Ótimo hotel para ficar e conhecer a linda cidade do Porto. Muito bem localizado, atendimento excelente e funcionários muito cordiais. Tem estacionamento pago (20 Euros) bem em frente, o que é muito bom devido à escassez de vagas na cidade. Como sugestão de melhoria, o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, apesar de muito gostoso.

Maria the really old woman with the glasses and shoulder length hair is the one that checked me in on Tuesday night/evening. She was rude and unhelpful. She should not be in hospitality if she cannot be hospitable. She was grumpy and had an unwelcome face and because of that, I would never recommend anyone to stay here because of her. She needs to be retrained and needs to fix her face and actually smile and welcome guests, especially if it’s their first time in your city of Porto. Room she assigned me was horrible and dirty and smelled really bad.

The hotel rate is very fair, was just dissatisfied with the a/c that did not work well and the presence of ants in the room. Overall it is a good location, staff are friendly and the room was clean except for ants and this was dealt with on the 2nd day. There are good restaurants nearby and walking distance to most Porto attractions.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sehr gut. Leider sind die Zimmer, bis auf’s Badezimmer, in die Jahre gekommen. Ein wenig „ Aufhübschung „ würde da sehr gut tun. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. :-)

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was easy to use and shampoo was provided. The buffet breakfast was included and it was very helpful since we had busy mornings. The location was great, it was a 10-25 minute walk from all the major attractions in my opinion. A 6 minute walk away from one of the famous blue tile churches, which is a great place to take photos. Overall it was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again if I came to Porto.

La doccia era una vasca da bagno un pò pericolosa, dove funzionava solo il doccino. La colazione discreta ma sempre uguale ogni giorno e senza una vasta scelta. C'era però sia il dolce (un giorno anche le pastel de nata) che salta. Posizione molto vicina al municipio e a 10min dalla cattedrale.

Jeg liker Casual hoteller spesielt pga deres hundevennlighet. Inka hotel er modern og nyoppusset. Vi hadde problemer med AC - den funket ikke, sikkert et midlertidig problem! Hotellet var litt lytt, men ligger i en veldig hyggelig bydel - rett ovenfor Ribiera. Gangavstand til alt - men bakkene er bratte i Porto! Mange hyggelig spisesteder og små butikker i nærhet.

We stayed here because the Casual hotel in Cadiz Spain was amazing. But here, several little things did not work: the light above the bed, the hand held shower mode button, the tv. 4 étoiles il y a 15ans sûrement. Maintenant sa vaudrait 3 étoiles voir 2. Hôtel vieillissant. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas bon (café pas bon, jus de fruit de mauvaise qualité en brique mis dans des carafes, pasteis de nata tout mou bref rien d'appétissant) pour 12€ par personne autant déjeuner sur la petite place plus bas c'est 100 fois meilleur !!!
