Compliqué d'accéder a l'hôtel une partie en travaux. Des lits superposés trop petits pour des adolescents. Pour aller a la piscine il faut sortir et rentrer dans l'hôtel à côté. Parking hors de prix ... Je ne recommande pas !

Alles in Ordnung Sauna und Dampfbad waren leider außer Betrieb, darauf wurde seitens der Unterkunft auch nicht reagiert Die Lage ist recht zentral, trotzdem ist es in der Unterkunft ruhig.

High price for a poor budget style hotel. Expensive parking. Cheap and uncomfortable furniture and plastic covered mattresses. Cleaning fee was charged despite having to clean most things ourselves. No towels or even soap available. Not even in the toilets at the pool was there soap. Dirty changing room for the pool, lockers did not work, sauna was too cold, pool too crowded. The gate at the exit of the parking lot did not work, so there was a long line and waiting time to get out of the garage. Horrible location between two big road, with view of an industrial complex, and no facilities around.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I was very disappointed with my stay. There were no towels or soap provided, and at no point during booking or in the confirmation email was it mentioned that toiletries were not included. Additionally, there is no lift, which made it very inconvenient, especially with luggage and a toddler to go on 3rd floor. To make matters worse, both the sauna and Hammam were out of order, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, not a pleasant experience – I wouldn't recommend. I emailed the hotel and they wouldn't acknowledge any of the issues. Will never book again.

Friendly staff, both on site and on phone. Mattresses was covered in plastic, not that great to sleep on. 8 destination chargers installed but no information about them and could not be used. The harbour area where the hotel is located is almost an industrial area, but with some nice small restaurants nearby as well as a Carrefour. Ok indoor pool, but lockers out of order. Outdoor pool was closed due to windy weather and only 18 degrees.

Hotel was a great base to visit brugges. It was clean and had everything you needed. We were glad to have a view of the pool from the balcony. The communication from the hotel was great and they explained that you must make your own beds which didnt bother us. The pools were nice but was crowed with noisy children during certain times of the day. The area the hotel is located in isn't particularly attractive but that didnt bother us as it was only a base to visit nearby places. There was noisy people running around the corridors at midnight but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay.

Appartement pour 5 bien agencé. Il n'y a pas d'accueil, les instructions se font par téléphone une fois que le mail de réservation est envoyé. A noté que la piscine couverte est dans l'hotel qui est à côté. Elle étais accessible du bâtiment où nous étions logés. Par contre, il faut réserver bien avant votre arrivé. L'appartement était propre. Petit bémol, il faudrait peut-être soulever le sommier du lit superposés pour nettoyer en dessous.

Das Appartement für 6 Personen war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Allerdings ist das Zimmer mit Doppelbett ohne Fenster. Wenn man sich das Bild mit dem Lageplan ganz genau ansieht, erkennt man das. Dieses wichtige Detail sollte aber in der Beschreibung direkt genannt werden. Die Zimmer mit Doppelbett sind minimal klein, so dass man gerade gehen kann. Die Ablageflächen sind dementsprechend auch zu klein: an einer Seite sind offene Fächer. An der anderen Seite war 1 Fach und eine Stange mit 2 Bügeln. Da wir nur zu 4. waren, konnten wir das Zimmer mit Doppelbett für unsere Koffer und Ablagen benutzen. Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht besonders hübsch, aber das kann man gut bei Maps erkennen. Die Holiday Suites sind direkt mit dem IBIS-Hotel verbunden. Dort gab es unterschiedliche Aussagen zur Ausleihe von Fahrrädern: Abends war es kein Problem für den nächsten Tag Fahrräder zu leihen. Als wir am nächsten Tag diese leihen wollten, ging das nicht. Die diesbezügliche Kommunikation des Hotelmitarbeiters hätte auch kundenorientierter sein dürfen.

Sol sale plein de mimine sous nos chaussettes. Couettes et oreillés pas trés propre . En dessous du lit on peut y retrouvé lingette , mouchoir en papier . Salle de bain trés propre. Niveau équipement manque juste un micro onde.

Nous avions loué un appartement pour 5 personnes et un chien , arrivé à destination celui-ci n’est pas un appartement plutôt un petit studio de maximum 2 adultes et 1 enfant. La propreté n’est pas n’y étais vraiment pas, les draps de lit très très sale avec des gros taches, les meubles cassés, le frigo les boissons ne tiennent pas à la portière, un canapé très sale, les 3 lits superposés laisse à sourire vraiment nous étions choqué. Nous ne reviendrons plus jamais dans cette établissement. A éviter à tout prix !!!!

My wife saw a bug crawling on the bed the first day and was freaked out the rest of the time we stayed. Make sure you arrive early enough to make your own bed, they aren’t made for you upon arrival. The kitchen utensils were dirty, especially the microwave and stovetop. They looked like they had never been inspected for cleanliness. And the balcony had a view of the rest of the hotel and an alleyway. The room was incredibly dirty. There was dirt on each of the beds we had to clean off upon arrival. The floors and walls in the hallways were all stained. There was a spider living next to one of the beds on a cobweb. Sheets were stained, there was a dead mosquito on the ceiling and there was gum and stickers on the inside frames of the beds. There were no towels or soap either, including hand soap- those cost extra. The place was overall disgusting, and we will never choose to stay here again. The only positive things about this place were they had enough beds for everyone and they were cheaper than staying inside the city of Bruges. Even when leaving the last day, the gate was messed up and didn’t spit us a ticket and the only way to get out was to pay €60 or to call the adjacent hotel to have them raise the gate. I would not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs.

It was exactly as I expected. An apartment equivalent to a eurocamp. As a family of 5 accommodation can be awkward. The accommodation was clean, bedding clean and apartment well equipped. Not many options for eating out in zebrugge if you don't want to eat in quite a pricey fish restaurant. Carre four closes at 7. Ibis foods is not good but good to have the pool to use and the bar for a few drinks in the evening. We used the apartment as a base for Bruge. The train in was very easy and zebrugge dorp station is close. We visited in Feb and the last train home was too early to have an evening out in Bruge at 19.30 which was a shame but more trains may run in the summer months. I would use holiday suites again.

Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et la chambre nous convenait parfaitement. C’était propre et très agréable. Nous avions notre espace parents et un petit espace enfants juste pour dormir. Nous avions la place pour manger et faire des jeux de société et où regarder tranquillement la télé en français !! Séjour très apprécié par tout le monde… nous reviendrons !!!

There was a party at the pool, which was known to the hotel in advance yet we weren’t told. Hotel provided ear plugs to account for the bass and DJ, which went until at least midnight but I think 2am. Bed was not comfortable. We had to make our beds with the provided sheets. While we were told in advance towels were extra, we weren’t told there wouldn’t be soap. First hotel without those included in my travels.

L’hébergement est bien explicatif, tout est clair dès la réservation et à l’arrivée. Malheureusement la chambre est très petite et peu de passage, ce qui peut gêner un peu, mais elle reste fonctionnelle et bien pensée. On y trouve tous les équipements annoncés, ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, un point négatif revient souvent dans les avis et je le confirme : le sauna est en panne, ce qui est dommage et pas normal pour un service censé être inclus.

Im Großen und Ganzen war’s okay, jedoch war es sehr klein, Stühle und Couch bereits beschädigt, im Bad keine Seife zum Hände waschen, keine Tüten für den Mülleimer und in der Küche fehlende Utensilien wie z.B. Topflappen, kein Blech für den „Ofen“, Klimaanlage ließ sich schwer ausschalten, ging immer wieder an.

Unbelievable how the place doesn't offer towels free of charge. The reception is not helpful at all not even room service or a phone to call the phone desk from your room. They also expect guest to clean after their stay. overall poor experience we will not be returning in th future

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I was very disappointed with my stay. There were no towels or soap provided, and at no point during booking or in the confirmation email was it mentioned that toiletries were not included. Additionally, there is no lift, which made it very inconvenient, especially with luggage and a toddler to go on 3rd floor. To make matters worse, both the sauna and Hammam were out of order, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, not a pleasant experience – I wouldn't recommend. I emailed the hotel and they wouldn't acknowledge any of the issues. Will never book again.

Die Holiday Suites liegen in einem weniger schönen Industriebezirk. Zum Check-In bekommt man einen Pin-Code zugeschickt. Man trifft weder Personal beim Check-in noch beim Check-out. Handtücher sind keine vorhanden, die Betten muss man selber beziehen und wir mussten sogar die Spülmaschine unserer Vormieter leerräumen. Dazu roch das Zimmer nach Rauch. Auch wenn die Möbel "neu" aussehen, so ist das Bett sehr unbequem und die ganze Einrichtung nicht einladend. In Summe ein total überteuertes Apartment in schlechter Lage.

I generally expect towels when I book a hotel room, even something like a Holiday Suites, however they wanted to charge 8.50 euros for a towel. I tried calling the number to arrange a towel, but it was out of service and the front desk clerk at Ibis couldn't help either. The room was clean and conveniently located

Totally misrepresented property. No shampoo, no soap. You had to pay $10 pp per towel. Beds weren’t made. NOTHING like the pictures. The 2 bedrooms were actually a hallway. The area was unsafe. NO GYM, NO POOL. We refused to stay there and walked out. It was nonrefundable but it was so bad that we didn’t care. I’m shocked that this option on their site so badly Never had a problem before this. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs.

L'hôtel est facile d'accès en voiture , rapport qualité prix correct , l'hôtel n'est pas très loin du centre ville et carrefour market est à proximité et plage à côté . Chambre agréable. Toutefois pensez à prendre un torchon, du saupalin ,un tapis de bain, serviettes de bain et gel douche,shampoing.

It was exactly as I expected. An apartment equivalent to a eurocamp. As a family of 5 accommodation can be awkward. The accommodation was clean, bedding clean and apartment well equipped. Not many options for eating out in zebrugge if you don't want to eat in quite a pricey fish restaurant. Carre four closes at 7. Ibis foods is not good but good to have the pool to use and the bar for a few drinks in the evening. We used the apartment as a base for Bruge. The train in was very easy and zebrugge dorp station is close. We visited in Feb and the last train home was too early to have an evening out in Bruge at 19.30 which was a shame but more trains may run in the summer months. I would use holiday suites again.

Hotel was a great base to visit brugges. It was clean and had everything you needed. We were glad to have a view of the pool from the balcony. The communication from the hotel was great and they explained that you must make your own beds which didnt bother us. The pools were nice but was crowed with noisy children during certain times of the day. The area the hotel is located in isn't particularly attractive but that didnt bother us as it was only a base to visit nearby places. There was noisy people running around the corridors at midnight but that is not the fault of the hotel.

It was great value for money, especially considering the pools for the kids to enjoy. It isn't made clear at time of booking that you have to make your own beds and take your own towels, but they do tell you in good time. It wasn't the end of the world and was fine for a couple of days' stay (to be fair you can pay extra for towels and bedding). The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was cleverly laid out. There is a supermarket next door and a couple of restaurants in walking distance, but it's pretty much an industrial area. We didn't mind at all as we had a car and travelled out, plus we were only there 2-nights. The onsite bar was very reasonably priced I thought and we had a relaxing couple of days in the sun!

The check in was great, staff who called me was friendly, they gave me a call to let me know towels etc aren't included and beds aren't made up and you have to do all of this yourself as this often gets them negative reviews (I do think this is ABIT poor for the price you pay, but I accepted this before paying so that's on me). When we got in the room they'd upgraded me to a balcony room, now this is where things started to go down hill quickly, upon arriving I went into the bathroom, the bath was disgusting it had body hair from god only knows where caked into thick dirt inside the bath, the sink was the same body hair and dirt, it was disgusting and the bathroom smelled horrible, we had to clean the whole bathroom as it was late at night and we needed to use it, the smell didn't go however hard we tried... Once the bathroom was clean we realised it was a pointless exercise as the shower didn't work anyway, the shower head would not fix into it's holder and we was unable to use it which was an issue as my daughter's don't like baths. We was left with not even 1/2 a roll of toilet roll for a 2 night stay which didn't last long obviously... Living area & kitchen unclean, TV didn't work, bedding was all thilfy and in the kids room it smelled like urine and the bedding was ripped with holes in it. No on street parking as mentioned, never available. Who ever was staying above was constantly banging to the point I believe it was been done on purpose. Wouldn't recommend. Avoid.

Excellent, great little apartment, clever use of space! Just be aware there are no towels - we knew that before we arrived so it was no surprise, we took our own! What we didn’t think of though was a bath mat/towel so was a bit slippy when getting out of the shower! But definitely would stay again!
