I've stayed here multiple times, my favorite Austin-area place to stay. It's clean, pretty new, quiet and out of the way. If you know the local roads it gives good back-door access to the whole Austin metro area, letting you avoid I-35. It has a good gym and is located near a park that affords plenty of good walking, which is something I always do when I visit.

The hotel was wonderful. Very comfortable and well taken care of. I was also pleasantly surprised by the tasty meal I had for dinner. I wasnt expecting much and it was great (dalmon bowl).

Pros: Clean Property, Internet TV, Full Gym, Comfortable Bed Unique Design Cons: No bathroom fan. Pool is cold, so go in the daytime. No Microwave in rooms No access to the lobby from the stairs. You have no choice but to take the elevator or walk around the building. Wifi is spotty unless you upgrade to the $9.95 high speed internet

Great place to stay. Very clean and nice the moment you pull in the parking lot! The only things I would complain about was there was no one working the bar area and we couldn't get a drink, we waited for 30 minutes and no one came out. Also there was a wedding and our room was located over the conference room that it was being held in so we could feel and hear the music till after midnight. The bistro food was great! We had breakfast that morning and it was fantastic and the prices were not bad! Staff at the check in desk were great and super friendly! They were very nice when we asked for extra towels because our room only had 2 towels in it.

This hotel had high ratings and I found it deeply mediocre, really an ugly concrete box in an ugly setting, the pool had squares of fake grass and no living vegetation, just stark and bare and concrete. The restaurant was only open in the morning and evening for a few hours, the bar uses plastic cups, and both attendants I encountered weren’t very friendly. The front desk staff was lovely, and the room itself was nice. Fine for business travel but don’t stop here if you’re looking for niceties or any luxury.

We did appreciate the location of the property right along the highway. Staff was helpful. The tv did not work, but someone came in to fix it which took the first 30 minutes of our stay. The shower facet was wobbly, there was hair on the shower wall, and a pair of men’s undergarments and socks in a drawer. I don’t think it was cleaned well if something this noticeable could have been removed. I probably won’t stay at this property again.

Hotel overall was great location and nice. I would stay there again. There was a wedding of some sort and our room was located near the meeting space. Parking was difficult to find and the noise from the party was extremely loud even at midnight. I called front desk to complain and they said it they were paying to have that and I said I'm paying to sleep.... so it wasn't great in that respect.

I booked a king size bed in advance but when I arrived I was given a room with two queens. When I questioned this I was assured that I would still be charged the same. Tell me, what is the point of booking a room with the select features you want if it won’t be there when you arrive? The walls are also thin for being a newer hotel. It sounded like an elephant was above me when I’m sure the person was only taking their normal steps. The hotel was clean and the area was safe but I won’t be returning to this here when I come to town again since the room I book is not guaranteed to be what I was receive.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times but this latest stay was beyond disappointing. I reserved a king suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper mattress was old, worn out, stained and unable to be slept on. I spoke to the staff about the issue but was told “sorry, we can’t do anything about it” I asked if they had any extra blankets to help with adding some padding to the dilapidated mattress and I was told “sorry we don’t have any extra blankets or pillows” my two teenage sons had to sleep on the floor. How does a hotel if this size not have any extra blankets!? This is completely unacceptable since I paid nearly $400 to stay one night. Do better Marriott. Do better.

I was told the internet wasn't working, and there was nothing that could have been done. I understand this, but if I needed to work remotely for any reason I would've been extremely upset. To add insult to injury, the beds were very uncomfortable and my room had a malfunctioning AC unit. I've stayed here before and it was never as bad as it was this weekend so I am willing to admit it was just a fluke weekend but I will definitely look elsewhere if I have an option in the future.

The bed and linens were very nice and comfortable, the room, hotel itself new and aesthetically pleasing, bar and bistro was great. But stayed two nights and walls thin, heard neighbors constantly and road noise was a constant as well. It was the weekend. I would try this location again on a week night. Staff was very friendly.

Maricela was so helpful. We were staying here for a soccer tournament and she found us a room last minute. She saved us from having to be split from our team and having to look somewhere else. Given it was holiday wknd and everyone was booked, she made it possible.

I had an extremely embarrassing and shameful experience. It was awful to come to the hotel, after a long hot, and exhausting day, to find out my room has been sold to another person. I hadn’t just reserved my room, I had already paid for it. They tried making up for it by giving me another room at another place but unfortunately it added more driving time and further frustration. I would have appreciated if they hadn’t caused this extra trouble for us. Not to mention, having to deal with my wife’s anxiety was an added issue. I am only grateful that the lady that took us in, Gemma, tried her best to go out of her way to make it up to us.

Loved the hotel - clean, good location, great price, friendly staff, when they can be found. The only complaint is being understaffed. We didn't mind the lack of daily housecleaning but more than once we, and other guests, spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate staff at the front desk and front lobby. Beyond an inconvenience, it's a potential security issue as elevators are accessible without passing the front desk and do not require a room key to operate. When no employees are staffing the front desk or lobby, no one is monitoring access to the upper levels.

I stayed from 11/28 to 12/3. We did not consume anything in the room yet I was charged $100 on 12/4. When I called the hotel, the clerk was not interested to hear me out. I sent them an email on 12/5. It is12/10 and I have not heard back from them. Will not stay here again!

Nice hotel. Very clean with a great deal on our room. Staff was nice. The only complaint we had, which isn't really on the hotel, is that we weren't familiar with the area. This hotel has a toll road to Austin. Which we had to cross six times during our stay. So it's a bit of an inconvenient location for touring the area. But worth it if you want a good deal at a clean hotel in a quiet area.

I made a last minute trip to Pflugerville and decided to stay at the Courtyard since the Payson I was going to visit lives near by. It was a good choice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The price wasn't unreasonable. I'll definitely stay here again.

The area is new & growing, which is great. The hotel was incredible. Very clear, the staff that evening & that morning were perfect. The only problem my husband & I had was the food selection in the dining area. There was not a lot of options for those of us that cannot eat things like "avocado mash" or "arugula salad" (who eats that for breakfast?). There are no other options (at this time) in that area unless you go across the toll road to Quick Trip or try to drive around in an area you're unfamiliar with when you have a schedule to keep. And there was nothing appetizing in the onsite store for breakfast. As much as we loved our stay we might return to a location with more to offer in the area.
