Stayed 8 nights

Room was somewhat clean on checkin but night table was sticky and filthy. Smoke alarm went off when turning on the heater on first night. Then continued to beep throughout the night until I had to change the battery. Shower head fell off on very first use. Light in hallway was flashing all week and needed bulb replaced. Zero amenities in the room, no plates dishes silverware or cookware at all. Bed was very uncomfortable. No chair for the desk. No couch or anywhere to sit except uncomfortable stools. Pest control mid week required moving everything and repacking. Front desk staff was nice. Left mid stay and checked into a Candlewood just to have some basic amenities and a place to work.

When I tried checking in, Aaron at front desk was rude, disrespectful and refused to answer any questions. Ge had me go review the room BEFORE checking in. Then when I asked more questions, he got very angry, threw ID at me and said I wasn't allowed to stay. I was still charged, and I'm in the midst of speaking with corporate office. I want to see the video. Awful, will make sure I tell everyone I know not to stay here.

The staff at the front were behind nice and the location was great with stores all around. This “hotel”has extended stays so there are people that are living here. At night we heard their dogs running phones vibrating and the televisions. They only clean your room once a week and our day was Tuesday. We checked in on Wednesday and left Monday.
