Iris Garden Inn

This is my third day at Iris and I find it easy to get in and out of and I feel safe there. The only thing that I find to be frustrating is that none of the vending machine seem to work or if they do work they always seem to be empty. Staff has always been very friendly and willing to accommodate anyway they can. It’s 13 minutes from the hotel to the historic District of Savannah!

Although it is a low budget option, the room was unacceptably dirty and had a lingering smell. The showerhead had hard water buildup along with mold. Bedsheets were not clean the room, and the hallways had a distinct odor. We asked the front desk for the room service team to thoroughly clean the room, which they did not. Had an uneasy feel to the room throughout my whole stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lola was phenomenal and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable with good drainage from the plumbing and excellent water pressure. Easy to check in and check out!

Run down....floors scuffed, carpets torn, bathtubs peeling and dirty. Walls are paper thin, rooms are small, beds are poor, and place smells. Free breakfast is a joke....ghetto .

tub was clogged didn’t get resolved until last night there & room did not receive cleaning. staff was okay but just no resolutions for problems. didn’t receive new towels. not impressed won’t be back
