Location is superb, walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and a metro station. Room was small but it was clean. I do wish they restocked the tea and add tissue. I saw some complained about the elevator but for me it was the best part, very unique, I loved it. Check-in staff was super nice and helpful and the hotel offers free tours around the city!

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings make the room feel large. Friendly staff. AC wasn’t working properly however maintenance staff resolved it within 5 mins. Comfy bed. Great location. The only downside is 2 elevators - one to get to the lobby and one to get to the room. Not a big deal if you are ok with elevators. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the in included Rome experiences offered by the hotel.

Even though one has to take an. Elevator to get to the lobby it was safe. Room a bit small but quiet and comfortable. Intensive shower for European city hotels! Added bonus was the different free walking tours and activities the hotel chain (BZar) organizes. The tour guides (Eliza and Virgilio) were great and since I was traveling solo it was nice to have these daily activities. The front desk person was very friendly and offered me Prosecco or water when I arrived! Nice touch!

Great location, well maintained property. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Room was specious as per the description. Like al these boutique hotels in Rome they come with some quirks which are not a big deal. For this hotel from the street it is not obvious where the lobby is located (no sign). Elevator from the ground floor to the 2nd floor is let’s say interesting, narrow with manual doors you open yourself. A lot of folks might find that quaint, some may struggle. Rooms need to have USB ports installed, this is a very cheap upgrade and what guests expect ie not wasting time having to go out and purchase a converter. But these nuisances aside the hotel is very good.

The hotel was absolutely incredible from the main entrance which looks like we’re entering a historical building and then transforms to this modern space upon arriving at the reception. The toilet was one of the best I’ve experienced, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Super walkable to all the sites.

Other than the lack of curb appeal (lobby is on the third floor and stairway to get up was old and dirty), the hotel was pretty nice. Room was very large for a European hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable. From my 5th floor room, I did not hear any noise from the street below.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet seemed rare in Rome and this one was just right including great coffee. Really appreciated that there were staff on site 24/7 and enjoyed the free tours that they offer as part of the chain. Location was really good, 3mins to Trevi Fountain. 10mins to Pantheon, etc. Staff were really friendly and allowed us to store bags on our last day which was really useful. Would definitely consider a BZAR hotel in future. The price didn't seem more than some very average-looking hotels.

Great service! We stayed in this hotel for one night after our return to Rome before our flight the next day. A unique building, which we liked. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need. The staff were all great and really helpful to us our last morning before our flight. :)

Service is a 5 out 5. Every staff member was exceptional. The issue comes down to room itself. The fan in bathroom dus not work. Shower door is half the length of the opening so the bathroom floor gets soaked. Coupled with no functioning fan, one ends ip with a very soggy, humid bathroom. Walls are thin. You can hear a pin drop and everything from nearby rooms. Construction was likely going on nearby and that was disruptive. Windows are not sound proof. No hooks to hang things. Location close to metro, that is a plus. Hot water and pressure excellent. Staff was excellent. If i could give a rating to the staff again a 5 out of 5!

Very friendly staff, wonderful location, excellent room service. We gave them 5 stars, but there could be improvement. Our bed was two twin beds placed together, and we would get stuck in the crack in between.

Two problems: 1) the hotel chain emailed me the night before asking for my confirmation number and then saying it did not work, then did not answer subsequent emails. I spent my whole long dinner thinking I had no hotel for the next night but when I called the hotel in the morning they said no problem. 2) When I arrived at check-in-time of 2 p.m., the room was not ready for another 40 minutes. I was very very tired.

Localização ótima. Café da manhã mediano. Não vale o valor que pagamos. Ar condicionado/aquecedor que não funciona! Morremos de calor em pleno inverno, abrimos a janela, e sem condições de dormir, pois o barulho é insuportável. Passa caminhões de lixo a noite toda. Recepcionista mal humorado, chato e mal educado. Estávamos em 4 quartos, e na hora do check out, ele disse que havia 28 euros de consumação em um quarto, paguei sem conferir com o grupo, quando fui saber, não houve nenhuma consumação. Já estávamos no táxi, não tive como contestar.

We loved our stay! The staff were amazingly helpful and the location was fantastic. When we were there it was pretty warm and we were a little concerned about the ability of the air conditioner to keep the room cool - no worries it was perfect. Breakfast was also really good.

Really appreciated that there were staff on site 24/7 and enjoyed the free tours that they offer as part of the chain. Location was really good, 3mins to Trevi Fountain. 10mins to Pantheon, etc. Staff were really friendly and allowed us to store bags on our last day which was really useful. Would definitely consider a BZAR hotel in future. The price didn't seem more than some very average-looking hotels.

This was a great hotel in Rome walkable to Spanish Steps as well as Trevi Fountain. Close to nice shopping like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. We used the Lime Scooter to mostly get around or walked; however we did take a taxi from airport. Then we took the bus to the ferry when we left which is close to hotel as well.

This hotel is fabulous. It is in a perfect location near the Spanish Steps and also the Trevi Fountain. The staff were amazing providing a local map & assisting with getting to and from the best places to see. You will not be disappointed, lovely hotel.

The hotel was absolutely incredible from the main entrance which looks like we’re entering a historical building and then transforms to this modern space upon arriving at the reception. The toilet was one of the best I’ve experienced, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Super walkable to all the sites.

An elegant little hotel in the heart of Rome. Everything was readily accessible to us. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, offering everything from eggs, bacon, muesli and yogurt to pastries. The staff are all wonderful too. We hope to return!

Hotellet er nyrenoveret og personalet ydede en rigtig god service. Der var meget rent på værelserne og på øvrige arealer. Morgenmaden var fin også med med mulighed for forskellig slags frugt. Kaffe/cafelatte mv. og the blev serveret af personalet ved bordene. Beliggenheden er helt i top.

La zona es muy buena para visitar los principales puntos turisticos de la ciudad, ademas de qué esta cerca de Termini y de 2 estaciones del subterráneo. El desayuno tipo americano le falta más variedad, pero se compensa por tener fruta y café recién hecho, que te ofrece el personal que atiende el restaurante. Sin duda alguna, volveré en mk siguiente visita a Roma

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet seemed rare in Rome and this one was just right including great coffee. Really appreciated that there were staff on site 24/7 and enjoyed the free tours that they offer as part of the chain.
