requested. Great breakfast bar, good selection of food. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I never need to ask for anything because everything is already provided and taken care of. 24/7 coffee and the breakfast is amazing. I always have a great night when i go here. Rooms and beds are always clean and super comfortable. I have never once had a problem and this is my go to Hotel whenever i need a little break from everything. 10/10

My flight was delayed. I called them that night before to let them know. I would still be coming to stay there unfortunately they decided to cancel my reservation totally even though I called them to advise them that I wouldn’t be there the first night when I arrive, they had no rooms available, not a great start to my stay in Joliet! Since I did not spend even one night there I think I should get a refund! Tempted not to use your service again. Thank you.

Very nice and clean reminded me of home the staff when I check in didn’t seem to like blacks she was very rude and not very helpful to the new guy but whoever the guy was at the desk the next morning was absolutely wonderful very helpful and polite made us feel wonderful during the rest of our stay need more like him

I stayed for a couple days to attend a family funeral and found this property clean, quiet, and well staffed. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette that we didn't really use. The whole building seemed fairly new. Everything still had "polish" on it. Staff was fine, but we didn't interact much. Breakfast was just okay compared to hot breakfasts at comparable hotels. Price was fine, as expected. Would stay again.
