This stay was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious and comfortable. The parking was easy and convenient to the hotel. I saw a concert at the Old National Events Plaza located just across the street. The bar was well attended after the event and Kim, who worked behind the bar was engaging while keeping up with her customers. The fire pit was a nice surprise.

Clean professional hotel with good service. Parking was convenient but expensive for a small town. Amenities were lacking for the price. No restaurants or shopping near by even though it’s downtown. I did like that they had a snack bar downstairs well equipped but the rooms had ice buckets and no glasses or ice tongs. Direct tv is a really bad idea. Drizzled outside and it had to reboot. Food was limited for room service.

We were only there one night but the room was excellent. The fitness center and pool are very nice. Having starbucks and a restaurant downstairs was extremely convenient. We booked this hotel because it was next door and connected via skywalk to the Ford Center. Only complaint I had was trying to get a late check out. I called the hotel prior to arriving, spent quite a bit of time on the phone only to be told I have to check with the front desk when I check in. Arrived for check in and they told me I'd have to check in the morning. Stopped at the front counter again in the morning and was told check out was changed to 11am instead of 12pm which it said we I booked the room. They would not allow a late check out, because of all the people checking in that day which I understand but would have preferred to not have to go through 3 people to get my question answered. We didn't check out until almost noon and they didn't have a problem with it.

Came to Evansville for a comedy show at Victory Theater & this was the perfect stay. Walking distance to Main Street for lots of restaurants and walking distance to the many entertainment venues including Victory theater. Check in was quick & easy, hotel is very clean & updated. Everything in the room worked properly & was clean & comfortable. Parking not bad for $17 in & out, did not do breakfast or any meals at the onsite restaurant but got some snack for the room at their little snack stand. Would definitely stay here again if in Evansville.

The biggest complaint for us is that every door is always locked and then the gates are down closing off the parking garage and you cannot get in easily to even check in!! That needs a solution otherwise we always like staying because it is within walking distance to concerts and shows!

The floors were dirty in our room and the hallway. Bandaids stuck to the carpet. Room had larger food crumbs on the floor. I know it wasnt vacuumed because I found change under the desk. Fridge in room stopped working sometime through the night so our food was wasted. Iron was broken so water got everywhere. Exit for parking garage has a median in front so you can only go one way and have to circle around. Lighting in the room was poor so i dont recommend staying here if you need to get ready for an event.

There was hair from the previous guest still along the shower walls when we checked in and the room was not cleaned properly. Whole room felt grimey even though this room was almost $200 a night. Absolutely not worth it would never stay here again.

This is a higher end hotel with beautiful rooms but our shower was dirty. It looked like the housekeeper cleaned all the glass but left the shower floor dirty with mildew stains and even her sneaker footprints on the floor. Disappointing as we have stayed in this hotel many times before and always had a good stay.

Great place to stay for concerts in Evansville! Very short walk to Ford center, did not have to worry about parking or walking in the cold weather. Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for our conference. Our unit needs much more light. The room was dark. Bathroom lighting needs work... Way too dark for make up and hair prep.. We only had 4 hangers for 2 people. We requested more but they never brought any. A plug needs

Our room was not far from the elevator and all we heard while there was banging from the elevator going up and down. Not the doors opening but the actual mechanics of moving the elevator. Very annoying all night.

I drove five hours for a concert in Evansville and loved how the venue was connected to the hotel it made it convenient. Check in was quite the line and trying to get help for the app free check in instead of waiting in line was difficult as it seemed no one working knew to help with that. The hotel was clean and food was good and the room was spacious. The downfall, absolutely no water pressure I felt like I didn’t even get cleaned. On top of that we heard a beeping/buzzing note on and off all night. I would normally not be the one to rate my review but for the price I was really dissatisfied with my sleep and shower issue for someone who uses Hilton. I contacted to the property through Expedia and I got a one line I apologize… back. Nothing else. I tried to message again with the issues, but no response.

A very nice , clean modern hotel. Easy access to the Ford Center and dt Evansville. Staff are professional, rooms are clean and modern. The only negative is , surprisingly you can hear footsteps above and noise from adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel.

The place was very nice and clean. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the disastrous checkin. We waited for two hours for our room to get ready. Checkin was at 3:00. We got in our room at 5:30. The line to Check in was forever long. As rooms became available, they went to the people in line instead of the ones that were already waiting. The staff was very nice but but they were completely unprepared for the number of people checking in that day.

Room wasn’t available until after 6 pm, concert at 7. No way to get ready and just had to go straight there. Terribly inconvenient. Lobby bartender Jennifer was rude, horrible treated us horribly. While we were ordering she walked away for 10 minutes. I asked her for bourbon list, she said we have a lot but Woodford best she had. Not true later with another bartender, whistle pig available. 12 vs 50, how stupid of a supposed bartender. The next morning she was our waitress at the restaurant. HORRIBLE. Rude rude. Couldn’t get everything we needed for a 50 breakfast. I accidentally tipped her the night before. She deserved nothing! Wish we had of stayed at another property. We’ve stayed at multiple doubletree properties but this was the worst and very disappointing.

The front desk staff, Adriane, was unprofessional. We drove 4 hours and called ahead both 24 hours before and the day of to inquire about early check-in. We were told check-in was 2pm at first, then 1pm, and later "first come, first serve." Despite asking multiple times if she needed my confirmation number, she said it wasn't necessary. We arrived between 1–2pm, only for Adriane to tell me the room wasn’t ready and check-in was at 4pm. We had an event at 5pm and still needed to get ready. She explained that suites, which cost more, are cleaned last. While early check-ins aren’t guaranteed, the way she communicated made it seem like it would be possible. We waited in the lobby for an hour, and during that time, a flight crew had similar issues. Finally, after approaching the desk again, Adriane’s "manager" stepped in and we were given the room—but it wasn’t clean. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned, with the bottom appearing as if someone had walked through it with dirty boots. When we pulled back the sheets on the bed, we found a bug. That was it for us. We checked out immediately and drove the 4 hours home in the middle of the night.

We were there at 3:00 for check-in and told the room was not ready. Along with many other people who were waiting. We were told to come back in 45 minutes. Later, we were told that the room was still not ready and that they are having a hard time keeping up with a noon check-out and a 3 pm check-in. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, the room was ready.

The woman at the front office wasn’t very friendly when we checked in, and not helpful at all. I had called a couple of times earlier and she immediately pur me on hold both times She assigned me a room on 1st floor. I couldn’t find the room so had to go back and ask her again where it was and her directions on how to get to the room were inaccurate. I still couldn’t find the room so I asked the daytime bartender how to get to my room. She was very friendly and showed me where to find the room. My friend and I had late nite drinks at the bar. The bartender on duty at that time disappeared for about 20 minutes just as we were finishing our drinks and we had to wait for her to get back. She never said she had to step away, and when she would be back, just disappeared. It was annoying to have to wait so long for our check

We booked its room due to its proximity to the Old National Event Center and, come to find out, there is even a skywalk to the event center. We never had to walk outside. When we arrived at the event center there was an entrance just for us and we didn’t even have to stand in line to get in. The hotel itself was perfect in every way and the staff were very accommodating. There are also many places to eat within walking distance. We will return to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Hotel is located in a central location to several activities in downtown Evansville. We attended an event at the Ford Center, which is connected via walkway from the hotel, and didn't have to get out in the elements. The room was very spacious and clean, as was the hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

My daughter and I attended a concert at the Aiken theater across the street from the hotel. The hotel has a sky walk above the street that connects to the theater. This means after checking in and parking at the hotel, chilling for an hour or so, we did not have to go outside or deal with traffic congestion to get to the concert. We simply walked from our floor over to the theater. This was especially convenient after the concert let out. We just walked back to our room and went to bed. Very nice!!!!

Rooms were nice and clean and so was the entire property on the inside. The area was a little rough with several homeless people around, and an apartment building next to the hotel was very questionable with people outside all the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The rooms were spacious & clean. Very comfortable atmosphere & very friendly staff. Only drawback was an hour wait at the table of Stone City Grill for our dinner order to be taken. The hotel was packed for an event & they should have been prepared. A heads up on nearby restaurants is Angelo’s Italian restaurant a short walk which was primo. Blissimo👍

This hotel was in a great location in town near restaurants and the theatre. The room was more spacious than I expected, and very comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the service in the restaurant for breakfast was very poor.
