This is a great place to stay if you're downtown for a concert or out bar hopping. The on-site bar on the 4th floor is amazing, both the food and drink. The pool is indoor, but no hot tub. . Rooms are very clean, as is the entire property. Highly recommend

The hotel was nice it was clean everybody was friendly. The only thing is is if you’re gonna stay downtown Phoenix they charge you $43 for VIP parking and if you park behind the hotel in the garage it’s $30 a day

Very nice being right next to the venue for a concert, was only a block away so walkable. Very nice hotel and clean. Only downside was no street parking near by so you had to pay for valet parking or to park in the parking garage which were both expensive.

The property was very nice, however I think something happened with the air conditioning because the gym and other areas were closed.

Half the elevators are broken. We waited 30 mins to catch an elevator when leaving from the 14th floor with all our luggage!!! The room service is incredibly slow!!!

You have 2 choices for parking: $38/day for valet, or $20/day with the city (you pay every time you come/go). There is extreme construction around the facility making it impossible to find the front door. When construction goes away (which in Central Phoenix is never) it would be a really nice place to stay.

It was a one night stay but the room was clean ton of amenities! We enjoyed the pool, full kitchen in room and easy walk to everything!

Hotel has a lot of amenities but the cleanliness of the hotel is questionable. It’s not well taken care of. There is rust in the shower area and the frosted door of the bath room had hand prints and dirty in general so it was not pleasant.

Shower wasn’t the cleanest and had a few mold spots. The floor was dirty & sticky like it didn’t get washed.

I got this hotel for convience to footprint center. The parking was a disaster. They have no parking lots so you either pay $30 a night or their valet $43 a night. When i rented the room through expedia it showed me a room with bedroom separate fromiving room. The room they gave me an accessible room and one big room. I thought i paid extra for the other type of room. The room we got the shower and around it were rusty and dirty. I wish i would have taken pictures. The convenience of walking to eat and get drinks a 5 star.

The fridge in our room had a layer of dirt that you could write your name in, the ledges on the kitchen cupboards and on the bathroom door were the same. There was something splashed on the glass of the bathroom door and dirt around the shower doors. I complained but nothing was done and I had pre-paid my reservation. We were there 2 nights. They refuse to clean the room when you stay more than one night but do not tell this to you at check in. I went down at 10 am and asked for coffee saying housekeeping hadn't been in to replenish--nothing said about housekeeping. I called the desk at about 3pm because housekeeping had not showed. I was told we would have no housekeeping. I told them I wanted housekeeping that I had no clean towels and garbage was overflowing. I was told they would send someone for towels and to do garbage but it is their policy that you get no cleaning on stayovers. At 6 pm I went to the desk to complain again about no housekeeping and showed them pictures of the dirt on the fridge etc. As well. Told me to email pictures; I did. Housekeeping came to the room gave me a pile of towels and took the garbage (recycling and garbage both dumped in a garbage bag together despite our having used the recycle bin and separating it). I was told because I booked through a third party they could do nothing for me monetarily. I told them I just wanted my room cleaned. I will not stay at Marriott again.

There was what looked like bodily on the closet next to the bed. The office chair was peeling. There was hair in the shower. The towels were EXTREMELY rough. It was a "Residence Inn" with no dish soap or towel

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was sparkling, the linens smelled fresh, and the pool was like an oasis. The hotel was right on the edge of what seemed like a bit more of a sketchy area and there were always homeless people around, but inside the hotel felt clean and secure.

Room was nicely decorated and modern. The bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows are very flat. Shower door had no seal on the bottom, so when we showered, water would go all over the floor. Kitchen area was very nice.

Close to the stadiums and restaurants. Major negative was the pull out bed for my son. It was terrible. Pillows were also awful. The bathroom and kitchen were great.

Nice hotel. Staff is great, rooms are well appointed and clean. Only 2 negatives. The barn door to the bathroom isn’t great, Husband got locked inside because it got stuck. They sorta fixed it right away, but then it didn’t close all the way. The roads are under construction. Getting around is almost impossible. Once the roadwork is done, I’m sure it will be great. Very convenient to Chase Field, but because of the roadwork the street car station was closed and we had to take our car to the game because we have a handicapped person in our party. We will stay here again once the roadwork is completed

Fantastic spot! This place comes fully equipped with a kitchen including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. It truly feels like a home away from home. The perfect blend of comfort and luxury, like a hybrid between your own home and a hotel.

The rooms at this hotel are decent in size and overall not too bad. The A/C was a constant issue for us. It would turn off constantly and revert back to its original settings. Made for some hot nights. The breakfast buffet was just okay as well. To have it included was nice but not a lot of variety. The main issue I had with this hotel was it was in an area that tons of homeless congregate. The staff have no security and there was constant issues with them. On one evening, we had an elderly gentleman that was accosted and left bloody and battered throughout our lobby and in front of the hotel. Throughout our stay, we had a step in his blood because they decided not to clean it off the sidewalk. We also had a drunk 20 something year old hitting on 13 year old girls, including mine that was there for a volleyball tournament. The dads had to remove him from the property. This should be the hotels job. So if you are okay with no security, and a rough area then give this place a try.

Excellent location for attending convention at the Phoenix Convention Center. Loved having our own kitchenette. Would have liked a table and chairs instead of the bar stools and counter top.

We liked the included breakfast and the size of the room. We did not like that the shower leaked all over the bathroom and the fact there was no pullout couch.

We reserved a room that advertised a full kitchen. There was no kitchen. When we asked about this we were told the rate we booked online didn't guarantee the amenities advertised. Further the TV didn't work at all. When called front desk there was no customer service. No apology, no offer to repair. Found the front desk person to be quite rude both at check in and the next morning when we discovered the TV didn't work. Further at check in we were not told to use the key card to select a floor. There was just too much bate and switch here and no satisfactory resolve. The bed is very comfortable BUT i pass on staying here again.

Excellent customer service, pleasantly accommodated early check in since we had a wedding to be at by 4! Coffee girls were great, free breakfast could have been a bit better but we went 15 mins before it ended. Other than some distressed chairs in the lobby area, everything was in great condition!

Staff was super friendly. They even offered an early check-in when I asked to check my bags

The staff here was extremely helpful and excellent!! Our luggage got lost and they was great giving us hygiene supplies till our luggage came the next day. Very nice people! Would definitely stay here again.

It was our first time staying here at this location. My family and I stayed here for a night and I can say that this is probably the BEST Marriott hotel that we’ve stayed at!!! The location is great. Everything is walkable. There’s plenty of dining options and is very close to the Footprint Center. The breakfast was fine too! Michael, the office supervisor was very pleasant and even put us in a nice view when we checked in! However on our check out day, the lady in the front seemed mad when we asked if we can have a late c/o. :/

Rented a room with a king-size bed and sofa sleeper for my family of 4, went up to our room, and there was a king-size bed, but nothing else. Called the front desk, put on hold, and never picked back up. Went down to the front desk, got in the long line, changed our room, went up to the new room, no bedding on the sleeper sofa or anywhere in the room. No onsite parking, either you pay for Valet or use a parking garage that is separate from the hotel. The bathroom was nice, but the sliding frosted glass door will wake you up with the bright light if someone else uses it at night.

Valet was quick. Check in was fast and very knowledgeable. Breakfasts included. We asked for extra bedding and it was delivered within 5 minutes. Everything was clean. Just fantastic!

Easy walk to Chase Field and other downtown attractions.

This property is perfect for attending events at the Footprint center. It’s not only convenient but clean, quiet and offers free breakfast. The staff is always friendly. We will be staying here for future events!

Location was within walking distance of the ball park. Though construction on both side of Residence Inn I could walk to grocery store & pharmacy, restaurants. Excellent location.

The area around the property has been under construction for what seems like forever, not the properties fault, but just for others to know. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, nothing special, but fhe rooms are very nice, and quiet. Great if you're going to a special event downtown as it is literally a three minute walk to the Footprint Center.

Nice place to stay. In the downtown area and very walkable to all places around. The only things I would change are unfortunately unchangeable. Lots of one-way streets around the area and cones from construction. Made it a bit difficult to find parking. Parking structure was detached from the hotel and is a bit tight to maneuver in a truck. Just some things to be aware of. Overall, room was nice and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Complementary breakfast was decent. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool but walked by and looked really nice. Would stay again.

I stayed for two nights for a business trip. The check-in process was very smooth and the room was very quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of dining and entertainment options within a few blocks of the hotel as well.

Hotel is in a great location for attending events and going to the downtown area. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is very nice. Only thing that was lacking was breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and every morning tried going even earlier and it was always empty for most the hot food. They also did not rotate options for hot food. Hotel stay is 5/5 with the rating losing one star due to the 1/5 breakfast

Walking distance to Chase Field. Outstanding breakfast Buffet. Nice Gym (and pool). Mini-kitchen in room (which was larger than average). Friendly staff. Air conditioning. Had enough pillows on bed.

The room where the free breakfast was served had absolutely no air conditioning and was hellishly hot. This in Phoenix at the height of summer. The property did not even post an explanation or apology outside. My room (which had a full kitchen) was clean but had limited drawer space and no room safe. The food pantry in the lobby had surprisingly meager offerings for a residential hotel. There was a small indoor pool. Overall, the property was not bad and the location was excellent. But my awful experience with the free breakfast makes it impossible to give the property a top rating.

It’s the best hotel for Diamondbacks games. It’s super close. The Valet Parking was expensive but worth the value. Don’t hesitate just use that service. Breakfast was lousy, more like gross. My kids hated it. I didn’t feel it was up to par with the others. I expected much better.

The service was not great. Staff was short and dismissive. For breakfast they said it closed at 10 but everything was put away about 15 minutes early and customers were ignored and pushed away with doors closing 5 minutes early.
