Comida tipo bufete en desayuno y comida, no es muy variado pero está bien Acceso a internet desde cualquier lugar del hotel La piscina es de muy buen tamaño, tiene lugares siempre disponibles para estar cerca de la piscina y de la playa El personal es muy atento Tiene estacionamiento suficiente En general todo estuvo genial

Hotel itself underwhelming. Location fantastic. Check in was fine but after that you were lucky to get a nod from the front desk staff, that you had to walk by at least 6 times/day. Would have been nice to at least get a smile. Average food offered but staff in dining area is fantastic. No coffee maker in room, however had 2 coffee cups and condiments for coffee?? Nice to have a full size fridge. Not enough pool chairs as allow people to hoard 4 chairs per couple everyday, and most of them were only used a small percentage of the day. Not cool. Overall for cost not worth the stay.

The beds are comfy and the pool is quite nice. I checked reviews before I booked and no one mentioned the construction that is going on. Some other guests advised us it had been going on for three weeks. Very hard to sleep in and the noise went on all day.

Never again. Run down property, rooms need repair, beds were rock hard. The pool is anything but clean. Missing and broken tiles, grout turning black between tiles, Saw a wad of hair floating around and a filmy, greasy layer on top of the water. This was first thing in the morning! I did not let my kids swim in that.

I thought the rooms were well kept, the mattress were brand new and very comfortable. There are no appliances in the room like coffee maker etc. They told me they would bring it up but it never came a little disappointing. The housekeeping was amazing the girls should be very proud of her work. The pool was the center piece for me perfect temperature, The maintenance should wash down the lawn chairs in the morning to clean the bird cramp off the lawn chairs that should be done automatically. The thought of put your towel down over bird cramp is gross. My really big issues was the chef placing a spoon full food on your plate and thinking its funny, we are paying for the food so stop trying to be funny. What is the secrecy about your bacon ?? it can't be a make or break item. The last item is the smell from the shower sewer was really strong at times as people were talking about it and I noticed it too. Overall it a nice place.

Este hotel necesita bastante mantenimiento, las paredes, el baño, el ascensor no servía, no había plancha ni en el cuarto ni en reception. En fin un hotel limpio pero no volvería a hospedarme ahí, muchos detalles muy visibles. Y claro el personal es amable eso si lo debo mencionar .

Considero que por el precio está muy bien ya que las instalaciones están limpias, las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas y con una excelente vista al mar, ideal para apreciar los atardeceres. Como fuimos en abril es temporada alta por lo tanto comprendo que el personal estuviera algo estresado y no siempre fueran amables, sobre todo en la cocina.

Considero que por el precio está muy bien ya que las instalaciones están limpias, las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas y con una excelente vista al mar, ideal para apreciar los atardeceres. Como fuimos en abril es temporada alta por lo tanto comprendo que el personal estuviera algo estresado y no siempre fueran amables, sobre todo en la cocina.

Simple, clean, beach front property with a large room. Nice little pool. A/C, fan and refrigerator were a plus. A block away from the main street for shopping and dinning. Included breakfast, which was good as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Dining needs some improvement. Ladies seating guests should seat in order as guests arrive to check and not skip guests already waiting to be seated. When picking up plates or food from tables they should ask if guest is done and not just take items without asking first. They need to also keep in mind guests visit for the first time and don't always read every single posting throughout hotel and could be more courteous to guests if a policy is not adhered to.

Simple, clean, beach front property with a large room. Nice little pool. A/C, fan and refrigerator were a plus. A block away from the main street for shopping and dinning. Included breakfast, which was good as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Dining needs some improvement. Ladies seating guests should seat in order as guests arrive to check and not skip guests already waiting to be seated. When picking up plates or food from tables they should ask if guest is done and not just take items without asking first. They need to also keep in mind guests visit for the first time and don't always read every single posting throughout hotel and could be more courteous to guests if a policy is not adhered to.

El restaurante solo estaba abierto 8am a 10am y 2p a 4p. Estillo buffet con pocas opciones de comida. Sirven las porciones muy pequenas y no muy bueno con respeto al sabor. La comida de un dia no terminado fue mesclado con verduras diferentes y ofrecido como nueva comida el dia seguiente. Asi el carne fue sobre cocinado. El bar solo tenia Ron para tomar. Nada mas de bebidas alcoholicos.TV en cuarto solo tenia canales de espanol.

Todo excelente, buen servicio, la comida con buen sazón. Lo único a mejorar es la temperatura de la alberca puesto que el agua está caliente, pero es un buen lugar para descansar y desconectarte de la rutina

We enjoyed our stay at Torreblanca. The location is excellent- located on a quiet street and backing on to one of the best beach areas in the region. The inclusion of breakfast and lunch are a bonus. They aren’t fancy, but have enough options to satisfy most appetites. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The rooms do need some updating, but are clean.
